Ah, droids.

One of the most karking annoying things in the galaxy... and one of the most problematic. Good in a pinch if charting the stars or in need of an autopilot, but annoying when in combat. Several reports in the last few hours had been filtering in about this new mission, and truth be told she looked forward to something that didn't involve directly her own other responsibilities. Sure, if she died it would put a dent in plans that allied Deucalians with their companions in another faction, but she was sure Darth Valravus, aka Zandrali, would no doubt convince another luckless soul into joining forces.

For now, though, she anticipated a good, solid fight with something with a bit more substance than pirates or sassy-mouthed pilots with more luck than actual skill; she needed something to bury her ax in.

What better way to get two birds with one stone? Gain a planet, slaughter, and come back home a bit more sore than usual. And what was even better?

It seemed like it was a family jaunt... with someone else whom she had not met yet.

Honestly, she hoped the little witch's skills improved since Skuld first rescued her from Nar Shaddaa, but she wasn't going to hold out much thought on that. The bedamned child did not have even proper armor on, which caused Eva no end of frustration and headache. The girl could be shot, or worse, and Eva was not going to come running to her rescue every time she would get injured or overwhelmed. The girl was strong, she could handle herself.

The Alvadein came into slow orbit within the atmosphere of the temperate planet. All readings seemed nonhostile so far... they had not yet been seen.

She paged the private comms for their companion's own separate transport, voice clipped.

"Coming in to land in a remote area. Any questions before so?" She knew it was hardly a proper greeting, but they didn't have the time nor grace to be overt. Until they would be found, a quiet recon and divide and conquer would do for the business they were sent for.

Unless this Mid had any brilliant ideas. She didn't even know what this person looked like, though based on what few reports she could glean from public lines, it certainly wouldn't be a dull mission.

"Now this is more like it." Mid commented on the bridge of the Logos, once more dressed in full armour with his helmet under his arm. Not too long after the party Darth Valravus put together a new mission and with his own dealings having slowed quite a bit he figured it would be worth tagging along. Though what made it interesting was that the Nightsister as well as the other Deucalian he met at the party was also coming along. And as a doctor he was planning on chewing the pregnant woman out over coming on this mission. Then again...as a warrior it really wasn't his concern. Regardless, it still nagged at him.

A voice perked up over the comms system, asking if he had any questions. "None that can't wait until we're on the ground." he responded calmly. The Logos quickly moved into the clearing the Deucalian's ship touched down in and joined on the ground. He disembarked while his ship locked down, still carrying his helmet under his arm. His weapons were holstered on his belt while his black robes flapped in the wind.

"You know, as a doctor it's my duty to strongly advise you to not go on intensive missions such as this in your condition." he found himself saying anyway as soon as they met up. Now he can finally rest easily knowing he did his duty.

Eithni was nothing but estactic to go on a mission with her mom! So much so that she couldn't sit still in the cockpit of the small Stark fighter. It was the same borrowed Stark fighter she had borrowed from the Darth Valravus' party. It was still weird to fly a ship this small, there were so many buttons and its controls was so sensitive that she felt like the smallest touch would send her spinning. Spinning was fun, the first five times, then she started to get disorientated and seasick, which told her not to do spinning too much.

Hearing Eva's voice over the comm she just got excited and replied back with, "hi mom!" which was not at all what Eva asked about. Landing safely on the surface of the planet besides the two other ships, or safely was maybe not the best word to use. As soon as Eithni tried to land happened the exact same thing that did at the mansion's landingsplatform. The ship started to wobble from side to side, "no no no, stop moving from side to side you stupid ship, land!" scolded Eithni at the ship. After a bit of getting real close to bumping into Mid's ship, she finally landed it with a rough landing.

She got out of the ship and made sure it got locked, she was not about to explain to her mom that one of her ships got stolen because she forgot to lock it. Skipping over to where her mom and Mid stod, she gave both a cheerful grin and hugged Eva, though not a jump hug, it was still a hug that showed how much Eva was loved by Eithni. After the hug, she turned around to look at the surroundings, with her hands behind her back while tipping back and forth on her feet. The surface looked very barren from where they stood and nothing like home.

She nodded once when there were no questions, wordlessly coming in for a landing some distance away on a rocky outcropping. She neatly maneuvered it so that if there was a need for an emergency evacuation, she could board and leave with minimal difficulty. After all, considering the last time she was up against murderous bots, there had been fewer exits... and they were far more keen to tear her to pieces. Perhaps, if they maintained enough distance from the factory itself, they could get a better grasp of what needed to be done before charging in.

After all, Eva wasn't just the type to charge headlong into danger. There was charging headlong into danger, with knowledge enough to know what her opponents' weaknesses were.

Soon, controls were powered off and she slowly stood, stretching out the soreness that still lingered in bones. Somehow that voice was familiar, though she couldn't quite place it. Striding down from the small cockpit into the slightly warm environs, she stiffened when the red Sith's form greeted her eyes... and she suppressed a groan at the realization the kriffing man was some kind of Doctor. She had her helm on, so he was spared the frigidness of her glare, but arms crossed.

Her condition? It was then she realized he meant her small child, and then barked out a laugh. It had been shortly after the party, as a matter of fact, that she had her son en route back to Mustafar… an adventure no doubt her husband did not envision, as neither did she. But there was no complication, only some soreness in her spine that still lingered, and general irritability. The boy was safe for now, under the care of Inni until Tag returned from his own business; and the man understood that this mission was more than just a raiding attack.

This was to secure an alliance with a faction that seemed keen to bring her people back into the fold.

"Vhat condition is this?" she rumbled, invisibly raising a brow. He would notice her armor suddenly seemed to fit very snugly, and no curve went to her belly at all.

She was remarkably good at bouncing back, after all. But if he was going to lecture her on safety and health concerns, then clearly he had never met a Deucalian with half as much sheer determinism as she. And she was determined to give the man a good headbutting if he fussed over her any kriffing more, Sith magicks or not.

She turned instead to the warehouse cluster some distance away. There were no sounds within the low-lying buildings ahead, no life forms that seemed to move about, apart from a maintenance droid or two, hardly worth scouting over. Nei, her biggest concern was what laid in wait... and how to properly combat against a number she was unsure of.

"Ideas?" She quipped to them, already dreading the fight to come. Considering her companions, it was suffice to assume she would be protecting backs far more than fighting armies. Not something she looked forward to.

"I have a few."

Mid watched as the girl's ship came in, tensing up slightly as her starfighter drifted a little close for comfort towards the Logos. At least she managed to land the ship with no serious damage...and without hitting the Logos.

Turning his attention back to Eva he rested his hands on the pommels of his lightsabers. "Last time I saw you, you were well into your term. Now you're suddenly back on your feet. You need to rest." he instructed her, then looked her over. He took note of the missing arm and her overall build. "Unless you enjoy being a sucker for punishment." he finished with a shrug. He smiled at Eithni, giving her a nod. "Good day." he said kindly before turning his attention to Eva.

"I'd like to hear your ideas. Because mine aren't even remotely subtle." he admitted with a chuckle. In his mind there weren't a lot of ways to go about this. He unclipped his lightsabers and locked the two hilts together by their pommels to create a saberstaff, then he rested it on his forearm in the bend of his elbow. "Preferably one that doesn't involve kicking down the front door. I'm not that heavily geared." he commented as he slid his helmet on. He felt it was a valid warning. She looked like the type of girl to be that crazy.

Eithni listened to both talk and Mid insinuated that his idea would be anything but subtle, to be honest, she was a more sneaky type than a loud explosive girl. Then again, explosive fighting could be fun, she guessed it depended on the situation.

"Why don't we just go invisible and sneaks inside?" Asked Eithni curiously with a sweet smile. "Well, I'm gonna go in invisible" Added the girl determind and took a few steps back from her mom and Mid and sat down on the ground. While sitting cross-legged, she pulled out a small waterskin pouch from her belt and removed the waterskin cork as she placed the pouch on the ground in front of her. She looked up at Eva and Mid, "Will only take a few seconds" explained the Nightsister.

Closing her eyes, she kneeled her head a bit and started the ritual by speaking foreign strange ritualistic language. Eithni suddenly opened her eyes and both her eyes was completely covered and devoured by the green glowing mist. Her ritual whisper increased in volume as the green mist ignited in her hands. Eithni then started to move her arms in a flow like water, slowly pulling the glowing green mist from the pouch's tiny hole. Small sort of bubble of green glowing mist moved in a circle around itself.

Clashing her hands together, the small ball of green magick, expanded and before Eva and Mid could say anything, had it formed to what looked like a doorway out of a pure green glowing mist. Eithni got up, took the pouch and twisted the waterskin cork back into its place and placed the waterskin pouch at her belt under her ragged hooded coat. Her eyes were still shrouded in green mist, but she smiled proudly over what she had done.

"There! When you go through the mist, you will stay invisible until you take enough damage. Oh, and my matriarch told me that we can be detected when in close proximity to another keen-eyed individual or if our's presence in the force is left unconcealed" Explained Eithni with her hands behind her back. She walked over to the edge of the doorway made out of the thick green glowing mist and turned her eyes still covered in the same green glowing mist at her mother and Mid, waiting for them to go through. She hoped they would choose her idea as she was rather proud of it and that she came up with it. She especially hoped her mom would trust her magick and go through the spirit ichor as Eithni knew her mom was not very happy about the whole idea of beings with powers like hers. She was pretty sure Mid would jump at the opportunity, as he did show interest towards her magick.

...

She felt like she needed more than a simple pain pill for the headache she was rapidly developing. It pulsed in her temples, and she gritted her teeth, willing herself to take a couple breaths before deigning a response. It was better than most other forms of her own brand of diplomacy... and it meant she wasn't going to headbutt the ever living kriff out of the Sith that tried lecturing her. She snorted, smirking at the male before turning away to check at her rifle once more, nonchalantly allowing a response. "I have borne two children previous and have not yet died, sonnur. Though your care is touching, I do not need a nursemaid."

Her left arm flexed, showing cables and a rugged refinedness to the prosthetic. "I have survived far worse, boy. But if I fall, then feel free to lecture me."

She sighed at Eithni's display, barely resisting the urge to shuck off her helmet specifically to pinch at her brow. The pain worsened, making her want to either jump back into her ship... or just down the kriffing warehouse herself.

Kark it. They were just gonna be standing here all day long if push came to shove, and she wasn't going to be standing around letting this guy mother-hen her. "You," she pointed to Mid. "How good's your shooting eye? Be long-range distraction."

"You."

She then pointed to Eithni. "Sneak in. Disable vhatever looks shiny enough to be important."

"And me..."

She grinned, arching black brows as she pulled out her ax, its' humming to life bringing a hum of satisfaction to her lips.

"I'll meet you two in middle. Any questions?"

This bickering was probably going to go back and forth for the entire day between the two. He raised an eyebrow at her and folded his arms over his chest as he stared down on her. "I'm willing to bet the loss of that arm was your own doing, too." he quipped. Their bickering was completely drowning out Eithni's plan. If the two stubborn fools could stop butting heads, then perhaps their infiltration might have gone much smoother. "And I'm probably the last person you want to call 'boy', child." he fired back at her. Granted, he was most likely old enough to be her father. The fact that she, a little drip compared to him, was talking down on him didn't sit nicely.

Something was telling him the two of them didn't exactly see eye to eye...

Eva decided to move on, ordering Mid into sharpshooting duty. "A lot better up close but I can manage. You have a rifle for me?" he asked her flatly, twirling his lightsaber in his hand.

If she gave him a rifle to use, he would sling it over his shoulder and start walking off towards the base, altering course towards a pile of rocks that would allow him to take a few shots at the security systems to draw the droids out.

Eithni pouted over being ignored, but mostly she got a bit disappointed that they would choose not to go invisible with her, especially her mother. But it seemed her mother had chosen her path of attack so although a little disappointed she entered the green doorway made of mist. The moment she went through the doorway, she disappeared, making her completely invisible. Only if Mid and Eva would focus on where Eithni was, would they be able to see a sort of mirror effect in the air, where she was standing.

Drawing her bow, she ran silently, leaving no sound behind her and headed towards the factory as planned. Being invisible and trained from birth by her sisters and Matriarch, she was able to sneak by a lot of the battle droids without much trouble. Though some of the droids did seem to have some sensory, giving the droids a warning of something approaching them, but without being able to get visual on the little witch they didn't shoot.

Quick as the wind, she found her way up to the factory without much trouble. It was quite convenient that it was only droids and although they had motion sensors, they couldn't figure out why there wasn't anything visible.

"Mother, I'm at the factory, ᛁ ᚨᛗ ᚷᛟᛁᚾᚷ ᛁᚾ" whispered Eithni into her comm, accidentally spoke the last bit in Deucalic and before Eva could tell Eithni otherwise, entered her child the factory on her own. As the mission stated that they should shut down the node inside that is controlling the battle droids, so who better than the invisible

She flexed her mechanical arm once to the Sith.

"Ja. Lost it defending someone else's back; defend mine and you might earn my respect enough to be called by a proper title."

She tossed her rifle at him; it was older, and had certainly seen some battles.. but it was functional, and that was all that mattered. And it had a decent distance too, good enough for the tank-less Sith that decided to make her headache far more prevalent. She wasn't here just for the cred, though that definitely helped, oh no.

This was simply stress relief.

The warehouse itself was a labyrinth of hallways and numerous bays where convoy vehicles could come and go; all was silent for now, not even a whisper of wind. But she knew it wouldn't be long before the first alarm would come in.

She just needed to find a weak spot.

The cams posted around the gated perimeter seemed to cut every ten seconds; perfect.

A loud crash, and then a distant siren; if there were human guards, they would have come running. Nei, whomever ran this facility thought their tech far superior to any breaking and entering involved. She smirked as she continued, barreling through the flimsy metal gate just shortly after hearing Eithni's statement, grasping her second axe to hand.

Footsteps echoed from the depths of the shipping yard; they would be atop her any moment now.

"Be careful little one. Hey Old Man, aim for the shinies, yeah? Ve have company."

Mid caught the rifle as she attempted to talk down on him some more. As he checked the rifle over he decided to keep going. "Learn to repect your elders, child, and you might earn mine." he fired right back. As he shouldered the rifle he turned to leave for his cover. Her little flex also didn't do much to intimidate him. He was curious what she would do if he smacked her with her own arm.

This was getting out of hand.

He was allowing a little girl to throw her weight around him. Did she think he would be intimidated by her? He just let it go. He had better stuff to do. At his pile of rocks he set up his firing position. He had a great view of the base. Through the scope of the junk rifle he watched Eithni and Eva enter the building. As they made trouble inside, he opened fire. He took out some cameras and fired through the windows to take the droids out. He wanted to draw them into the open and give the rest a chance to get the mission done.

He left one camera to find him. It didn't take long before droids started to move through the doorways of the facility...and make an excellent bottleneck. He fired away to clear them out. When the rifle was dry he slung it over his back and instead drew his lightsabers. He moved along the flat ground, deflecting blaster bolts as they came at him. While droids might be problematic for others, they were meaningless to him.

Eithni heard her mom but didn't reply as she was now deep within the factory and replying would let every enemy near her know her position, even if she was invisible. The Dathomirian witch was unsure how far her mom or Mid was in the process of getting inside, but the sound of an alarm gave her the notice that they at least were on their way inside.

Patrol after patrols of droids she passed in the labyrinth of hallways unnoticed and those she could get passed, she shut down with her bow without giving herself away. Deeper and deeper she went until she entered a gigantic assembly hall with machines building machines. *woaw* thought the young witch, looking around the enormous assembly with so many assembly lines.

Moving further down the ground floor, she soon found some kind of lift and stairs beside that would lead upwards to somewhere. Eithni's guess as to where that control-thingy they were after, which controlled all the droids. Not taking the lift would probably be the smartest thing to do as it would most likely draw in attention to the moving lift.

Eithni quickly moved up the stairs and would end up in a large room with all manners of buttons, computers and beeping screens. The room had windows surrounding the whole room with a view out to the assembly hall, giving a complete overview of the place. "I'm inside that control-thingy, but I have no id~" Started Eithni to relay to her mom and Darth Kados, but was interrupted by something and her comm went silent.

Eithni had been thrown into one of the windows and then landed on one of the computers under the window. The glass cracked by the sheer force that Eithni was thrown. "Oof~" came it from the girl, a bit confused but also hurting a bit from the crash against the glass first and then a control panel.

Looking up, she saw an IG-00 walking threatening towards her with the extended blades from its arms. Eithni only just managed to get out of the way before the droid slammed its fist into one of the many control panels in the room. Trying to get enough space to shoot the IG-00 with her bow, was unfortunately not successful as the damn droid seemed to be predicting her moves and dodged her arrow.

Eithni was now dodging wildly as the droid kept on advancing on her, trying murderously to slice her to pieces. Eithni's invisibility had dropped from when she took damaged as she was fighting for her life with this damn droid. Multiple times the droid's blades came just a bit too close to her face and throat as it seemed to go specifically after those areas.

Pulling both her vibroblade daggers she kept on dodging and almost dancing with the droid, waiting for the right moment. The moment came soon after when the IG-00 tried to stab Eithni, but instead, the Nightsister used the vibroblade power function and cut off the hidden blades. While the droid didn't really seem to react to the removal of it's hidden blade, it did make it at least a bit less dangerous. However, their little dance did return to dodge and strike, being Eithni drawing the shorter straw and received most of the damage from the droid.

Eithni was panting heavily, flaring her magick almost having a snarl-like expression as they stood in the opposite end of the now heavily damaged control room. Which was something Darth Kados would notice, a lot of the droids had trouble reacting as the signal was started to lose it grasps on so many active droids. Almost all the glass in the room had been shattered, half the control computers in the room were sending out critical messages and Eithni had blood running down her forehead and a gash in her eyebrow was visible and had a thin stream of blood merge with the stream of blood from the forehead.

To say she was tired, was an understatement, not to mention rather beat up by the damn droid at the other end of the room.

She barely resisted the urge to bark out a laugh at his limp comeback. Age hardly mattered; he was just another red-skinned witch who pouted because she refused his advice and to give him what he thought was due respect. She could count on her one original hand how many people earned their respect with her, and only because they had the means to back up their lip.

Not because they depended on a mystic Force to get them through a combat easy enough for her to have taken down in her sleep.

As he took down from a distance, she kept her fight precisely where she wanted them.

Up front and in person.

First there were three, and there were then none. The axe cleaved through joints and weaknesses where plate didn't protect precious circuitry. She shield-checked the first one that leapt forward, then slammed down the other two in quick succession, leaping up into one cargo bay.

She was mildly annoyed that the red boy decided to be up close and personal, but she could handle him later. He stated he was not good at close combat... but if he was to be injured, she might drag him out of line of fire.

Perhaps.

"Daughter."

Her voice was clipped as Eithni's grunt passed through her personal comm. Perhaps it was accidental; perhaps it was coincidence. But someone was hurting her child, and there would be hell to pay.

"I'm coming."

The line shut off, and she continued onward; down the long and empty hallway.

Soon, however, there would be many more coming, and yet she was ready. She had faced far worse, after all. Taking down this depot wouldn't be a problem.

Holding back her rage from tearing the warehouse to piecemeal would be the real struggle.

Mid mowed down the droids as they came at him and he got closer. They were meaningless against him. Though it did give him a lot of time to get a look at Eva. And he wasn't impressed in the slightest. Her form was sloppier than a Jedi's. When Eithni's voice cut off he knew something was wrong and so did Eva. She rushed off to try and help Eithni. Mid followed after her to make sure she didn't get cut off and overwhelmed by the droids, cutting the ones coming after her apart.

He spotted the commotion as she rushed off to take the long way. With a shrug he took a shortcut through the assembly lines and used the force to jump the distance up to the windows where he spotted Eithni. He landed in one of the broken window panes and wrapped the force around the droid. With a flick of his wrist he pulled the droid towards him then proceeded to tear its head from its chassis. He climbed off the window pane and stood by Eithni, waiting for Eva to arrive.

In the meantime he looked Eithni over. "You alright?" he asked her calmly, checking the wounds on her forehead.

Just as the IG-droid was about to go at Eithni again, it was stopped in the middle of its action by Mid. Eithni hadn't notice or felt to pain yet, because of how much adrenaline her body was on, but a deep inclined cut from the right shoulder and down under the collarbone and stopping just before the chest area. Seeing Mid completely obliterate the IG droid made Eithni smile as her legs gave away under her. Panting heavily she despite her injuries, gave Darth kados a genuine joyful smile, which she kind of regretted as the pain started to kick in, all at ones. The Stark girl winched but really tried to fight her face by not showing it.

"I feel great!" Replied Eithni with an enthusiastic tone, which did not sound very convincing as she winched again in pain, "mom is gonna kill me" joked Eithni with a chuckle as she noticed the deep cuts and wounds on her as she remembered Eva stressing out about her not having any real protection on. Oh, Eithni was soo going to get in trouble when she was out of danger, Eithni just knew it.

In truth, she had been through some painful things in her life, just Nightsister training alone was ruthless to the body and mind but that she was used to. This was different in how it fought her, it kept calculating her moves and always found a counter for it, that being, kicking the shit out of her as well as killing her.

"Hey we did it, yaa~" started Eithni to cheer, before passing out on the floor, crumbling to the side as blood started to shift direction it would go, and then drip and form the beginning of a pool of blood. If either Darth Kados or her mom would inspect her, they would notice the very deep cut going from the shoulder and incline down, under the collarbone. Also, the gash in her eyebrow was fairly bloodied and then the headwound, just before crossing the hairline down to the forehead. Ironically, if it hadn't been this bad, Eithni could easily have healed herself, but sadly she never got the opportunity before losing consciousness.

She knew she was being watched, and it amused her in a very distant fashion. At least the Sith was being useful, cutting through adversaries as she took on her own side, but she knew she was also being judged.

Kark him. He was nobody important to her; what was important was what laid ahead, and finishing their objective was one of them.

Yes, she was mildly annoyed that the Sith got there first, but what did you expect when you didn't use your actual strength and supported your meager self with Force-gotten gains? She herself was hardly impressed, but where her husband could work with the witches, her distaste of Sith and Jedi alike ran deep; the only one she had truly felt any respect for was Valravus.

And her charms were of many levels, and very attractive.

By the time she had gotten there, she witnessed the girl slumping to the ground, and scowled.

Even those that would not be sensitive to emotion would have felt the rage that radiated from the woman, tightly controlled. She did not go the short way; the bodies of the bodyguard droids she had fought littered the ground like a bionic massacre, and seeing her daughter on the floor made her want to go back and do it again.

But instead she glanced at Kados. Her rage was not directed at him; all that was left was a calm façade of control.

"I do not like you."

She pointed to her daughter.

"But if you help her, I may help you in return someday. Be a doctor." She knew she was being a bit harsh on the man, but by this point did it really matter? The man seemed to at least be fascinated with her daughter, so she would allow it.. for now. She unclipped her medipak from her belt and tossed it over. He probably had one of his own, but she didn't need hers at the moment.

Right now, however, it was time to shut this little factory of horrors down. And if the Sith tried lecturing her one more time about health or safety hazards, she'd leave her daughter with him to pester him with one of her millions of questions. Her lips quirked in amusement at that thought. The girl could handle herself, she just needed treatment. She was a Stark, after all.

It wasn't long before she spotted the access panel to shut this kriffing thing off... and the three guards posted before it. Her lips quirked in a savage smile, and she hefted one of her throwing axes.

"Time for a bit of clean-up."

Mid eyed Eithni carefully as she tried to reassure him that she was fine. He wasn't that gullible. He caught her quickly enough when she passed out and slumped over. Eva then chose this time to make clear what Mid already knew. "Likewise." he stated flatly, catching the medpack she threw at him. But he didn't immediately use it. Instead a flame formed in his left hand that he quickly pressed against the deep gash across her chest. Immediately the wound cauterized and he started to bandage her up.

He left Eva to finish off the handful of droids as he took Eithni back to his ship. He doubted this woman had any form of medical facility on her ship to begin with, let alone a proper one. Once she was taken care of and stabilized he would give her over to Eva, but for now she needed to stay a bit on the Pureblood's ship as he fixed her up.

At least the mission was a success...despite the mutual hatred he and Eva shared. Now all that was left was to report back the mission was a success and that nobody died due to friendly fire.
