A'den's time in the Protectors had been relatively uneventful, more out of necessity then choice. A'den was a stubborn mule by even Mandalorian standards, he had refused modern medical care beyond the use of antibiotics for the wounds suffered during his rescue from slavery. This combined with his own personal rigorous training regime while the wounds healed created a lengthy stay in the infirmary, however the old warrior hadn't forgotten his commitment. Today he stood on his Clan's homeworld of Concord Dawn, he was preparing himself for a pursuit that would take him far from his beloved clan, far from his brothers and sisters.
The quarry he sought was a pair of dar'manda; the first of the cowards was known as Akela Parjir. The young pup was an Alliance sympathizer, he was a last seen joining the ranks of the Huut'un, he was considered a minimal threat, an easy mark for A'den. The other mark confused A'den, Ruusan Marren, the once leader of clan Marren, she was considered an honorable warrior by many warriors inside the clans. Why she had chosen to abandon her home and people baffled A'den, but he didn't question the order; she had chosen her fate.
A'den stood in his small lodgings, staring at his new armor, forged in the Bralor forge, he gazed at the engravings that told of his life and his clan. This would be his first time wearing Beskar since their passing, while his public period of mourning had long passed, in the silence of night he hadn't stopped. Junn was considered a brother by A'den, out of all his transgressions sparing the man was not one of them; his loss was felt every moment of every day. Hernandez, he had been a pillar of strength and had shown honor in every aspect of his life. Both men had come from disdainful walks of life, Junn had been Kyr'tsad and Hernandez a honorless mercenary before A'den met them.
He took this mission in their honor, in battle he would honor their memory, with swift justice their sacrifices would be remembered. In a single swift movement the white Beskar alloy breastplate was ripped off of the display rack. It had begun, the vengeance of the Clans would guide his actions, justice would befall these cowards, A'den's namesake would come crashing down upon them.
