Its more like independent ship of the armada, since it has its own hyperdrive it doesnt need to be in Commisionares hangar. But yes, I made it for troop delivery

Fair enough! I just need one last thing and we're ready to go: An updated number for crew/passengers (which may or may not necessitate an increase in size) for the cruiser.
