A few days have passed, and things were starting to get good with me.Yeah finally today I was going to start my training to become a shade knight.

I stood in the middle of the jungle in Thyffera waiting for my master to come, and guide me to the right path, and teach me how to control the power that had caused me alot of troubles.

I did not know how he looked like, or any sign that would tell me that he was the one meant to train me, but I had a feeling that he will be able to find me.

Hekan Deltev, Shade Knight, waited in the trees above the newcomer. The old Knight had never trained a Padawan being away for most of the time he was a Shade. He was sure thought that he would be able to train this youth. First though he decided to test him.

"Take the left path," Hekan projected the thought through the Force to the young man. "It will take you to our Enclave."

Hekan was of course lying. He needed to see how the young one would do in combat. He kept these thoughts secret, as the path led to the nesting place of many Vratixan blood eagles.

I thought that everything was over, but finally I heard a voice. The voice was probably to guide me to the place of the shade order enclave, and it really gave me hope again. Finally after I regained my strenght that I lost from the long trip. I started to walk toward the voice, as I took the left path just like the voice instructed.I was hoping that this voice was real, for I was almost done, and I had nothing to protect myself with, well not really nothing I had a small knife that used to belong to my father, but well it was useless.

I walked for quit sometime, but something got on my way, and these were one of the many moments that I thought that my life was going to be over, but well I had some hope in me.Yeah I took out my knife, and started to swing it left, and right to kill the scavnenging eagles that had just attacked me, but my attempts seemed to be useless.

As the Vratixan blood eagles attacked the man Hekan watched with a smirk on his face. If he could not fend off the local scavengers, then how would he fare against the horrors of the galaxy. Clearly this man needed help. Hekan sighed and ignitedhis lightsaber. He dropped down beside the man as two blood eagles tried to attack the man from behind.

With a one quick motion both blood eagles fell to the ground in two pieces. The rest of the blood eagles fled, as Hekan began to pour out Force energy from his body. When the birds were gone Hekan deactivated his blade and turned to the young man.

"Pitiful," he spoke, "if you cannot defeat a mere flock of blood eagles then how do you expect to survive my training?" Hekan calmed himself.

"Anyway, I am your new master, Hekan Deltev."

For a moment I thought that I was going to die, but well something unexpected happened to me.Yeah that was very weird indeed.A guy wielding a lightsaber saved me,as he killed two of the attacking birds.First I thought that he was a jedi, but then I knew that he was the shade knight that was going to train me.

"H...hello master Hekan.I...am sidiras Candroon."I said my fatiguate was pretty obvious in my tone, and I was also pretty nervous."master...I am sorry i would have killed them if I had a more powerful weapon"I added.Yeah after all of that I was still arrogant.

Hekan turned, whipped out his blaster and pumped one low power stun bolt into Sidiras.

"You will learn respect and modesty. Now come follow me and do not disturb the forest."

Hekan put his gear back inside his robes, his lightsaber on his belt, and began walking back to the Enclave.

He stunned me using a weapon.Well it was not that painful, but still it hurted me a little bit, and from that moment I knew that my training was not going to be easy.

I almost laughed when he told me to not disturb the forest, but oh well after all I have spent most of my life in corellia with ordinary people,so feeling that his answer was weird was pretty ordinary for some one like me.He then asked me to follow him,and So I did .That was the road I decided to take after all.Yeah I was going to follow the shaded path.

They walked for some time, days even, Hekan never stopped to rest, though eh could see that his apprentice was not doing so well. This was another lesson. When hurt, sick, or tired, you must be able to call on the Force to sustain yourself. Hekan shook his head. He could feel that the young man was doing none of this.

I have been following the guy who was supposed to be my master now for more days.I have been tired, sick, and almost dead, but my well did not make me drop down on the floor.Yeah I was so detirmined to follow him, and see what the destiny have for me. But well the guy seemd to be not pleased with what I am doing.

But oh well I still had the force to guide me.Yeah I was able to control it once befor when I came to this planet, and I was sure that I had the chance to control it again.

So I closed my eyes, and started to sense the force.Yeah I was able to control it, but first I had to clear my mind from all thoughts of fatigue. And this was probably the first time I was able to sense the force so clearly.Yeah I was able to sense it all around the forest.

I then opened my eyes, and started to chase after my master who was now far way ahead of me.I was running, yeah I did not know how I had the energy to do this, and the force seemed to me like some sort of magic.

"Finally! You have finally drawn on the Force to sustain you. In a battle that is a key power you need. Now I would like to reveal something to you. Your reaction will seal your fate. We have been walking on the outskirts of the Enclave for days. It is there just behind those trees."

Hekan pointed in the direction of the Enclave.

"How do you feel about that?"

He asked me a question then said that it was going to seal my fate.Well the question was so simple, but the answer sure was pretty important.

"I feel great, yeah finally I will be able to fullfil my destiny, and control the force that caused me alot of troubles in the past."

well it took me some time untill i finally spitted the words out of my mouth.I then looked at my master for his approval.

Hekan smirked. Well at least he control his emotions.

"Good. Now follow me."

Hekan led them through the forest to the Enclave. There he brought his apprentice to the courtyard which was full of Padawans and Knights meditating.

"Meditate young one, on the meaning of the Force and what our purposes' are as Shades."

Hekan walked back to his room leaving his apprentice to meditate.

I was pretty happy when he liked my answer, and well we then walked to the shade enclave.
there were alot of other padwans, and knights in the courtyard that he led me to.They were all meditating, and thats what probably my master asked me to do.Yeah he asked me to sit down, and meditate. And so I did.

Meditating was really great, for I was able to sense the force much more clearly.Yeah, but that is not everything my mind as well was in complete rest, yeah finally since the day I had killed my parents I was able to forget everything, and stay at peace with my self.

I then closed my eyes to sense the force much more.

Hekan went to his room and tinkered with his blaster for a while before finally drifting off to sleep.

6 hours later, Hekan awoke. It was now pitch black outside. He traveled back down to the courtyard and found his apprentice still meditating. He waited patiently for him to sense him.

I lost sense of time during meditation, but it seemed that my master was finally here.Yeah, and even tho my eyes were closed I was able to sense him through the force.

"master...you are here finally"I said in a polite tone, as I opened my eyes, and as I looked up to him

Hekan cocked his brow.

"Indeed. Now tell me what you have pondered in your meditations."

"master I was able to sense the force better, and I was also able to keep my mind clear, and at peace for the first time"I said still maintaining my polite, and deep tone.

"Wrong!" Hekan smacked the young man with the back of his hand. "Why are you here? Answer me that!"

He smacked me hard on my back, but well I did not know why he did that.

"I.. am here to become a shade knight, and learn how to control the force."I said in a nervous tone.

"What do I have to do to provoke you!" Hekan punched the man in the face, hearing a sharp crack as he did so. There was no pain in his had so he knew that his apprentice must be in excrutiating pain.
