OK when you click to make a new thread, above the window where you type there is a clickable message which says something along the lines of "manage this thread's polls" click that and it will give you some options.

See, its not that hard, and to add more choices there should be a hyperlink saying create new conetent. honestly it isn't as hard as you guys make it seem. :18:
