The OP has been updated with the following:


Toasted Tw'lek's Rule(while inside the cantina): "Start violence, get shot."

What this means:

1. Do not assault security guards in any way. This includes slapping, pushing to egg them on, etc.
2. Do not attempt to start a fight.
   
3. Do not pull out weapons and wave them around, unless you're shooting someone breaking the rules.

Do not abuse these rules. Anyone abusing the rules will end up shot. We, the management team, see everything.

WARNING: there has been ONE(1) PC death for rule breaking.
