Personally, I think if a limb would've been cut off if it weren't for the fact that we're using training sabers. Or a main organ would've been skewered were it not for the training sabers. That it should become obvious to any of us that we would've lost in a real fight and can therefore, if those hits add up, submit.

Otherwise I'd agree that you just gotta disarm em or subdue em.

Just out of curiosity, do these tourney fights follow the same 2 week deadline as standard Manaan rules, or are they shortened due in part to there being no real plot than "let them fight"?
