I'm just going by what you told me, Dragon. The fact of the matter is that you shouldn't even need more than *one* layer of armor. Deaths don't occur frequently IC around here, and even then, you shouldn't feel the need to fall back on ridiculous quantities of resistant materials and shields. You should just rush in and kill stuff, then leave. Hopefully alive.

The rest of my argument, however, I believe is valid.

I'm only posting this because I feel the need to quickly clarify this: By 'Sustained Fire', I am not referring to flame-based weaponry. [Though that would be rather effective as well.] I am referring to prolonged amounts of weapons fire. IE; a barrage of blaster bolts or rifle rounds. Also, because I'm an idiot and didn't use a good picture, one of the joints for the Thera-pattern armor is missing; there's a big-ass waist joint between the crotch plate and the chest guard. That's the biggest weak part in the armor and it, like the shoulder, knee, and neck joints, is only proof against pistol fire.

edit - K Bac. I am updating the equipment list, fyi. I realized it isn't as comprehensive as it should be.

Next on my worklist:
-Actually fixing the force shtuffs. Thinking of just toning everything down to Jedi Knight level and restricting it to use by Paladins only.

-Revising the main thread. Should be quick and painless there.

-Re-balancing the re-balanced balances in the equipment sheet so that the gear is actually passable.
