my favorite, not necessarily would beat anyone's *ss...

1- Obi Wan
2- Satele
3- Windu
4- Plo Koon
5- Yoda

-I kinda based my decisions off of personality, skills, and capabilities/ feats, rather than skills alone. obviously not the "strongest" though, but I love them anyway.

I wonder how a Jedi could have a love for life knowing that'd it must end one day.

Most likely in the same way anyone can have a love for life.

Part of the beauty lies in both tragedy and brilliance of life and end of that life. Just because a life must end doesn't mean it can't be loved

Johnny is a very odd name for a woman.

That's all fine and dandy, but wouldn't the inevitability lead to fear.

Of course there is only the force.

Edit: LOL i just realized I answered my own question.

Jolee Bindo and Obi-wan Kenobi.

For Jolee it's because he gave me some much needed wisdom in that game, both in the context of the game and a personal philosophy. He differed from the expected Jedi role and is easily in my top 5 favorite companions in a RPG.

Obi-wan is quite honestly my favorite character in Star Wars. Following him from the Jedi Apprentice series as he grew and started the path towards becoming Council Master Kenobi, watching just how consistent his character growth was through the EU books and how there'd always be recalls to previous experiences. His patience, the struggles with his inadequacies both as a padawan and a knight, his diplomatic acumen, his perceptions of the galaxy and the force, puns and wit, and his mastery of Soresu, both the form and philosophy, make him one of the most interesting characters that the EU expanded upon.

I love Liam Neeson, but Qui-Gon was not that great of a character.

1. Luke Skywalker.
2. Obi-Wan Kenobi.
3. Original Trilogy Yoda.

They are the only interesting canon Jedi in my opinion. Mace "I-Have-A-Purple-Lightsaber-Only-Because-My-Highly-Overrated-Actor-Is-Selfish" Windu is my least favourite Jedi of all time.

I don't really know much about the EU Jedi, or any of the Jedi for that matter, so I'm just going to say Obi-wan. His character, and McGregor's performance in the prequels was one of the few things I genuinely enjoyed about the films. I also like Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee. Anakin Skywalker is my least favourite.

Everyone knows the super badass guys like Bane and Dooku
You could not have picked two Sith Lords I despise more. How anyone can possibly call Dooku a "badass" is beyond me. Each to their own though.

Yoda should have never been given a lightsaber to begin with. Seeing him fight just seems wrong and out of character.

Dooku could straight up fly. He was calm cool and collective something the bad guys in the star wars universe is still lacking.

Don't get me wrong, Christopher Lee is fantastic. I just find this particular character he played to be a really lame and boring villain. The dreadful scriptwriting didn't help either. I'm told that Dooku's portrayal in the books is much better, but I have not read them. His portrayal in the films though totally failed to grip or entertain me.

There are plenty of Sith Lords in the Star Wars universe who were calm and in total control of their emotions, but still badass and entertaining. In fact, most of them were just like that. Dooku was just overly civil and bland the entire time. I found nothing about him to be badass, in comparison to say, Darth Sidious who had masterful control over his emotions and primal urges, but was still a repulsive, sadistic, maniacal villain who was entertaining every time he appeared on screen.

I do agree with you. His character could have used more quality as far as script writing and given more clarity in character portrayal. I haven't taken too much reading in the books either, but from what I have read, he was a badass.

1- Mace Windo because Samuel Jackson. XD Nah, I just love the character. He was second only to Yoda, a total badass and one of the best swordsman in the history of the Order! Also, Shatterpoint. :D Purple is also my fave colour. I know people dont like him because they say he was just there for badassery and didnt suit the Jedi way, but I felt that he was a step in the right direction for the Jedi. He was very skilled and powerful but at the same time, he was wise and c'mon guys "the Darkside surrounds the chancellor". Dude was no fool. XD I also feel like his no nonsense attitude suited the timeline. They WERE in the time of the Clone Wars after all.
2- Qui-gon Jinn because Liam Neeson. XD But seriously, he was one of the best things from the Phantom Menace. (aside from Padme, Darth Maul and the Soundtrack) His character was.... it sounds stupid but I felt like he really was Obi Wans master. I mean he was actually his master XD, but they gave him the same air they gave Alec in the old saga. Like, he was somewhat mysterious, a little unorthadox, a fatherly figure and at the same time, he was badass. :D
3- Kit Fisto. He was so... mysterious during the movies. The Jedi who smiles whilte cutting down battle droids in the middle of a figurative slaughterhouse. He was intrigueing and after a little EU research and the CW, gotta say, hes left an impression on me.
4- Ahsoka Tano. I didnt really start liking her until near the end of the CW movie when she was fighting the droids. Whenever I watched an episode, I felt myself becoming more and more attached. She had so much development and became such a good Jedi, in my eyes, that I was and am completely heartbroken about the ending of Season 5. I partied with her cameos in Season 6 tho. I NEED more of her, simply because I feel like she really did bring a unique element to star wars and I pray that it will continue to be explored in the future.
5- Im-Gun-Die.
5.5- Bastilla Shan. She was one of the few things I truly enjoyed characterwise in KOTOR. Dont shoot me guys. >_> Dont get me wrong I liked the characters, for me she just stood head and shoulders above the rest. I WANTED to play as her. Satele aka the Rip off is ok too but, Bastilla was just... I felt like she was the key element in the game.
6- Ferus Olin. He was just a solid, relatable character and his series is amazing. Everyone should read it!
7- Gwendoline Christies character in Star Wars Seven. Im relatively sure she'll be some kind of Jedi character simply because of her role in Game of Thrones. I LOVE HER!!!!
7.5- Jocasta Nu. I actually cried when Anakin killed her in the Revenge of the Sith game.
8- Plo Koon. He felt like a father to Ahsoka to me and he was such a cool character to explore. Im glad he got a death scene in Revenge of the Sith. As bad as that sounds.
9- Serra Keto. Shes sooo cooool. :D
10- Shaak Ti. She just... intrigues me
10.5- Aayla Secura. Same reason as above.
