Biography
Born on the planet Aleen, little is known of the origins of Toreri Sage. Taken at a young age from the Jedi Order for his very strong connection with the force, Toreri was trained in the ways of the Jedi. Being a quick learner, it wasn't long until Toreri began advancing as a Jedi. As he grew with the force, he yearned for more knowledge and understanding of it. Unlike the exiles of the order, Toreri sought for what he believed was the natural bond with the force, using it for light and good, not for seeking power and control.
Toreri was fortunate to be a pupil of one of the wisest and oldest Jedi of the order, Wyck. Under his guidance and wisdom, he learned much about the true nature of the force. Toreri would study the ancient ways of the Jedi and even studied the ancient history of the dark side to obtain a better understanding of both sides of the spectrum. While of course being under the watchful eye of the Jedi Masters, Toreri remained pure in the heart and soul, never tainted by the powers of the dark.
During the time of war, the main focus was on creating soldiers to fight for the light. The scholars of the time were in less number than those who would rather wield a saber. Because of this, Toreri has had first-hand battle experience being thrown into the conflict here and there. Whenever he isn't fighting, he spends his time studying, trying to forge himself into a better scholar and true educator of the force.
Toreri practices form IV lightsaber combat. The lightsaber form is usually practiced as an aggressive style but is usually the only alternative for those of very small stature. Toreri uses his nimble size and his agility coped with acrobatics to his advantage when using form IV lightsaber combat. People who saw the Jedi Knight in combat at first hand described how all they saw was a flash of green light as he moved around incredibly fast.
During his lifetime, he has forged several friendships and also lost several. He has seen countless deaths of his Jedi companions murdered in battle, each death leaving a dent in his soul. What hurt more to him than those that were killed, but those he knew that turned to the dark side. While Toreri by rank was only a Jedi Knight and there were no padawans at the time, he still had Jedi that learned under him and took after his guidance and knowledge of the force. One of his students that he saw as a son to him, Jevan Tosk, a young promising Jedi Knight, turned to the dark side and attempted to murder his teacher and friend, Toreri Sage.
In an epic clash and flurry of light. The two had a duel in the very estate in which Toreri was residing. Toreri knew he was out-matched when compared in lightsaber abilities, so he relied on the force and trapped him under rubble of which he ripped from the pillars above him. Out of still lingering compassion he had for his once former friend, he let him go, to which Jevan seized the opportunity and lunged at Toreri, simultaneously grasping his saber with the force. In the blink of an eye and out of instinct, Toreri quickly evaded from the lunge and activated his blade, cutting right through Jevan. After the battle, Toreri would bury him on his home planet in honor of his fallen friend.
Over the years Toreri has become a scholar and educator of the force. He hopes to unlock more and more potential with the force as he continues down the path of a Consular to the Jedi Order. He spends much of his recent days exploring recovering lost Jedi Artifacts and other things lost in the schism of war. He hopes to educate those around him of the true nature and help find balance in the divide. He believes the key to peace is through knowledge and understanding.

Personality
Toreri Sage has a kind-heartedness and loving nature to those around him. He is very warm and welcoming to everyone and has a pacifist view of the world. However while still being this way, he understands when the time to fight is necessary and is not afraid to do so. Toreri Sage can be very serious and also sometimes humorous. You wouldn't tell by meeting him that he could have a lot of hurt underneath.
Toreri spends a lot of time meditating, as was recommended by his teacher Wyck, to calm his mind and keep him at peace with the force. Toreri has a very laid-back and calm personality, his temperament control is superb, and often times never lets his emotions get the better of him. He thinks logically before thinking emotionally, and always keeps his senses sharp and his good judgement even sharper.
Not fond of any vices, Toreri lives a very modest life and spends some of his free time reading, meditating, studying, and tending to his garden.

Powers & Abilities
Toreri uses the force to help him when fighting, helping increase his mobility and acrobatics helping him use Ataru to its full potential. Toreri also communicates with the force and shares a powerful bond with the energy. Along with his powerful force abilities and exceptional dueling skill, Toreri is an adept pilot and knows how to work starfighter craft having used it in several battles.
