I read that yesterday, and found it to be quite a terrible review. The guy was a moron. Many of the 'problems' he had with the film stemmed from the fact that he wasn't paying attention.Quick synopsis of the film for you lads. Tis a good read actually.

I think that it was good, but the twins weren't someone I could like that much. I thought the cussing wasn't excessive becuase it was a more adult themed film but I do think the twins could have had better character.
Well he had more lines in this movie.I like how they added more autobots this time around. I wish they would do more with starscreams character though.

I did not care at all when Optimus died. It was painfully obvious he was going to come back. The plot was a rehashed version of the last movie, and it was filled with so much low-brow humour I thought Larry the Cable Guy must have been one of Micheal Bay's consultants.
after you get past the big robots, you realize there is nothing there for you.
What? Care to explain the 'rehashedness' of Optimus Prime's role, please.I did not care at all when Optimus died. It was painfully obvious he was going to come back. Honestly, whoever doesn't like this film is either from North Korea or gay.
FACT
Aside from him dying, he's the big bad awesome robot who ends up saving everyone. His role in the film didn't change. There was no character development that actually changed the character. They all left exactly as they were prior to the film. What? Care to explain the 'rehashedness' of Optimus Prime's role, please.

The plot?
Autobots are fighting Decepticons: Granted, it was a given'. So I'm not knocking that.
Autobots trying to stop Decepticons from getting the Matrix of Leadership: Autobots trying to stop Decepticons from getting the Allspark. Litterally no difference, except for the name and shape of the object.
Little RC Robot: Little Cellphone Robot.
Sam's role in the movie was exactly the same as in the last movie. They didn't change anything about him.
And I don't give a shit if Megean Fox is in the film. Yea, she's hot. Doesn't mean the film is any good. You can dye shit pretty colours, it's still going to be shit. If the only reason you can think of going to see a movie is because of the chick in it, just watch porn.

First movie, he didn't really appear much until the end, and in the final battle, he lost. Sam saved the day, not Optimus Prime. Optimus hardly did anything worth mentioning except fight and lose. Bumblebee was the awesome one in the first movie, IMO. Second movie, Optimus Prime is the badass he is supposed to be, and while he does die part way through, it was due to him being attacked by several enemies, and he still managed to give them a run for their money before it happened. He took on a much bigger role, kicked ass, had more dialogue, and protected Sam. In the first movie Sam didn't have much motivation for caring about Optimus, but in the second, Optimus saved his life and sacrificed himself just to buy him some more time. And then, in the end, Optimus Prime saved the day destroying the machine and killing the shit out of the Fallen.Aside from him dying, he's the big bad awesome robot who ends up saving everyone. In every iteration of Transformers, the Autobots are trying to stop the Decepticons from doing something, whether it's reaching some awesome item, or stopping them from destroying a planet. It's the same basic plot structure. The 1986 movie (that was awesome and had the best power rock ballad soundtrack of all time) had the Autobots stop the Decepticons from stealing the Autobot Matrix of Leadership (where some of the lore from RotF comes from) which could be used to destroy a planet-destroying planet. Hah, funny, planet-destroying planet. But in essence, the Autobot Matrix of Leadership does something different from the Cube anyway, even though it would have the same effect of destroying human life. The plot?

The little cellphone robot was a bad guy from beginning to end. What you call the 'Little RC Robot' (which is actually Wheelie, a character from previous Transformers iterations, including the 1986 feature film), is a bad guy in the start, but ends up switching sides, adding another dynamic to the story.Little RC Robot: Little Cellphone Robot.
Exactly the same? Not exactly. He starts off as just some kid in the first film who is taken along for the ride, and by the end of the second film, he has become the quintiscencial Hot Rod (Rodimus Prime) from the 1986 film, in which he is the only one able to use the Autobot Matrix of Leadership to bring Optimus Prime back to life to kick ass and chew bubble gum to save the day. There is character development here.Sam's role in the movie was exactly the same as in the last movie. They didn't change anything about him.
Nothing to say about this one. You got me there. And I don't give a shit if Megean Fox is in the film. Yea, she's hot. Doesn't mean the film is any good.
