Tribunal of blood (All Bloodied hand, especially Jediman and Veral)

Ivan sat behind his desk at the haven. He had summoned the parties that had taken part in the raid of the frigate. It was Ivan's now.

That was not the purpose for this meeting. Those that were soon to enter would find out soon enough. He smiled to himself at what was to come...

 

[Venom]

Veral had learned that Ivan had wanted to meet with him about something. Which was most likely how the mission went. Although Veral had done a very small amount of damage to his allies, Veral had also definitely killed more of the opposing mercs than anyone else in the boarding party. He was wearing his body armor still, and had his rifle slung across his back. He also had his blaster pistol at his side. He liked to be prepared for the worst of situations. They were in a pirate haven, no telling when either the republic would somehow show up, or another pirate would decide that he had something that they liked.

He did not see any reason for him being punished, but he had heard that Ivan was a bit crazy. Still, he might be getting some form of promotion for killing so many of the mercs. That would be nice, he smiled and thouht to himself. He walked to Ivan's office in the pirate haven and walked in. No fear, just go for it.

"You wanted to see me sir?" He said to Ivan. Not a trace of pride or fear in his voice. God he wanted that promotion.

Marian leaned on the side of the durasteel doors that led to the meeting room, debating whether he should enter or not. His teeth clamped down on a cigarette, his ruminating eyes watching the rising smoke.

After a few minutes of debate, he entered the room. The squadron commander stayed by the doors, out of the way, as he still debated with himself whether his presence was important or not.

Ivan ignored Veral, for now, indicating for Marian to join him on the desk. ''I'm glad you came, Marian, this will be done soon, i assure you.'' He drank from his goblet, made from ship parts.

 

[Ols]

Kyle strode through the open doorway. He was not late, only Marian and one of the soldiers had arrived to meet Ivan before himself. He was wearing his regular trousers, boots and armour vest. He had left his coat in his quarters and his muscular, thick arms were clearly on show. His curve-hilted lightsaber hung at his belt, a holstered pistol on his hip. On his head he wore no bandana today, and he carried his traditional trocorner hat in his hands, the horns on his head looking very menacing. The large man stopped inside the room and nodded respectfully to Ivan, "Lord Valtiere," and then muttered a greeting to Marian. He looked at the crewman a moment, but said nothing to him before returning his eyes to Ivan.

Marian merely nodded to the hushed greeting he received from the Force-sensitive pirate.

The poet maneuvered himself to flanking the side of Lord Valtiere, his eyes were looked from person to person. Out of boredom, he was composing a haiku in his head.

 

[Trakon]

James had heard of a meeting that might well involve him something along the lines of the mission so he arrived as soon as he could. When he walked in he noticed two soldiers who had the complication and then saw another seat and sat down in it.

God, we are going to be chewed out, he thought

 

[Will]

Ivan sat, staring at the liquid in his goblet. ''State your cases.'' He said, the aggression barely restrained in his voice. They were not going to have a good day.

 

[Emma Lou]

The only female pirate in the Bloodied Hand stood behind Ivan with her hands on the back of his chair. She had changed from her uniform back into something more comfortable, her dresses. She scanned the men in the room with a half smile resting on her lips, because she knew that they were in trouble.

 

[Venom]

Veral shook his head slightly. He might end up being glad that he brought one of his "gifts" from the republic with him. Still he had not really done much of anything.
'My case, sir. Is that I had the highest kill count for the entire boarding party." He started. He knew that it wsasnt what ivan wanted to hear, but it was the truth. In that last moment when they had all been pinned down, he had basically killed every single merc. But, he did not want to appear insolent before Ivan, and said.
"But, I have to admit, I did remove the mandatory mask. As my own personal helmet would provude an oxygen supply for longer. It was only so I could fight for you better. I apologize for removing it my lord."He said as he bowed a little. It didnt sound like a lie, because it wasnt. Veral had wanted to fight better. Dying on his first mission while working for Ian did not seem pleasent.

 

[Jedi man]

Max scurried in like the rat he felt like. His back was burned and scared from the blast. He figured this would end badly for him since he had stolen an ally's locket. Normally he would have sold it quickly, but he was on "trial" and it was evidence. He closed his eyes wincing from the unspoken words.

 

[Trakon]

"Sir I stopped one of the other member's from killing an ally, ofcourse the ally was tealing from a dead comrade but that doesn't mean he should be shot right away. I told the one stealing to watch out giving him a chance to move away." James said the words he thought would do the best for him and a little to the others.

 

[Will]

Ivan closed his eyes, the rage building. ''And the case of the thief and the man whom took justice into his own, ill-equipped hands?'' He waited.

 

[Jedi man]

"Well the guy had been shot, he was dead as dead and he had this locket," Max pulled out the peice of jewelry offering it to Ivan," so's he didn't need it so's I took it and mister Trigger Happy tries to put a hole in my head. Course now the captains angry, but we keep going an I puts my life on the line shootin a buncha mercs before the other guy throws a bomb."

The water's surface
is only disturbed by ripples.
Is that ripple just?

Marian, from the tone he heard from Ivan, deducted the hidden rage within the leader of the Bloodied Hand. If things go wrongly for the accused, the name of this particular pirate group would not be for show. After exhaling some smoke, he put out the fire within his cigarette, storing the stick within a special pocket made to be fire-resistant: perfect for this sort of thing.

His hand brushed by his semi-automatic blaster pistol, although Marian made no expression of registering the weapon before withdrawing his hand.

[Will]

Ivan tapped a small button on the desk. There was a buzz as the doors locked. ''You shall be punished for your crimes. All of you are removed. If i ever see you so much as flying again, i will kill you, and to emphasise that, i'm going to drive this home.''

The bloodied hand men raised their rifles, safties off. He didn't move his gaze while he talked to the others. ''I think Kyle is most justified in doing the main damage, but do either of you wish to teach them before i get involved?''

 

[Lavi]

Along with them, Marian drew his blaster pistol, raising it to aim at the convicted men. His primary concern was to protect Ivan (as he is among the closest to the pirate lord), but he will fire if needed.

Justice is blind, until the jury opens its eyes.​
