Coruscant has just been taken back in a Republic assault, the Alsakans committed a tactical blunder and retreated back to the planet Alsakan, and there has been a schism in the Jedi Order, creating a large group of exiles.

Has the Schism created any possibility of Alsakan reinforcement or co-operation with the Jedi?

That will probably depend on how the Republic reacts with the schism because both the Jedi and Dark Jedi are courting the Republic and if the Jedi are harshly spurned, they may help the Alsakans as they have made peace with Alsakan. The Dark Jedi probably will be on friendly terms with the Republic.

Huh, thats actually unusual, I thought that the Republic were the good guys in this situation. Then again there is no good or evil, just actions.
Tell me this...why didn't the Alsakans use the force...of orbital bombardment?:CHappy:

Republic could be considered bias on the matter because he's the leader of the Alaskans. :P

There isn't really good or evil in this situation, for the most part, a lot of the conflict could have been prevented if everyone had been able to peacefully discuss the problem.

Orbital bombardment for Coruscant?

So really it this Crisis is really a very, very violent argument?

Put it this way if my planet had failed a lot of times I'd just go "Screw this" and bomb the place...explosions are fun

That's why we have defense systems.

Unless they're disabled.:CCry2:

You could see it that way. No one is truly evil that we know of, the Alsakans want to have Coruscant so they can fix it up and make it less grating to their God as well as fixing up other planets. The Republic wants to keep what it has. Dark Jedi want to start a reformed Jedi Order without people like Banik who went crazy. Jedi want to keep their numbers and do their job without interference from the Dark Jedi.

There have been some but they have largely been between factions that were less hostile to each other like the Jedi and Alsakans and the Dark Jedi and Republic. The Alsakans were going to talk to the Republic but Ols shot that down.

He said that it couldn't happen because it was happening at the same time as two other battles and that senators wouldn't want to go to a peace agreement if it wasn't approved by him and Nexus.

I'd guess Ols wouldn't want them because then they might solve a problem. :CHappy:

Now you see you could have had an EXTRA problem if that had happened, the possibility of assassins or soldiers who refuse the idea of peace or the introduction of a third party, although cheesy, could have possibly developed things a lot more

They wouldn't have fully solved the problem, but the fighting problem would largely be out of the way.

As of now, I can't think of any absolutely crazy people that would try to stop peace at all costs but they might exists.

Yeah crazy people are usually bloodthirsty warlords...wooo!!!
But that could be used as a plot twist to the end if it does come to a negotiation, but who will die?
