So why the changes? The Admin color was very similar to the normal member color, so we wanted it to stand out more. We also wanted the Faction Leader color to be similar yet distinct to Admins, to have color consistency. We went with blue because it looks good, and fits in well with the steely, industrialized look the site has always had.

The gold FL color was awesome, why did you change it? :CStern
