Precision Marksmanship: He is far from a tactical sniper and more adapt as the use of blaster rifles and pistols. Able to hit moving targets with little complications and to aim and fire quickly, all agents are dangerous with their blasters.
Close Quarters Conditioning: As a field operative sometimes you wont have a weapon at reach, never fear the training an agent receives prepares agents for such scenarios. Taught how to target and hit vital points or use the environment against your enemy operatives are quite adept at dirty fighting.
Forgery: Verenus due to the sensitivity of his work has gone through additional forgery training, anything from fake Alliance Identification to permits he can create with proper equipment and patients.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Verenus is smart, precise in his actions and lastly good at the type of work he trained for. But that does not mean he is a flawless individual, recent events have left him cold and hollow. The events that caused his defection has made him reckless he has lucked out by how well his defection turned out. Though he has a solid cover he is quick to take risks at the expense of himself and his safety.
Secondly, he is not a bruiser, he cannot hold his own in a fair fight, that is why he fights dirty and he strikes quickly with little preparation for his enemy to do anything. But when he gets hit he goes down quickly. He does not have the endurance to be in a prolonged fight and he is now warrior, easily overpowered by stronger foes he needs to choose his fights carefully or perish.
Verenus is a good operative, always able to get into locations socially or by nefarious means. He excels whenever he needs to use his social skills to obtain something which also includes backing up his cover identity. Despite the hollowness of his nature he can still act, and Verenus is quite the thespian in the theatre of deception.
Ruthless, when Verenus takes a job he will do anything in his power to see it through,sometimes he may go a bit over kill, but for the most part he is incredibly thorough in everything he does. His friends called him obsessive compulsive, but being to comfortable in any situation will get you kill, he always looks over his shoulder, this makes him hard to trust, but less likely to take a vibro blade through his back.

PERSONALITY:
Sociable is an understatement, he has a certain charm to him that people just like. Ever since he was a kid he was good with people. Such a personality nearly cemented him to be within the diplomatic corps but was not until minders within the university in Bastion saw his second nature. A manipulative creature who not only used his social skills to get ahead, but also a wit to problem solve himself out of various challenges. People who have known Verenus for a while know him to be cunning and stubborn.
But very few people see his true nature, the nature after the event lead to his deception, to be honest he had been hollow for a while. Ever since the Ascendant called back his family and he was left behind, Kira almost got rid of such feelings but she also vanished from his life. Once a pious believer of Imperium might and national strength such ideas have been shattered, though he is good at coming off as sociable he now only interacts with people unless he has to. When alone the charming smile vanishes and in it’s place is a look of meloncholy.
BIOGRAPHY:
Life was good, Verenus was one of eight children, and the only child in the family to get full Imperial Citizenship. The Bel’Thalas family has a history of serving as Chiss ambassadors for nearly three centuries and Leonis Bel’Thalas continued on the families tradition. Verenus grew up in the high society in Bastion, he had the best education he could recieve, and had very little worries.
His father was a traditionalist when it came to Chiss policies, he supported isolationism and has strong nationalist tendencies, this lead to the Ascendancy to recall Leonis’s services, not wanting to damage a good reputation they left Veranus behind with the Arete family which was a well established noble Imperial house. His fathers philosophies spread to Verenus, not much with the isolationism but with the National pride. He was the prodigal student at school, always leading by example, and quick to give pro Imperium platitudes when appropriate.
He always did well in school which lead him to continue his schooling through Bastion University, focusing on foreign policy he was to follow in his fathers footsteps. That was until he caught the eye of local imperial intelligence recruitment agents within the university. Transplanting themselves as students and faculty they used the University as a recruiting ground for promising agents.
Subtley they vetted him until he finished his last year of school he was motivated in applying for the Operative Selection Academy. He was accepted and three months after his education was finished he began to be trained in espionage. He excelled quickly and was at the top of his class. It was there he met Kira, she was going to be working as a communications expert.
A pretty human female who was equally as witty and charming as Verenus. He fell for her quickly and it did not take long for them to persue a relationship, though often Verenus’s work would take him far away from her they made the relationship work. Ten years he was in the service of Imperial Intelligence that was until the events that lead to his defection too place. Before the exchange of power an operation went bad, the local Sith Crusader who was overseeing the operation killed half of the communication staff in fury, Kira was one of them.
Verenus did not know about the events until several days afterward, but after that his flame died, that was when he began to plan his escape, the idea of the Empire being a great utopia shattered, instead he needed a new destiny. The night the regime change happened was killed was the night when he took his “extended vacation” he had no idea why the brass cleared him but before they knew what was going on he vanished.
Running to Hut space he sold his ship, and took the public identity as a merchant trying to open up trade agreements between his organization and the Ascendancy, he came to Hutt space to find investors. But by night he worked as a contract killer, he was there for a year, working for an organization he had no name of and taking their anonymous requests, until finally he made enough money to arrange transport to Csilla, hopeing to find his family and start a new life...
