Watching and Waiting (Ask)

The shadow was waiting for the man to move. She was not here to kill him, just to keep an eye on him. She could have killed him about twenty or thirty times since she arrived on in Coronet City a day ago. This man, who she was hired to watch not kill or capture, never tried to hide his trail. Right now he was walking out of a bar and heading back toward his hotel.

Yael Furtificus pulled the hood of her black cloak over her face and started to follow him again. She was starting to get bored of this following and not killing. She was itching to finish him off and the ideas were just flowing freely in her mind. Her intrustions were to watch him for a week and report all his movements back to a lesser crime lord.

She sighed as she watched him enter the expensive hotel for the night. Sometimes she hated her job.

Joshua followed Yael as the crime lord instructed she covered her trail vary good but she wasn't better then Josh he fallowed her with ease

Yael knew she was being followed and that was the reason she left a little trail. Why was he following her? That was the question she wanted answered. She ducked into a dark crevasse and waited for him to pass. Following her was going to be the last thing he did.

shit where the hell did she go josh said while he was looking for her that when he passed her without knowing

She waited till he was well past her hiding spot before she stepped out and crept up on him. She slowly and silently pulled her dagger out and waited for him to stop walking. She put her left arm around his neck and pulled him back against her. Her right hand with the dagger went up to his neck. Her grip was strong and her blade sharp. He would soon feel it.

"Why are you following me?"

josh said your boss sent me

"Why? Maybe it's a test for you...to see if you will survive"

She held the knife closer to his throat, she did not care if she drew blood or not.

"I want you to go tell that petty crime boss that the man he sent me to watch is now dead. If you turn around, I'll kill you, if you ever follow me again, I'll kill you, understand?"

She dropped the knife and spun him away from her. He had two choices now: go back to the boss or attack her and die.

Yael was really hoping that he wouldn't return as she focused her attention back on the hotel. The room light for the man was still on and Yael smiled. He was still there. Now, she would wait and then kill him in the morning.

josh was sent back and fallowed her wating to kill her if she killed the man

She knew he was back, she felt like she was being watched. It was a big mistake on his part.

"Why'd you come back?"

She said out loud to the man hiding in the shadows.

 

[Phil]

Alsakans were a rare thing to see now, considering most were on the edges of space while others were integrated into several other organizations or they turned to freelance work. No one suspected a thing when the red armored Alsakan arrived at the space port in Coronet City yesterday and booked in a small room at a Cantina nearby. CDR-382 was now examining his armor and pistol, making sure they were all in working condition as he prepared himself the the small assignment set upon him by one of the Hutts. Someone in the Empire was doing a poor job on things, and 382 was assigned to "remove him" to save further embarrassment for the Hutts.

Once his equipment checked out, he made his way towards a window he removed recently and climbed out it and onto a ladder. He was now facing another building as he descended down the ladder and into an alleyway where he landed feet first. He quickly looked around before he dove behind a dumpster, pressing his back against it as he saw someone near the end of the alleyway. He looked straight ahead of him and saw another Dumpster, one he visited earlier where he stored some extra equipment as a precaution.

"Why'd you come back?"

Thats all he heard from the unrecognized sentient at the end of the alley. He suspected whatever she was up to was not his concern at the moment...

im going home josh said as he came out of the shadows smileing and as more men came out with blaster pointed at her the boss man didnt like what you said

 

[Phil]

"Change of orders, Recruit."

CDR-382 said, his pistol aimed at Joshua as he walked into the scene, past Yael and slightly ahead of her. He turned to the other soldiers who were there as they stood at attention and saluted their captain before 382 turned towards his target.

"Joshua Cratin, I am Captain 382, I have a warrant for your arrest from Kajuub the Hutt of The Empire. Whatever your orders were are now canceled and I am taking charge of this squad you foolishly brought with you. Now, you will come with me back to my ship where we will return to Kajuub together. If you resist arrest, I will put you down here and now."

He ordered, his pistol not letting Joshua out of his sights. It was then that he realized that the female in the area was Yael Furtificus, one of Venator's offspring.

 

[Emma Lou]

Yael smiled at the Captain, she knew him from the Raider's Coalition as well as the military.

"You know, I could have taken care of him"

 

[Joshua Cratin]

dam i should seen this comeing why dose he want me josh said as he walked with CDR-382

 

[Phil]

382 never let Joshua out of his sights, even when he was spoken too by Yael who was behind him. His pistol was trained on Joshua the entire time as he briefly looked back to Yael.

"I know. You have your own target here to focus on, I am sure."

He then turned his full attention back to Joshua.

"That is for you to find out. Surrender your weapons to the soldier to your left and come with me. The rest of you soldiers, report to docking bay 21A."

Once more, he turned back Yael while the soldier on the left of Joshua was keeping an eye on him while the rest made their way to the docking bay.

"Miss Furtificus, you should have no further problems with your assignment."

josh took out 4 swards then he took off his wrist dagger and threw them to the left side then he bent down and took off his boots and threw them to the left side ok why would you go to all this just grab a recruit

 

[Phil]

"I am through answering your questions. You will explain yourself to Kajuub the Hutt, not me. Now the next thing I better see from you is walking towards the docking bay, otherwise I might just pull this trigger."

382 threatened, already loosing his patience with Joshua. He had alot to answer for what he has done here, and how he even accomplished this would be one hell of a story for him and Kajuub.
