To say she was nervous was the understatement of the century. The sisters seemed none to happy for Kalanda to return with a Rancor cub in tow. Though they didn't light her up with their arrows, so that was good. What they did do was put her in a barren wooden shack and not tell her what was going on; though she was given a filthy linen blanket, you know, for comfort. Eithni disappeared not long after that, though the girl had told her not to be worried; though the girl also seemed rather overjoyed at having a baby rancor in her possession.

So, what she did instead was sit down and try to get a visual on where she was roughly. All she could learn from this exercise however, was that she was being guarded by two other women, and that something in this village was blocking here senses beyond the building she was being held in. She had to assume Eithni wouldn't leave her here to be executed, certainly not. At the same time, these people seemed to hate her, not to mention she was literally wearing their attire; which certainly wasn't going to fly well with these ladies. When Kalanda tried to push deeper to eliminate the clouding, her head began to ache, the cloudy sensation almost invading her very mind before she decided to pull back from the attempt, sighing as the pain released from her mind.

Could this have been the same power Eithni used on her earlier? Some function of that green mist? Kalanda had no way to know. Before she could inquire on this topic any further, the door before her was pushed open, as one of the sisters stood with sword drawn. "The matriarch will honor you with her presence, outsider. Rise, ir you shall be cast out." The message was rather clear, now Kalanda had to choose what she would do. Given what she had done to get here, the answer was quite obvious as Kalanda rose. "Lead on, I will speak with that matron." She affirmed, feeling that whatever awaited her, it couldn't have been as bad as fighting Rancors. If she knew the truth of what awaited her, she might have thought twice about that.

The reason for Eithni leaving Kalanda, was actually to go talk with her mom, in order to convince her to reconsider letting Kalanda, her new friend, learn magick. They had quite a long discussion as they both were terribly stubborn individuals. But Eithni was only such a stubborn girl because she was raised by the stubborn matriarch. So in truth, the Matriarch only has herself to blame for spending so long on the discussion. In the end, Mother Usara gave in to her damn stubborn daughter and agreed to let Kalanda to be taught magick.

The two sisters standing guard by Kalanda pushed her forward and made her walk into a doorway by the largest hut and lead her down a pathway. Kalanda recognized that the hut they went under, was the same hut that the Matriarch and Eithni lived in. Down a spiral, they walked on carved out steps from the ground and continued down the spiral, not able to see anything, other than some strange yellow orb hanging by the dirt walls.

What Kalanda saw next, was an enormous cave with very large pillars all with doorways into dark rooms. The same strange yellow orbs giving out light hanged all over the cave, lighting up the place. When they exited the spiral staircase, she would realize how deep into the ground they actually ways as the ceiling of the cave was almost shrouded in darkness. What Kalanda also would see, was how the water in the cave, surrounding all the stone surface of the cave was that the watery liquid had a glowing turquoise colour, emanating the low colour.

Walking down a straight stone-carved staircase and ended up on the half-formed platform, she was led over a small stone bridge and stood in front of the Matriarch of clan Draoidh, Mother Usara. She stood with both her hands resting on the head of her cane, looking Kalanda over with a judgemental eye. To the left of Mother Usara, stood Eithni in her normal ragged clothing and didn't say anything, other than look at Kalanda. Both guards were silent as well but had a looming present on her as they flanked both her sides.

Forming a half-circle around Kalanda, stood all the elders. All old and wrinkled skinned women and some even looked half-blind. Mother Usara walked forward and grabbed Kalanda's chin again like they first met and looked the Sith girl over. It felt very much like Kalanda was been inspected as some kind of animal, to see how its condition was.

She let then looked straight into Kalanda's eyes with her own, "I will permit you to be trained in the art of our magick" started the Matriarch, but clearly wasn't finished talking, "child" called Mother Usara, "yes?" Asked Eithni and looked to her mom. "You will be the one to train her, as you continue to pester me, even after I said no. You have two days to train her, or she will be banished. She is allowed to stay in the village for the time being" explained the Matriarch and all while talking to her adoptive daughter, kept Mother Usara her eyes at Kalanda's, giving a rather wicket smirk before letting go of Kalanda.

Eithni was just about to object to the short numbers of days that she had to train Kalanda, but the sharp look of the elders kept her from snapping. "Yes... mother" agreed Eithni with the deal and walked over to Kalanda and quickly led her away and out of the cave.

Kalanda was finally led out of the cave and stood again the village of the clan and could finally breathe a breath of fresh air. "two days... that wasn't a long time, how fast are you at learning?" Asked Eithni serious but with a bit of curiosity while walking away from where they stood and towards another area of the village. They entered one of the larger huts and Kalanda would see the Rancor cub she helped steal from the Matriarch Rancor. Eithni just walked right over the young cub who didn't seem bothered by Eithni's present or lash out at her. With the meat Eithni had taken while they headed for the hut, she threw it to the cub and actually caressed it motherly like some pet.

Eithni smiled, "while you were taken away, I managed to domesticate it and bond myself with it" explained the Nightsister girl with a cheerful grin of joy. "She only listens to my commands now" added the witch before leaving the hut again, "come along Alpia!" called Eithni cheerfully to the Rancor cub while she took a large sack with meat with her and as commanded, it followed the young witch without trouble and continued to follow both girls out of the village. When they got a good distance away, stopped Eithni and turned around to face Kalanda, "let's get started!" cheered Eithni and slammed her hands together.

The Nightsister's hadn't changed their attitude towards Kalanda for the brief moments of interaction they had; not that she could blame them, she was still a stranger after all. Being shoved into the building and forced down the passage, Kalanda was rather relieved to see Eithni was going to be present for this meeting, as the Matriarch seemed less than happy to see her. That feeling was short lived however, as Kalanda soon found herself being judged by a council of older women, none of which looked happy to see her. There was an aura of rather unpleasant sensations as Kalanda was subject to the glares of quite a few nightsisters, for a moment she wondered if they were putting a curse on her, though the lack of that strange green mist put that into question. Kalanda wanted to speak, but felt doing so might end with her being stoned by her audience. The Matriarch moved forward, grabbing Kalanda by the chin once more, much to the younger woman's displeasure. The woman's eyes pierced into Kalanda's own, as the old crone laid out her demands for the girl, and issued they be carried out by Eithni; of course the girl had a hand in this, she was part of the reason Kalanda was here after all.

Much to Kalanda's surprise, she was given a two day pass to remain in the village, as Eithni was to train her and supposedly be subject to a test by the end of that time. It took a great deal of will power for Kalanda not to speak out, greatly disliking how Eithni was being treated, not to mention herself, but doing so would set back all the work they had done together. So, she gritted her teeth and accepted it, though she could tell from here that Eithni was less than happy with this arrangement. With the deal done, Kalanda expected to be seized and cast out, but instead Eithni gestured for her to follow out of the cave, which the Sith did with a bit of relief. Being free of the glares of the woman, Kalanda sighed and took in the odd smelling air of this village. "Are they always so uptight about outsiders? They seem miserable whenever they lay eyes upon me." Kalanda commented, though she tilted her head at the girl's question about being a fast learner. "That depends what exactly I'm learning. Do you know what your mother was expecting of me?" Kalanda prodded further, being lead away from the Coven as they entered into what Kalanda could only guess as Eithni's house. Upon spotting the beast, Kalanda stopped at the door way, not wanting to enter with the beast so close at hand, but Eithni merely walked up and feed it, then began to coddle like it was a simple house pet. She had to take a breath to steady herself, as she pushed her way in. Seeing Eithni gushing over the creature, Kalanda only shook her head in disbelief. "Oh, isn't that just adorable...hopefully it doesn't hold grudges." Kalanda muttered, eyeing the beast with caution, as she didn't dare get as close to it as Eithni had.

Seeing the girl command the cub with a simple voice command, Kalanda closed her eyes and groaned to herself. Training with a Rancor, what a joy. "Well then my dear, I suppose we should be get to work, no?" Kalanda suggested, as the trio were now set to depart the village, where to Kalanda had no clue, but given this was Eithni, it was probably super dangerous and unsafe. "Right...and where are we going?" Kalanda asked, as her little witch friend lead her off to destinations unknown.

As they walked to where Eithni wanted to train Kalanda she shed some light on the reason behind the opinion towards the Sith. "Do you know the song you heard in the forest before you met me?" Asked Eithni as she walked beside Kalanda. Looking at her new friend, "the song is about the Sith Emperor nearly 500 years ago, or so came and learned our powers and then started to massacre us to nearly extinction" explained the young witch with a rather serious look, "that is why we Nightsisters acts the way we act towards strangers" added the witch and caressed her Rancor who returned the affection. "Can't speak for the other clans, but in this clan, we all learn the song while growing up" explained Eithni finally as they arrived at the spot.

Kalanda would find a large circle formed stone-platform with three pillars evenly space out between each other. It was an open area, surrounded by rocks and the forest, giving a sense of exclusion. Dumping the large sack with raw meat in it at one of the pillars, she opened the sack and let her Rancor enjoy a bit of eating so it could grow. That way she would need to keep feeding it, as it was completely cabled of eating the large meat pieces itself.

"No... she didn't tell me anything really, I think she wants to see how well I would be at teaching for when she wants me to become the matriarch of the clan... ugh, so typical of her!" complained Eithni a bit as she paced back and forth in front of Kalanda. Sitting down in a cross-legged position, placing her hands on her knees, "well, I guess we better get started, as we only got two days to teach you magick" commented the Dathomirian girl with her bright grin and gestured Kalanda to sit in front of her.

When Kalanda sat down in front of Eithni, began the witch to talk, "How much do you know of the force, or more importantly, our Ichor Spirit?" Asked Eithni curious, trying to act like a teacher, which was a bit funny, cause she was shorter than Kalanda and younger.

Listening to Eithni's tale, Kalanda had a degree of understanding for the distrust, she'd be holding a grudge too if that was her. What she had thought was some childish song now had a new meaning for Kalanda as once again she was faced with the fact her people had committed extermination once more. A small frown appeared on Kalanda's face, as she too was guilty of these things, perhaps that was just their way. Would people sing similar songs about her? About the dark haired woman who massacred a village, sparing not even the children? She didn't want to linger on that thought any longer, pushing it from her mind. Maybe they were right to not trust her. "Then why are you willing to help me? You seemed to jump the opportunity to help me, when you easily could have left me be." Kalanda had wondered on this for a fair bit, what was the young witch getting out of all this?

Watching as Eithni laid out the food for her pet, Kalanda inspected the strange stone pillars before her, trying to discern their true purpose. They were faded, old, and...had faded red stains about them. Was this some sort of ritual site? Kalanda recoiled her hand away from the stone, she didn't want to anger any spirits either. "Take it in stride, clearly your mother trusts you enough for this. Sometimes we just don't understand what they're telling us at the time, but we see the wisdom as we grow older." There was a tone of sadness in her voice, as she turned to face her instructor for today. She wondered what her parents would think of her now, joining a Covent of witches. She watched Alpia devour the food with brutal efficiency, and could only be thankful that didn't end up being her the day prior, making sure to stay well away from the creature.

Looking back to Eithni, Kalanda smirked as the girl suggested they get started, the younger woman looked to have a degree of authority to her as she sat there. Kalanda nodded, agreeing with girl's suggestion, they needed to get to work. Taking a seat, Kalanda wrapped her arms around her knees, ready to begin the lession, though Eithni's question wuickly drew a confused look from Kalanda. "Erm....Ichor Spirits?" Kalanda asked, scratching her chin with her index finger, as she knew next to nothing about it. "I know about the force, but...I know next to nothing about these Ichor Spirits." She confessed, dropping her hand back around her knees and looking to Eithni. "What is it about these spirits that is so vital? I've never heard of such things in all my years of instruction. You're the only person I've met who seems to know of them." If this was another one of Eithni's pranks, it was getting redundant, though Kalanda didn't believe it was; she wasn''t wearing that cheeky grin that suited her so well.

It now hit Eithni that Kalanda didn't know anything about the Ichor or Spirit... man, her mom did this on purpose! She was so much better and would make everything so much easier. Well she guessed, she could try and explain. "hm~ how to explain this" thought Eithni out loud, crossing her arms to think. "I guess you don't know anything about the Fanged God? Doubt it, well I'm gonna tell you then!" Started the witch with her familiar smile. "Okay so what you call the force, we call Spirit Ichor... or magick" Started the Dathomirian witch, trying to introduce thing slowly.

Giving Kalanda a few seconds to chew on the new information, before continuing the lessons. "There is a whole other side where the spirits live, I guess you could call it a dream-world of a sort" tried the girl to explain, scratching her head to find the right words. "The Ichor is what gifts us with our powers, like this" replied Eithni to her question about Ichor and ignited her magick, showing the green glowing eyes and an orb of green glowing mist and smoke, before extinguishing it again.

"However, the power is gifted by the Fanged God. He is suppose to be this enormous flying beast, living both in our world and the spirit world. And from what our elders tell us, the Ichor is part of this planet, part of its soul" Added Eithni. "I think that's the short of it. You have to speak with the elders, as cracky as they can be, they are very old and wise" admitted Eithni as she didn't know everything about everything. But, she did new a bit, at least and she hoped it would help her friend as they would begin to train soon.

"Hm... What to teach you? Lightning? Or levitate? Uhhh... I'm going to teach you both!" cheered Eithni as if she just had an epiphany. Locking eyes with Kalanda, "we'll start with lightning, think that will be the easiest for you to learn" decided the young girl as she knew the Sith also was able to use the blue variant.

"Okay, so first, have you ever tried casting lightning before?" Asked Eithni curiously, just to get a sense of where Kalanda was and what she was gonna work with.

Kalanda had to just accept the fact that the young girl was thinking too hard to answer all of her questions, she couldn't fault her for that, though she was just a tad annoyed. Eithni had alot on her plate, last thing the girl needed to do was think as to why she was willing to take a Sith under her wing. Though Kalanda was not looking forward to listening about the Fanged God and what not, but if this was going to help her she was going to do it damn it. Kalanda let out a low sigh, as Eithni announced what the Sith was about to learn, something about a snake deity she was sure. Frankly it didn't make much sense, the force was the force, no matter what name you called it. "Yes, but why do you call it that? It's not spiritual, correct? Just force energies." Kalanda couldn't make sense of that. Yes, it was a different culture, but what was it about spirits?

Though this explanation only grew more confusing, as Eithni went into something about dream worlds and the spirit realm. It was clear Eithni wasn't used to talking about these topics before, as the girl paused and rubbed her head, to which Kalanda could only lightly scowl at; not full on scowl though, she wasn't that irritated after all. "This sounds almost exactly like the force. I'm failing to see the difference Eithni." Kalanda stated, assuming the difference was almost entirely cultural, though when the girl conjured up the green mists, Kalanda once again had though thoughts turn to doubt. That power certainly wasn't of the dark side, no, it was indeed something far stranger, perhaps even fouler.

Of course, now it was time for the religious lesson of the day, as Eithni gave some short hand write off for a flying serpent that lived in the spirit and real world, but also was the center of all ichor for the world and it's witches. It sounded like cult nonsense frankly, but the proof of the power was there, and try as she might, Kalanda had no way of explaining it. "I'm sure the elders would just love to share these secrets with me, after all they let me live did they not?" Kalanda would most likely have to pass her trial to even have the opportunity to ask the women such things.

Then the time for actual training had begun, as Eithni went right back into channeling her energetic self, stating she was going to show Kalanda all the magic she needed to pass the trial. Lightning, and levitation? That certainly seemed to appeal to the acolyte, in fact Kalanda had come here to seek those powers out in the first place. Eithni wanted to start with lightning, something Kalanda was familiar with, though she herself hadn't exactly used the power before. "I know of the power, but I have not utilized it as of late." She admitted, rising to her feet as she thought to give a small demonstration. Kalanda reached out and pulled the power inwards, drawing upon that hate that she had been so keen at tapping into, only this time that well she drew from just wasn't deep enough. When Kalanda extended her fingers, though the blue lightning that was to be produced was wild and uncontrolled, slamming into the stone pillars though it washed over the rock with little to no harm. Soon, the acolyte felt her palms begin to sear and burn, as the lighting show came to a quick end, the woman hissing in pain as she burnt the tips of her fingers severely. Maybe she didn't have this power down after all. "Perhaps I misspoke, I may be a tad rusty with the application of this power."

Eithni listen to Kalanda talk and her mom and especially the elders explained the whole Spirit Ichor so much better. She wasn't sure how to exactly explain it but it looked like the Sith at least acknowledge it that there was something and that was good enough for Eithni. At least, she hoped it was good enough for getting Kalanda to learn the powers of a Nightsister. "I can see that" commented the witch and looked at the stone pillar.

"Hm... let's try something. Come and sit down in front of me again" said Eithni and motioned with her hand for Kalanda to sit back down again. While Kalanda would sit down again, would Eithni pull forward her pouch and place it on the ground between them and unclog the top of the pouch. "I told you how our powers come from the Fanged God and how the magick is deeply rooted in the core of Dathomir. I'm gonna try and infuse you with some of the Spirit Ichor... maybe" explained Eithni flared up her Ichor.

Green glowing mist, almost smoke-ish surrounded Eithni's hands and her eyes were gone, engulfed in the same green mist with smoke rising from the corners of her eyes. Eithni closed her eyes, took a deep breath and exhaled and opened her eyelids again and started to move her arms and hand in very wavey moments as to pull the Ichor from the pouch.

The green mist-filled liquid Ichor slowly slithered out of the tiny opening in the pouch, like a snake until Eithni held it in the air in front of them. "Open your mouth," said the Nightsister and whether she did it or not, didn't stop Eithni from continuing with what she wanted to try. Moving her hands above and under the green glowing mist, as if to mould the Ichor into a ball of some sort. Eithni increased her moment with her hands and slowly the green glowing mist started to enter Kalanda through the nose and mouth.

What Kalanda would experience was nothing like she's ever experienced before and the moment the Ichor entered her mind and body, she would blackout. Eithni continued to have control over the Ichor, now coursing through Kalanda's body and mind.

What happened next is that the Sith girl would wake up in a sort of dream sequence. The dream sequence would infuse itself with Kalanda and invade her mind for then to connect itself with her core. The moment Kalanda felt the binding of her core, her very being, bind itself with her, she woke up from her blackout again.

Eithni smiled placed the plug back in the tiny hole at the top of the pouch and extinguished the Ichor around her, returning Eithni's eyes to normal. Eithni looked at Kalanda curiously, as she was wondering if it would work or just be ineffective. What Eithni technically did or tried to do, was allowing Kalanda's mind to manipulate her powers to be influenced by the Ichor. What that meant, is that Kalanda would be able to shoot the iconic green lightning Nightsister cast as well as be able to open her mind to learning levitate.

Though, what Eithni hadn't done or even able to do, was make Kalanda into a fully fleshed Nightsister, that required whole other ritual. "So, try and cast lightning again" proposed Eithni with a curious look and a joyful smile. Also, while Eithni hoped that her little trick, would let Kalanda be able to cast green lightning and be able to learn levitate, she didn't train Kalanda to focus her lightning. Most likely, would the lightning react exactly the same as last time, but if Kalanda was able to feel the Ichor and shoot green lightning, would they be one step closer for Kalanda to learn the Dathomirian Lightning.

Kalanda scowled at the girl's response to her explanation. She felt like she was being mocked, or perhaps ignored. Though she felt much worse after her failed attempt to channel lightning through her being, as she winced and tried to feel sensation in her hands once again; but that was nothing compared to the blow her ego had been dealt. Eithni asked for her to sit, which the acolyte did. "Infuse me?" She piped out with a question, trying to figure out what the girl had planned. "Is this even allowed?" Were they breaking some sort of rule here? Though, honestly it didn't really matter. Kalanda just needed to learn from the girl after all, if they broke some rules....was it really the end of the world? Probably not.

Looking to the green mists that flowed from the pouch, Kalanda's lip twitched in a mix of curiosity and hesitation. Was this going to hurt like the last time? She could only hope not. Watching the smoke swirl up, Kalanda looked to the strange smoke, then to Eithni as the girl commanded her to open her mouth. As one might imagine, Kalanda had some reservations about doing this. "You've been honest with me thus far Eithni....so I see no harm in consuming whatever this substance is." Of course, Kalanda would come to regret this, as she felt her mind exit her body, her body going limp as the ichor worked its way through her body. For a split moment, she believed Eithni had killed her, the crazy little girl had finally managed it, but that line of thought ended rather swiftly. Whatever Eithni had or hadn't done, Kalanda found herself standing in a bog, green mists swirling about her, as she was entirely alone. She looked about, feeling rather confused as to how she had gotten here, the mist beginning to close in around her, it's cold embrace gripping at her core. She couldn't feel the force to repulse this feeling, in fact she couldn't feel anything currently, as she could feel the cold crawling into her body, then seeping into her mind. It was intrusive, but not painful, and soon Kalanda found there was no point in trying to resist the mist as it was beginning to latch onto her. Then, before she knew it, she was back.

Awakening with a shudder, Kalanda lurched up, gasping for air, only to find that hardly any time had passed. It was clear that the Sith had been stricken with a case of fright, though she slowly calmed herself down, as she rose to her feet. "I feel strange...what was done to me?" Kalanda asked, making he way to her feet, as the world about her felt...strange, though she didn't know how to describe it. It felt like she was more attuned to this world, or maybe that was just the lightheadedness talking. Eithni asked her to try the lightning again, and with this new power she felt, Kalanda felt rather certain she could manage it this time. Extending her fingers like the had before, Kalanda took aim at the stone pillar, and let the power creep through her. With a burst of green lightning, the acolyte was briefly pushed backwards, before gaining her foothold. She could feel the lighting pouring out of her, the green bolts dancing across the rock, though the pain in her palms cut the exercise short, she did manage to keep better control of it. Kalanda felt a bead of joy well up within her chest, as she let a small jump of joy escape her system; though she quickly got a hold of herself and looked to Eithni. "I don't know what it was you did Eithni, but it seemed to have worked." Eithni would sense that the woman's spirits had been lifted by the success.

Kalanda wasn't the only one who expressed joy from Kalanda's success. Eithni squealed like a teenage girl and engulfed the Sith in a fierce bear-hug shaking Kalanda a bit, "Yes! It worked!" Squealed the Dathomirian girl with a huge grin. Standing with her arms around Kalanda, having their faces inches from each other, Eithni just couldn't stop smiling out of pure joy. "Now we just gotta get hold of your control over your power!" Commented Eithni with certainty as she let go of the Sith.

"Come, let's continue!" expressed the Nightsister and plummed down on her bump again, padding with a hand for Kalanda to sit beside her. Waiting for Kalanda to sit down beside her, hip to hip or how close the Sith girl decided to sit. When Kalanda had sat herself down beside Eithni, continued the younger girl the lesson. "Okay! Let's try to get you to hold the lightning in your palm of your hand without release it all at once" explained the Nightsister and showed Kalanda by flaring her Ichor and held out her hand for Kalanda to see.

Fine green lightning shot from her fingers filling the air around them with the taste of electricity. But, instead of shooting out, it got contained by dancing from fingertip to fingertip, caressing the palm of the hand. "You have to concentrate on the specific task, forgetting everything else around you," explained Eithni Kalanda, "and then once you have complete control of your lighting, fire at the same pillar" explained Eithni and shot her own green lightning in a direct and precise hit at the pillar. She extinguished her magick and closed her hand and got up.

She walked over to Alpia who seemed to just enjoy itself but stopped with what it was doing to looked at Eithni curiously. With a low growl, it accepted its rider's caressing. Even though it was a cub, was the Rancor big enough to have Eithni on its back and ones Eithni was on it back, she turned her attention to Kalanda. "Alpia is a bit restless, so I'll be back in a bit, just keep doing what I told you in the meantime" instructed the Nightsister and started to walk towards the edge of the jungle. "Oh and if any other Nightsister clans arrive, here, just tell them that you belong to clan Draoidh. That should keep them from attacking you" called Eithni to Kalanda, as she looked at the Sith with an extremely serious look.

Eithni tried to hold her serious gaze, but it was just too difficult to hold her mask and she just started to laugh a very heart-warming laugh, "I'm just messing with you Kala" said the young witch and gave kalanda a blink before disappearing into the jungle, leaving Kalanda alone in the circle.

Kalanda was taken by surprise as her friend wrapped her up with the strength of a rancor, her face flushing red as Eithni managed to actually get her a few centimeters off the ground. Kalanda noticed just how close their faces were, as the acolyte nervously returned the embrace. Kalanda couldn't help but notice that Eithni had a really nice smile. It was sorta cute actually. The girls excitement was infectious, clearly. "Right, and I have no clue how to do that." She mentioned, before the girl let go of her and asked Kalanda to take a seat, which the acolyte did, watching her mentor show her how it was done. She wasn't sure what exactly Eithni was asking her to do, but that didn't stop the girl from going ahead and showing off the mist. This time when Eithni summoned lightning, she let it ball up into her hand, keeping the lightning at bay, as it sat like a small pet arcing about her palm and fingers. Kalanda didn't even know you could do that.

Then to demonstrate, Eithni released it, firing at a pillar, before closing off the magick. Amazing. "Right, so build it up, hold it, then release? I think I can manage that." Kalanda was about ready to get started, when her friend rose and went to leave. "Eithni?" She soon had to fight the urge to scowl as the girl remarked she needed to leave for a bit. Another reason to dislike the Rancor came to her mind, though she didn't try and stop the girl. Though the warning she gave didn't make her feel too good. "Eithni, are you-" She paused as the girl remarked she was just messing with her, prompting a chuckle from Kalanda, until she realized that the witch was actually gone. Damn it, but wait...did she call her Kala? Kalanda wasn't sure how to feel about that, other than be embarrassed. Sighing, Kalanda put the worry out of her mind, conjuring the lighting as Eithni had shown her, then bringing it under control. To her astonishment, she managed it, feeling the tugs of the power wanting to be free, but she was able to keep it contained within her hand. Letting the lightning arc about around her, Kalanda aimed it towards the pillar as Eithni did, and unleashed it, the force staggering her back a tad, as a light show of green fire slammed into the rock.

Once again, Kalanda was bubbling with excitement, as she jumped up and fist bumped the air, before the pain in her palms drew her attention back. Unknown to her, a pair of sisters were watching from a distance, their bows at the ready. "Are you sure this is wise? Mother said she was to be trained?" "She is Sith, for all we know she is using Eithni for her own advantage. We need to scare her away, that way mother can't be angry with us." The two woman discussed in secret, as a few more of their ilk showed up. Kalanda now had four of the sisters watching her, whatever they were planning, it didn't seem to bode well for her.

Kalanda would suddenly hear laughter around her somewhere among the trees that surrounded the place she was staying. Another laughter popped up behind then and then switched position. Kalanda would recognize the laughter, as it sounded a bit like Eithni's, however with a much more creepy tone to the laughter. A voice behind Kalanda, from the trees, whispered, "muuurderer", letting the word catch on to Kalanda. Then more and more words were whispered, "manipulatoooor", "faaake" and the words just kept on getting worse and worse to get through Kalanda's psyche.

"Oh, what is this? A little Sith playing best of friends with Eithni? What do you think sister?" Asked the first voice from one side of Kalanda, somewhere in the jungle. "I think our little Sith is a lier and would betray our sister Eithni. This one is Sith, they never changes" added the second voice from the opposite side of the first voice. But it became incredibly difficult to pinpoint where both voices were, cause both sisters kept om silently moving in circles.

A silent paralysing arrow flew out of the jungle behind Kalanda, aiming for her leg and if it found its target, was the effect of the arrow completely paralysing Kalanda's leg for a specific among of time.

If she managed to dodge the arrow, another one would have been fired from her front, the moment she would have turned her attention to the first arrow, which the second would aim at her other leg. However, if both arrows would hit both her legs, she would feel an electric shock very briefly and then crumble to the floor, with paralysed legs.

Kalanda initially believed the laughter to be some joke of Eithni's, clearly the girl was just trying to have some fun with her. Kalanda didn't realize she was in danger until she heard voices of other women speaking. It seemed Eithni wasn't lying about other nightsisters being hers. Still, Kalanda knew what to say, standing her ground she made a proclamation. "I'm with clan-" She stopped herself from continuing, as she felt danger approach, though she didn't know from where. She readjusted her feet, moving to turn back, as she felt something scratch her leg. They were attacking her. She leapt up on one of the rock pillars, drawing upon the force as she did so, as she narrowly missed being struck by a second arrow.

Landing on top, Kalanda felt her leg feel tingly, as if she had slept on it. Was it poison? What the hell was going on. "What is the meaning of this?" Kalanda demanded, both hands extended, ready for any arrows that the sisters might further fire towards her. She only got one reply. "The meaning, Sith, is that you are not welcome. You are tainting the mind of our sister, and we will not tolerate that." Kalanda scowled, trying to sense the women, but whatever they were doing, she just couldn't pin the down. Something was preventing her from doing so, perhaps whatever made this world so unique. The tingling in her leg was growing worse, as Kalanda found herself having to keep moving it to stop it from being totally numb. "Your mother gave me permission to be here!" "More lies from a sith? She told you that you may be trained, not to taint our ritual sites with your filth." Kalanda was fuming now, lightning cackling at her finger tips, as she strained herself trying to find her attackers.

"Ha! Do you see sister? The rage within the evil heart of the Sith and how she's ready to strike us?" Taunted the first voice and Kalanda could just hear the pleasure of how they were getting under her skin. "Are you gonna strike us down Sith, as the Sith Emperor of old did?" Asked the other voice equally taunting. More laughter filled the area, laughter directed at Kalanda.

And then, Kalanda would notice in her light of sight a female Nightsister enter the lighting of the sun with the same time of bow as Eithni owned, giving Kalanda a vicious smirk. "Look at her sister," said the female figure by the treeline to the other Nightsister, still in hiding among the trees. "She's just oozing with the taint of Sith, how could Eithni ever see anything in you snake?!" Demanded the visible Nightsister.

"It's clearly manipulation, like all Sith, they only here to take what isn't theirs" commented the second Sister among the trees and an arrow from the side flew at insane speed from the treeline to the right side of Kalanda. The moment Kalanda would react to the arrow, the visible Nightsister would fire her own arrow while charging Kalanda, switching from bow to two long curved swords going in for a strike at Kalanda.

However, the Sister who went in for a strike at Kalanda did it in a way so Kalanda easily could either disarm her or dodge her attack. Even the arrow didn't seem very target at Kalanda but more in her direction, giving Kalanda an easy way of dodging the arrow from the right.

The fury of the young woman was rising as she was having insults levied upon her for things she had no control over. Kalanda soon realized she wasn't using her powers correctly, instead dropping the lighting, moving to use telekinesis instead. She ignored the insults, they were just trying to get at her, make her unable to focus on defending herself. Seeing the nightsister step forward with her weapon in hand, only for the woman to throw another insult towards her. Whatever she was going to try and do, Kalanda wasn't going to let her get away with it.

The arrow from the side caught Kalanda's attention, as the woman stepped out of the way, only to meet the sister who charged her with the weapon. Kalanda tried to go for the wrists, but the woman's speed was too great, as she slammed into Kalanda and drove her backwards. A harsh stabbing sensation hit her back, as the arrow she had seemingly avoided had been redirected by the force. Falling backwards, Kalanda wrestled with the nightsister, as the woman moved to position her two blades across her neck. The concentration she held over her powers was lost, as now she devoted everything she had to throwing this woman off of her. She could hear the witches laughing out in the woods around her, her heart thumped in a panic, her hands locked onto the woman's wrists with death grip as she began a fight for her life. All with a single thought; where the hell was Eithni when she needed her? She could feel part of her back starting to go numb, as it was clear she had been nicked by one of those damn stunning arrows.

The Nightsister smiled wickedly as Kalanda's body started to get weaker from the effect from the paralysing arrows that hit her. But to Kalanda's surprise, she never got strung or killed by the Nightsister on top of her. Instead, she would look up at the Nightsister, standing in front of the Sith girl, smiling victorious, "this is just pathetic to look at, wouldn't you agree sister?" Asked the first Sister as the other Nightsister who most had kept herself to the trees, now stood beside the first one. "Oh yes, she's nothing more than a weakling, what does Eithni even see in you snake? I bet Eithni sees nothing in you... She's never going to be your friend. Eithni will always choose her people over a sithspawn like you" added the other sister tauntingly.

"I got an idea," said the first sister and looked at her first sword and then back at Kalanda, lying helplessly on the ground. Walking around Kalanda the sister bows a bit over and dangles her sword over her head, before letting go if the pommel. A loud wush followed by a "chug!" sound when the blade pierced the ground right beside Kalanda's head.

"There, when the effect wears off, we can really see who's the better fighter sithspawn" started the first sister with a smirk, feeling really superior over Kalanda. The other sister stood aside, so there was room for fighting. After a half an hour maybe, or more, the effect would finally wear off on Kalanda's body, giving it back the function to move. "Good, pick up the sword sithspawn, or are you so weak, you don't dare to strike me down?" Asked the first Sister as she stood in a combat position, ready to fight Kalanda.

Kalanda expected the woman to kill her then and there, but they didn't. Falling onto her back, Kalanda felt the paralysis cripple her muscle movements, as everything became numb and heavy for a time. The nightsister's of course took pleasure in mocking the girl, though the comments about Eithni cut her rather deep; after all, where had the young woman run off to? "Get off me!" She snapped, lashing out with her hands, though the sister had already withdrew. Why did everyone have to jump on her for that? It wasn't her fault she was born under the Empire, that she was forced down this path....and yet she had continued to follow it without question. The anger soon turned into a mix of guilt and self hatred, with a touch of fear as one of the sisters plunged a sword right beside Kalanda's head. The dark haired woman let out something akin to a snarl, as the women continued to mock her, only now they stood on the stone pillars, waiting for Kalanda to get back to her feet.

One thing was very clear to Kalanda, they were mocking her. Kalanda tried to push past the paralysis, but couldn't, her body always faltering or failing to move as she wished; which prompted mockery from the onlookers, as the witches were clearly having some fun with this. Though after some time, she forced herself to her feet, most of the paralysis wearing off. That half hour provided more than enough time for Kalanda to focus on her anger, push the doubts out of her head, and focus on beating the tar out of these women. She snatched up the blade, her fury burning hot through her veins as she prepared herself, taking up a stance one with Juyo might be familiar with, before launching herself at the woman. She swung the blade upwards, aiming to cut the witch in two, only for the woman to parry it. Their blades clashed, as metal on metal sounded through the forest. Pulling back, Kalanda went for a horizontal slash, before switching the arc and angling the cut downwards, which threw her opponent off. The nightsister twitched out of the way, as she took a nice cut to the side, though Kalanda was soon rewarded by an elbow to the face, sending the Sith back a step or two, though she quickly turned to face down her foe. The sister was bleeding from the wound, as she glanced towards it, then back to Kalanda, her teeth flaring as she was clearly not happy about this.

One moment they were fighting and Kalanda landing a blow on one of the Nightsisters, the next moment that very same Nightsister ran at Kalanda, but she didn't attack the Sith. Instead, she tripped on purpose, dropping her sword by Kalanda's feet and started to cry out in pain, while her friend rushed to her sister's side, "Please don't kill my sister! Do whatever you want to me, just don't hurt my sister!" Begged the other sister.

Due to the wound, Kalanda made to the first Nightsister's side, blood started to run down her side, soak the clothes. What at first, might have been very confusing for Kalanda, suddenly became rather obvious as Eithni just exited the forest, riding her still young Rancor. It was very clear, what the other Nightsisters had attempted, to make Kalanda out to be the bad guy and show Eithni that everything she knew about her Sith friend was a lie.

The wounded Nightsister cried out louder in pain, to get Eithni's attention, followed by the other sister acting even more panic, clutching her wounded sister closer, giving Kalanda a short wicked smile, before going back to panic. Eithni looked confused at first as she jumped off her Rancor and dashed to her fellow sisters, "By the Fanged God, what happened?!" Asked Eithni falling to her knees by the wounded Nightsister.

"W-we were just passing by to see how the training of the Sith and then she attacked us without warnings!" Lied the wounded sister, gritting her teeth in pain, holding her hand to the wounded area in attempt to keep the blood from flowing. "It's true! Just look at her, she full of hate and rage!" Added the other sister frantically as she started to help her friend up on her legs.

Eithni looked to Kalanda for an answer, "why would you attack her?!" Asked Eithni as a mix of betrayal and anger started to show in her eyes and voice as Eithni stood in front of Kalanda with her hands clenched into a fist. Eithni couldn't believe Kalanda would do something like that! *But she was a Sith... Maybe the elders and her mom were right... No! Kalanda wouldn't do something like that! She's her friend, her best friend! But why was her sister hurt and Kalanda holding a bloodied sword?* Thought Eithni as all kinds of thoughts raced through her mind.

"See! Just like the elders warned you about, you can't ever trust a Sith! She would just backstab you the moment you let your guard down Eithni!" Yelled the wounded Sister painfully, however, she send Kalanda a very taunting smile for just a split second, as Eithni had her back to her fellow sisters.

To say she was confused was putting it lightly, as the woman who so clearly wanted to fight, suddenly dropped to the ground, crying like a child. What the hell was wrong with these women? Kalanda took a step back, clearly confused as to what was going on. Were all of them insane? The true horror of the situation didn't click with Kalanda until Eithni made herself known, at once the Sith dropped the sword, her eyes widened in horror. Kalanda tried to say something before they could, but the words stuck in her throat, and the witches beat her to it. By the time Kalanda got past the initial shock, Eithni was already pressing her for answers. She wasn't a loose cannon, she could keep herself under control, couldn't she? No, she wasn't some savage like they were saying, they were lying. They were in the wrong. But that look in Eithni's eyes struck her hard, reminding her of another pair of eyes she had seen not that long ago. A young girl, weeping over the bodies of her dead parents, that anger, that hurt, it shot back at Kalanda like a lance into her heart. Maybe she wasn't as different from the rest as she thought.

"N-No, I....Eithni I didn't...." Kalanda put her hand over a side of her face, as she felt something warm flowing from her right eye. She hoped it was blood, she didn't want them to see this, let them see they got to her. "They attacked me, this sword isn't even mine..." She mumbled, trying to prevent her voice from giving out on her. That was all she had as proof. There was an aching in her chest, as she couldn't bring herself to look the witch in the eyes. The anger that had been umping through her veins had quickly deflated, as Kalanda was facing the fact that she had just been played; now she was most likely not going to learn what she needed to learn, worst yet was she might have lost Eithni as a potential friend.

Seeing Kalanda actually getting very close to just break, made it even more confusing. If she had actually wanted to kill Eithni's sisters as this horrible and heartless monster, why was she crying? The anger started to waiver on her as she placed both her hands on Kalanda's cheeks, locking her ruby-coloured eyes with Kalanda's wet yellow eyes. It was clear that Eithni was looking for anything, something that would show the witch that her friend didn't do, what her sisters accused Kalanda of.

Kalanda looked crushed, as in almost heartbroken, EIthni could see it in her eyes and it was killing her to see her in such a state. "How?" Asked Eithni, but not towards Kalanda as the witch stood cubbing Kalanda's cheeks in her hands. "How wha~hiiisss, how what?" Asked the wounded sister painfully, wincing a bit, when she realized Eithni asked her and her sister. "How did you let her caught you off-guard? You're older than me and more experienced warrior, how did Kala overcome you?" Asked Eithni, still keeping her eye contact with Kalanda as if the witch was looking for something.

Eithni wasn't rough in how she cupped Kalanda's cheeks, on the contrary, she was almost caressing the cheeks in a soothing way. "What, you think we let her hurt us?! Tsk" Asked the wounded Sister offended. With a graceful slow swipe, removed the Dathomirian girl a tear from Kalanda's cheek and turned around to face her sisters, actually letting her back completely vulnerable for Kalanda. Whether it was a test or something else wouldn't Kalanda know. Eithni acted very differently, her whole carefree, giddy and innocently demeanour was gone and Kalanda got to experience another side to Eithni. A much darker side.

"I think you're lying... sister, both of you," said Eithni coldly and almost in an icy tone, as she still had her eyes locked to her index finger, which stroked the thumb with Kalanda's tear. The second sister helped the wounded one up on her legs, "are you out of your mind Eithni?! Do you seriously believe her little crying? She's manipulating you!" Said the wounded sister through gritted teeth and pointed at Kalanda. The two Nightsisters really tried to hammer it home that Kalanda was the bad guy.

"That is not for you to decide, sister!. I was tasked with training her. I was tasked to keep an eye on her. THE MATRIARCH INTRUSTED ME WITH THIS SITH!" As Eithni started to talk, Kalanda would notice how the more things Eithni pointed out the more her voice increased almost turning into a beastial snarl and the more the Ichor increased around Eithni and she even started to levitate a meter or so into the air, to look down at her sisters.

"NOT YOU!" Screamed Eithni as she pointed at the unharmed sister, "AND NOT YOU!" Screamed the now very pissed off daughter of the matriarch of clan Draoidh as she pointed at the wounded sister. Eithni's hair floated as if she was underwater and her eyes were engulfed in the green glowing mist-smoke. Eithni's Rancor even stood behind Eithni and growled threatening and just waited for Eithni to make the attack. "B-bu~" would the unharmed sister about to say, but the harmed sister stopped her before they scattered back into the forest and disappeared. But just before disappearing, the wounded sister send a glare, whispering "I will get you Sith" to Kalanda before disappearing into the jungle.

When the two sisters were gone from the place, Eithni turned to face Kalanda and she would finally be able to see what the sisters saw and there was no hint of joy or happiness but dangerous darkness that was ready to be released. levitating over to Kalanda, Eithni looked down at what she thought was her best friend. Kalanda couldn't even see Eithni's pupils, it was as if a spirit looked back at the Sith girl.

"Did you do it?" Asked Eithni, a simple question really, but Kalanda's answer could have a very dangerous outcome.
