1. What is going to happen in your plot?
Allard, Eice, Herrith and potential allies organise and pull off a heist to liberate the lightsabers that were handed into the Hutt Cartel as part of the Great Lightsaber Bounty, stealing them from their vault and selling them back to the Jedi Order.

Thread 1: Allard, Eice and Herrith discuss the vault's location and security measures with Christopher Harlow, who was once the key strategist and head of security for the Hutt Nem'ro, a being once in the Hutt Cartel's highest ranks.

Thread 2: The crew steal the explosives they will need to break into the vault from a construction sight on Corulag. The explosives are for excavation and demolition and are well suited to taking out the supports the vault enjoys, baring it's contents to them.

Thread 3: The heist begins - The crew will break in and place the charges on the vault, having secured their exit.

Thread 4: The heist and the escape - The crew blow the charges, breaking into the vault and taking everything they want before escaping back to their ships and leaving as quickly as possible.

5. What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
To steal the lightsabers turned in for their bounty, to turn them over to the Jedi Order for credits - specifically enough credits for advanced tech for all involved in the heist. Currently the advanced tech for each member is unconfirmed but will be confirmed with plot and tech teams once the characters have arranged the sale with the Jedi IC (Either in a single Ask thread or a small plot to do the actual sale)

6. Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.

@Nefieslab I'd like you to break up the final thread, one to break in and plant the explosives and the second actually detonating/grabbing and escaping. Otherwise, this looks fine from a threads end, but @Loco will need to approve that this is reasonable for the tech side of things.

So would the new thread 3 have to be open for at least 72 hours like thread 4? Or would thread 3 still count as a 'set up' and only need to be open for 48?

Right now Eice and Allard would pool their rewards/credits to purchase a Corvette that they would then crew with their personal NPCs. Herrith, I believe, would be looking for a spaceship upgrade. Would these be acceptable for the value of the lightsabers being sold back to the Jedi Order do you think @Loco ?

Have you coordinated selling things back to the Order with anyone @Nefieslab? I'm skeptical that they would pay you anything at all, much less enough to buy a corvette. You'd need to talk to Malon or Nightfall.

Spoken to Malon about it and he said they might be interested in buying them but no concrete answer - I'll check with nightfall. If they are willing to buy them, we saying it would be closer to the tune of advanced tech rather than a corvette then?

Corvette is a bit of a stretch, but possible- I would have to see a specific proposal though. If those two (or one of them without the knowledge of the rest of the Council) approve of the plan, then I'd say you're probably fine for whatever else you want, but you should add threads either negotiating the rewards beforehand or collecting it after the heist.

If those two (or one of them without the knowledge of the rest of the Council) approve of the plan, then I'd say you're probably fine for whatever else you want, but you should add threads either negotiating the rewards beforehand or collecting it after the heist.

I like the idea of doing a couple of threads after the heist to arrange the sale itself I'll be honest. As for the corvette? Well Auto is involved and he's thinking about doing a tech submission for the corvette we would be looking for :P

Still waiting on Nightfall to get back with answer about how feasible it is for the Jedi Order to afford our prices now, will update when I know more :)

Still no word from the Jedi on how much they'd pay so would it be cool if it's just advanced tech for everyone, no ships? There might be some ship upgrades requested but otherwise it would just be advanced tech weapons or armour functions

That's fine on my end. TBH I don't think that a corvette would have been very realistic anyway. I'll hold off approving for Loco's sign off first though

You'll need to add at least one thread with the IC Jedi leadership to negotiate a price, and keep in mind that they may not want to pay you at all. I'll also want a list of what you're getting in the end, just to double check.
