Woah Woah calm down, the squad is not there to operate independently from the command structure, it might seem that way, but the squad is meant to be like the Spectres from Mass Effect, or the Shadow Marshall's from killzone. They aren't meant to go off on unassigned missions with out consulting one of the higher ups, but to finish high priority missions assigned to them from higher ups, but doing them without being supervised. I'm not sure how else to explain it:/. If it's that much of a problem I can take it down..
Hmmmmmm Can't Lucius stay in the Rangers? As a trainer or something and still operate a more independent squad?
