Well, you'll need to find an NPCer before you can start, and Lupe needs to sign himself up, you can't do that for him.
Once those two prerequisites are filled then you have the go-ahead xD

Sadly, I have been unable to finish the missions board over the weekend. But I'll be spending all day on that so no worries. You don't need to worry about searching for the missions because, once I'm done, it'll be far easier to find and complete.
And yea, Lupe is always down for a thread xD
