And not likely, but Ram could've pretty easily been allowed to participate in OP: WARFIGHTER events and get involved in Civil Guard training programmes - Warfighter being a 'game' that more or less serves as a massive Federation-wide training ground on military weapons, vehicles, and tactics. Think of it like airsoft, except with special-built ammunition used in real weapons, from sniper rifles to howitzers to belt-fed machine guns and martial arts. It's violent, it's explosive, and you expect to come home bruised, battered, and bleeding.

It would be considered an indie faction if it is interacting in the galaxy outside of a local (planetary) area. It sounds more and more like something that either needs to be downsized or made into an indie faction.
