For Clan Rodarch there isn't really a rank system. There is Kalsar, the clan leader, and everyone else is just considered a verd which is translated to warrior. Everyone gets a say though.

That works. Take a look at Kalsar's profile, and also at the interest check thread if you haven't already. Clan Rodarch hasn't been developed as much as I want so far, but the core of your character will be "born a Rodarch, age 7 things turned to hell, age 17 found the last old Rodarch." :P

Well it just depends on what you mean by "rookie." Are you looking to create a young character, if so how young? You could actually create a 16 year old Mandalorian that's experienced a decent amount of combat already, considering Clan Rodarch was being hunted down during the time skip.

(It's cool to just use VM when we can right?)

What sort of Mandalorian are you interested in making? Clan Rodarch is going to be very combat orientated, which is a big reason why we're starting on Rattatak. If you're interested in joining Clan Rodarch as an original member (a lot of the clan has been killed) that would be great, considering there is a shortage of them and you could create a very cool character within the clan.
