I wouldn't worry too much about the IRL martial arts experience question I asked anymore because I will probably go to Cat for that, but I believe Cat is ill-suited to take me as a paddie overall because he avoids the blade so much.

I realize this very tangentially came up in the group 3 duel training thread, but it hasn't been resolved yet and I would like to have a response so I can look elsewhere if I must. I know it's relatively easy to slip through the cracks, just thought I'd bring this to your attention.

Is it possible for a high-ranking, specialized Jedi to take an Apprentice who is at the level of Knight? If so, when I finish my training I'd like Augustus to train Sorn in the arts martial, particularly lightsaber combat.

What do you think about the idea of having a trail with the whole council and everyone in the Padawan Plight thread. With posting order and all that. It will go slow but that will give people in multiple threads the chance to finish though too while being in a type of mini-event. The boss man said it will be all good. Up to you and the rest if you feel like its a good idea.

i was wondering. At the end of Harbringer of Death, if Augustus would meet with Kemp's half-brother Tristian-Ambrose. In the mission thread, Moths to a Flame, I put into record that Tris went to the Council when he felt Kemp's death to confirm it and demand answers that were being kept secret for some reason. And instead, the Council tasked Tris with the diplomatic mission for the Kushari; almost seeming like a temporary distraction... What'dya say?

It's a huge bloody post containing the recording of Kemp and Jarak's death and then Vereor's message to the Council. It's going to be long as hell - unless you want to cut the recording in half, first half being the recording of Kemp's death, then you react to that, and then the message from Vereor starts.
