Not officially. They do have bases, but it's more that they operate out of normal military bases.

Yeah, for sure you can borrow the format I used for Calin's profile! Although, I prefer Andreas' myself...but maybe that's just cuz I'm a computer nerd, lol. Anyway, go ahead and use whichever you need, also, hit me up on MSN/AIM sometime if you want to do an RP of some sort. S13/RSF would be cool, since I haven't had a chance to use Andreas yet and I love his character.
