I'm encountering the problem of your programs having no budgets, and most of them are very vague. Spend some time explaining everything, and providing money to your projects. I'm liking what you're doing, I just need more details! If you want, this can count as turn 2 like we talked about earlier. You would have 3 billion + 1.5 billion carried over from last turn.

(This would, really, make it was easier on me considering I'll be gone most of Friday and I don't expect you to churn out two details turns in as many days.)

And sure thing. It's not that hard if you have access to PhotoShop or PhotoImpact. I could send you some of the ribbons I have, and you could whip up some of your own as well to mix things up. Some of them are actually fully fledged out in that they have a name (some fanon stuff I've come up with). One of them is a Medal of Honor-esque dealy called the Golden Heart of the Queen Mother, one is a Purple Heart-esque, and a few are medals for having participated in certain campaigns and operations. I made each one individually (with the same size on eachof them) and then I just glued them all together as one in PhotoShop.

Anyways, I'll send you a few of my favorites, and I'm sure you can figure things out on your own from there. Sounds good? :D

I hear ya. But you gotta love family nonetheless. It was good to have mine over. It'll be the last time I see them in at least a year, probably more, so, eeh. :mongo:
