I'm irate because both you and Tommy felt the need to bring this conversation up at practically the same time. I'm not a fan of arguments to begin with, especially getting double-teamed like that.
The reason I said the GAMCA is better is because it has a much wider functionality and adaptability outside of absorbing damage, as well as being able to take pretty much the same damage as the full plate armor (from natural attacks, that is) thanks to the combination of armorweave and ballistic gel. Modern armor's purpose really isn't to absorb damage - if you're taking damage, you're doing it wrong. Armor's purpose is to provide additional capabilities - the damage absorption is almost an afterthought.
