Will Ilum be under Sith, Chiss, or possibly independent control after the time skip? Reason I ask is because I want to establish my inde faction there. And Weiss told me to ask you, because Lupe is not really on.

Hey Rom,

Not to bother you, as I am sure this is a busy time for you with the timeskip going down, but I would like an answer :).

Is it at all possible for me write a character application for a Moff without it being a waste of time? I personally believe it would make more sense for a Moff being drawn from the officer corps of the Imperial Military, instead of a simple grunt having worked his way up the hierarchy. It would be more realistic as a character. The 'lucky hero' route of a base soldier ascending the military and political ladder is quite unlikely.
