Ok so about those numbers, I can see that you've had conversations with others about them. Can you give me an idea of what is the current status?

Lower the needs of your plan in means of equipment, and you are good to go. This is as far as I can stretch the borders of realism. In real life, even this would lead to totall chaos and crush-down. But hell, this is a game; who cares. :P

So you want to have as many recruits as possible. You nations production capability is known to me, and your population also. I will show some tolerance and keep the numbers a little higher than what the realism would require, since you come to me with good intentions:

First, if you want, I can write down for hours how it is impossible to rise that kind of people. It is the entire nation, so how about this:

-6,000,000 ill-trained yet well moraled militia.
-3,000,000 reserves as recruits and raw manpower. In training.
Professional army size doubled with infantry, but keep in mind; the newly arriving ones are not so 'professional' due to mass training.
Volks (people in German, if you need information) Defense Organization is formed. 1,500,000 millions of young yet fanatic militia men, who would not back down under most circumstances.

So you approve of my proposal?

Germany is then forced to fight alongside it's attackers against a greater threat :D
