Well, if you like the way its setup feel free to quote the message, copy the layout, and replace the main fields with your own stuff. You can change the color of text too, it works with a hex code so you can wiki any color you want and use it. I actually took the layout from another RP'er named Gaja because I liked it so much, so it's definitely not something frowned on by other people! I'd suggest editing the stuff in notepad, since notepad is a very very basic word processor. Word works too, but I think the format of word makes it a bit messier (paper width and margins comes to mind here)

As for content, you want to leave room for IC development, starting a character off fully developed is usually boring in my experience, there's no growth and the characters personality never really grows through RP. That's just a personal tip I have. That's why people on the forum who are force users for the first time have to start as an Acolyte/Padawan.
