With the time skip coming with vast swathes of planned, uncontrolled territory the little guy is in serious danger. Lawlessness will be rampant. Therefore I propose the creation of the Waste Rangers. A group of people whose soul purpose is to defend the little guy, the poor families, the down and out, the unconnected. To be a beacon of justice on a dark frontier. Centering around a sort of cowboy theme this organization would be a loose affiliation with constant communication to provide aid in various missions as well as providing financial and logistical support. No true leader would be above any others, but it would be advisable to partner up one partner being senior to the other.

Yeah I know I'm trying to make an awesome Waste Ranger. Got writer's block AGAIN!!! I've got the name, species, picture, height everything down ...besides the important stuff like Personality and Bio. xD I just need to figure out a motive and go from there. Hmmmm ok so he's basically going to be a person that fights crime for the poor. Raised from the gutters, living off the streets. Joins a gang goes to prison it straightens him out and bam he fights what he used to be? God xD so stereotypical.
