  • I can only imagine. Out of curiosity, what does he intend to do now?
Although, the opinions wouldn't have very far to shift. After all, Xanthus does know about what happened even if he didn't feel it in that fashion.
Oh. I didn't know about that one. I thought you meant being on Coruscant and feeling everything happening there. No, the kind of experience that Avreet went through would probably shift a few opinions.
Actually, Xanthus was present at Coruscant, so if the effect was supposed to be felt by every Sith present on that day, then he did experience the feeling. Either way, he knows what happened and was there to watch it happen and he does have an opinion about it.
Well, this can only be good for storytelling. Out of curiosity, how does Avreet feel about Xanthus and Volitu? Is his faith shaken in his mentor and master as well?
But then again, Avreet was always more loyal to the Empire than the Dark Council anyway, right? Or at least he was more loyal to the Empire than the Empress.
Hmph. I think that I'll make Xanthus's inside thoughts more publicly available on his profile and in his RPing. Personally, I think that having more peace oriented Sith makes sense in an era wherein peace is the natural state of things. That's why Xanthus's thoughts align more with Avreet than with 'traditional Sith.' Anyway, let's try not to have too many more threads with Avreet and Vyrassu unless Xanthus is present as well.
Just for the record, I thought that I'd pop in and say that Avreet is an excellent Sith. I read the profile, but I thought I'd just tell you personally rather than throw another flaming log onto the pyre. Some people might say that he should have been an IK or a Dark Jedi, or even a *shudder* light-sider, but we both know that just isn't correct. I mean, it wouldn't make sense for a character who cares about the Imperium to suddenly go against it as a Knight or Dark Jedi. Anyway, while the rest of those minions blow hot air everywhere, just know that Xanthus has Avreet's back.
Hey, I think you should use Hot In Dreshdae as a wake up call for your Sith to go to Jedi instead. There's a lot of room for character development/change there.
Nice! Lol Did you know that we have some of the same students in our classes? They don't seem to like Avreet much, it's kind of funny because Xanthus is thinking: "It's funny that you mention him!"
Ah, fantastic. Having Nirulve be really thoroughly rejected is a really fantastic chance for his growth as a character, but I was very concerned that it would be a complete brick wall for him if he couldn't advance his force powers.
Yikes, that's brutal! Hope things clear up a bit.

Also, I'm curious on how much your character's viewpoints are reality? Is meditation strictly required for force powers? One of the concepts behind my Sith is that he's not really capable of meditating, but the emotion he uses to fuel his power is his fear and he can instinctively learn force powers that naturally suit him, like stealth and (potentially at some point) cloak. It had never really occurred to me that meditating would be strictly necessary to advance, as a lot of powers don't seem to require it.
Hey, sorry I didn't put up a finishing post in Stealth Training; reality has very brutally kept me too busy for the past week or so.
Avreet doesn't know very much about history does he? As I said, most of them aren't actually whores and thieves and to refer to an entire race as such is being racist, and in Avreet's case, hypocritical.
