hahaha is zeegear even approved? If he is, then sure thing. If not, then legally he's not, though you can reserve him beforehand.

best I can say is create a good concept and run with it. Really take your time developing the idea for you group, and then take the time to write it all out. Also, be sure you have at least three members. I think that's the requirement for starting an indie faction. if yohave any specific questions hit me up via PM. I'll try to help you as much as I can with what little I know LOL

Hmm, actually now that I think about it, what are the 'rules' on technological equipment like guns/ships - by which I mean should I post them up in the Technology board first, or should I just post them on my character and then the Techno board if someone asks?
