I find the difference between many Sith Acolytes and Jedi Padawans is that Jedi Padawans are often created on the principle that their emotions haven't been mastered yet, whereas with Acolytes there's an assumption that they have mastered their emotions and are perfect at channeling their hate...
A floating metal city, surrounded by an endless nether realm, as impressive and spectacular as it was impossible to imagine. Yakiya Seiji had not been born a civilized man, and though he had lived among the Sith for a short while, it was occasions such as this that he felt like he, and everyone...
Would be a helpful class, I'll be sure to sign up. Sreeya said she'd train my character earlier, and I sent her a PM about that to see if she's still game for it.
Oh, I don't mind the loss of limb. I had no alternatives to defend against it, though, given that Yakiya hasn't had a training thread prior and I wasn't about to start giving him abilities he didn't know. 'tis all good.
Hah, it's fine. If Yakiya had done any training threads beforehand I'm sure he could've pulled out of the tournament, but as it was I didn't want to introduce abilities Yakiya hasn't trained in yet.
Beneath a tumultuous sky clad in black clouds, ominously poised to release their incandescent lightning but never their life-nurturing tears, Yakiya Seiji had clashed blades with the strongest of his three foes, knowing the outcome. A gust of wind blasted sand against his face, and it would be...
The problem with Trakata is that it's pure offense. You can't use it to block, and if your enemies blocks are also potential threats, you're essentially green-lightning the hit. As for Twilights option, I'm not sure a hamstring is much better of an option. I don't know about normal people, but...
Nah, you can leave it as is. I should have a post ahead where I can admit the defeat instead of counter. I was suspecting you'd use a trakata eventually in the duel, and I knew it'd be a difficult counter. I know how to counter it, but Yakiya doesn't have the necessary Force training yet to do...
It works. I'd have rather RP'd the loss of limb myself, because I think otherwise it's not permitted by the rules, but overall I don't mind the results. Though, I DO wish it had been his left arm haha. Oh well, I'll see where the next thread takes him.
Yakiya's focus was almost entirely upon Noster, watching him as he paced left. The only appropriate response would be for Yakiya to move likewise, but as he took his first step he could not help but detect another presence there, behind him. His eyes flashed away from Noster for but a moment and...
