I could help you out with Arkantos. He's a Jedi, recently got his Force powers back (thread in progress now). I wanted to wait a while before I formally re-introduced him to the Jedi Order, since he's still working with the Cartel, but I need to brush up on my forum-fighting skills, so I'm all up for fighting some siths.
EDIT; But I leave it open to any other Jedi who might be interested, especially Padawans who want to flex their skills! Simplybecause my posting might be a tad bit slow for the next week or so

Well, the Paddies haven't exactly nibbled on this either, and a former Jedi Master getting back into the swing of things actually sounds kinda fun, especially since he's like am older, angrier Khivas XD

I figured, but thought to clarify: Anyway... If we're all okay with this, then I'm cool to get the duel started whenever we figure out a setting. I'm currently devoid of much creativity, so I apologize for my lack of putting effort towards setting this whole thing up.

I like that idea. Is there any goal? If not, what provokes us to fight? Simply Jedi vs Sith? And I imagine in the latter case, it will be a straight up duel. Finally, I will also assume that you guys want this to be a non-lethal, non-capture duel?

Maybe word got out to our respective agencies that there's a crate of some rare armor and cybernetic components up for grabs somewhere on the planet, which prompts our leaders to send us down there.
As for Arkotan, he could simply be back in the neighborhood and happens by the battle if he isn't officially all the way back with the Jedi.

I suppose that we're only waiting on confirmation from @Insoulent that he wants Arkotan in the duel. I think it would actually be a fairly decent launching point, story-wise, as to why he'd rejoin the Jedi.
-And the warehouse/Alleyways on Nar Shadda seems fun enough. In fact, I think I could conjure up quit the image with n opening post. Although the most likely scenario for Javik and Ark meeting up with Khivas and Arkotan would be for Ark and Javik to be hunting down Khivas; However, I've literally JUST used that excuse for a duel scenario, and would rather opt for an alternate. As far as cybernetics go... hmmm. It's a goo idea, but it doesn't really have much drive behind each party really wanting to fight each other upon the whims of their superiors... I think we could come up with a more emotion-driving motive for them to fight. Arkotan actually has a decent motive in his own, to come to the aid of a fellow light sider, but the motives behind the rest of us need some tweaking.
Perhaps, smuggled lightsaber crystals- or other FS-specific items of danger (nothing fancy) are hidden in this warehouse, waiting to be sold on the black market. Both parties hear about this, and don't want stray crystals roaming about the galaxy in the wrong hands, and are sent to retrieve them, where they meet each other? Maybe not that exactly, but something along those lines. Something neutral, but that they'd genuinely care what happens to the items in the warehouse/whether or not they end up in the others' hands.

Well, the Cartel is known to sell a lot of bootlegs/replicas so you wouldn't necessarily need the permission from the FLs if the Holocron is fake from the onset.
The Sith would be interested in it because (from my knowledge) the Sith Temple just got stolen from, and they think maybe this vendor might be able to have some knowledge on a larger cache of Holocrons. The Jedi Knight Khivas could be there simply to be a Jedi and do Jedi-stuff for the local citizens and beat some local overly aggressive Cartel lackies who just-so-happen to be the guys selling the fake Holocrons (they have to be crazy/aggressive if they make fake Force User items).
There's a multitude of other stuff we could do as well.

I'll take it, that means you're in then. I'm good with the scenario. I can assume that Phoenix is also in, so I'll just double check with him and start the thread later tonight, after I catch up on a few other threads. *Unless someone else wants to give it a good start.
