A few questions...

So I've just made my (in)triumphant return to the site and have a few questions about the new systems that have been put into place since the introduction of the new TL.

Firstly, I've noticed a lightsaber turn in thread. So... characters get 1 mil IC credits upon turning in a lightsaber, upon which they're able to buy themselves a piece of advanced tech. My question is: are characters given an alternate way to gain credits that can go towards advanced tech that isn't a dedicated plot? Or are we limited to just turning in lightsabers. For example, I somehow steal 1 mil in Icredits from other PCs over the course of a few threads or something - can I then use those credits to obtain a piece of advanced tech?

My other question: IC can a level 1 character feasible PvP against a level 4 one? Or is there a tangible ability difference between the two?

Sure, but that sounds an awful lot like a plot, so you may as well submit it and get the OOC credits too. You can also turn in other bounties from the bounty boards- there's more being hunted out there than just lightsabers.

Take a look at the "Levels, Skills, and Powers" guide. You can try to PvP as a level 1 against a level 4, but unless you're a rockstar and your opponent is dumber than a rock, your odds are not good.
