Contruum was a highly developed/industrial and tropical planet, what some considered the jewel of the Mid-rim, often compared to Eriadu in terms of prestige. Even with the planet having numerous ore processing plants, mines, and ship-building franchises, the surface of the planet is arid and covered with an equal or even greater amount of farms to the industrial sector that the planet could be considered an agricultural world. There has been relative peace on the world until their renewed independence, the industrial sector pushing for the production of more ships and weapons at the expense of future and current farmland. The farmers and their corresponding has fought back against them, wishing to keep the planet free from the devastation the factories would cause to nature. Even though both sides won’t admit there is open conflict, there have already been reports of bombings on facilities or farms set ablaze. If no solution is found between the two, many people could see war rupture across the planet in order to decide their fate

The initial plan is to side with the Manufacturing Party of the Industrial Sector and bring down a firm Mandalorian Fist on the Agricultural Part of the Planet

Main Objective:
Find a way to subjugate or convert Contruum to the Mandalorian cause

Side Objective:
Resolve the infighting without crushing one of the Labor Partys

Time: 1600

Location: Contruum, Industrial Sector

Sub-Location: Solus Improvised Operating Base

The Mandalorian War Machine knew no retreat nor did it know how to stop, momentum was renewed with the ascension of a new Mand'alor and with it came another step on their glorious Crusade, this time their target was Contruum, a technocrats wet dream, its local populace being on the brink of Civil Warfare is the perfect tie in for a third Party to bolster the more tactically steady Faction to take over the Planet for good.

And this is where the Mandalorian War Machine comes into play.

Van'Aria reviewed the Mand'Alors orders thoroughly and made her way for Contruum almost immedietly, on the Planets surface she made contact with the Industrial Manufacturing Party and setup a temporary Forwards Operating Base within one of the many Warehouses that were erected in the Capital City of Contruum.

With her was a detachment of carefully chosen Solus Clanmates assigned by the Mand'Alor to assist in this campaign effort aswell as a small assortment of Assets they could call upon should they require it, however as was very often, she was not on assigment alone, a Veren Clanmember, one that accompanied her in the Campaign against the Slavers in the Outer Rim was on assignment aswell.

"We will prepare a firm and unbreakable push through the Agricultural District here."

Van'Aria stood afore a Table with a Holomap on it, around it stood Mandalorians of various origins, on her side mostly Solus Clanmates but they were not the sole presence.

"We will crush their resolve with a Starfighter approach to establish Air Superiority, this has priority because as soon as we seize air space those of you that are on foot with me will have nothing to stop our advance, we will push them back until they have no more ground to retreat to. Our Allies of the Manufactoring Parties will push through the weakened flanks from our concentrated push and envelope the main bulk of their resistance. Once fully encircled, we execute."

The Plan was relatively straightforwards for Mandalorian Standards, four Detachments of Ground Troops were going to encircle the main force by applying pressure to a main front with two Detachments led by the Mandalorian Ground Forces whilst the remaining other Two were orchestrated by the local allied Labor Party that was to crush through the weakened flanks and envelope from either side.

Meanwhile a fireteam of Fighters would aid the Mandalorians to shake up the ground and secure Air Superiority.

"If there are any questions you speak them now."

Jado loomed over the table with arms crossed against his armored chest, taking in the presentation. He already knew the mission and his place in it well, but seeing a visual representation was always helpful, especially for the Veren brothers standing behind him. He would lead a small squadron of starfighters in his own ship to punch a hole through their initial air defenses before landing to support the ground offensive. The four Verens from his ship would serve as a tactical fireteam that Jado would lead against strategic positions of their Agricultural adversaries.

Though he would prefer a peace between the industrial and agricultural sects of this planet, it was no secret that the Mandalorians had been gearing up for crusades and gaining the allegiance of ship and arms manufacturers would be a great boon to their cause. Perhaps over time they would be able to restore a semblance of peace. Once Van'Aria covered the plan, Jado stood taller and spoke up. "Pilots, that means you'll be with me. I'll lead you in the initial assault and leave you to keep air superiority before my boys here hit the ground and destroy the secondary battery behind their main line." he added for clarity. There was a brief moment of quiet before his Solus battlesister called for final questions.

With their plan clear, the Mandalorians broke for their respective positions with an eerie pre-battle quiet looming over the command post. Jado led his red and black-clad fireteam to his G1-A and ensured the concussion missile magazines were topped up before they assumed their seats. The flight would be somewhat uncomfortable for Jado since he opted to wear his jetpack in the cockpit. He wouldn't accept any delays getting into the clash once they touched down again. They would have to be ready to strike quickly and accurately. The ship engines whirred to life as the Veren pinnace lifted off, shortly followed by a flock of Mandalorian starfighters in a four finger formation. They would maintain a defensive holding pattern as they waited for the command to strike from the preparing ground forces.

"Good. Then its settled."

She would call out before then coming up straight, her Vibro-Ax sung loudly as it was thrust into the concrete beneath her, it was not overlong until she broke forwards, her stride carried her to the makeshift Armory the Manufacturers Party had setup for them, there she would collect the Mandalorian Ground Forces that would join her in the ground assault and once formed up it was time... to take the Fight into their hands.

"We shall bring down those that would defy us! We shall triumph! And the World we stand upon... Shall... Tremble."

She gave a final encouraging section of words before a resurgent call of affirmation came from the Mandalorian War Machine.

It was now that she patched into the Comlink provided to converse with their Allies of the Manufacturing Party.

"Break it down."

And just as clockwork... a large Silo just barely in sight of Jado and his Squadron went up in flames as explosions erupted from its inside, it was not a minute later that Lines emerged in the Industrial Sector, Laborer both old and young came out to fight, and among them... Mandalorians, forming a fierce line of War that was advancing upon the Agricultural Sector that was adjacent, to reach it they would have to cross a large field of plantations, This would be where the bulk of the Fight would be fought, in the mud... water and trenches of Farms of every ilk.

Yet it was not only the Allied side that was coming out to fight, their opposition drew up their own battle lines and were prepared for this push, it may be a Agricultural District but that did not mean it was not well equipped.

It took not long until the two sides clashed and found themselves in a heavy stalemate one which the Mandalorian Ground Forces pushed against formiddably however two large Heavy Repeater emplacements kept them from pushing forwards and caused a momentary halt in both advances.

"Focus your fire on those Emplacements! Without them we can push forwards! Veren! Careful in the skies! Our Allies warned us of a seasoned Bounty Hunter that sided with our Opposition!"

Her voice crackled over the Commlink, it was clear that with the eagleeye-view that Jado and his Squad had that they had to make a move yet... there was no opposition in the skies yet... which caused worry.

This was a lot for the young Mandalorian. Everything was happening so quickly and by the masses of Mandalorians that now roamed the galaxy. They were once again a force to be reconned with. But unlike the old crusaders they seemed to retain their individuality. For that reason, Hokaan was stepping up and asking for volunteers on his own separate autonomy to work in concert with Van'Aria. It was going to focus on electronic warfare tactics and hitting other infrastructure in heavily metropolized areas. Really, it was the young Armourer's way of taking initiative. This was what was expected of him. He needed to do this.

The black clad slicer with orange icongraphy was standing off to one side while listening to Van'Aria's directions. His arms were crossed while the briefing took place and beside as well as behind him he was joined by a no less than a dozen Mandalorians. Looking over his shoulder he gave them a nod and would do proper introductions after the Solus warrior was finished.

Jado was leading a starfighters primarily. Hokaan's team would have a gunship to be their taxi around the combat area. "My team will follow your approach and use it as cover to hit their communications tower. A direct link and we can send a jamming signal to half the planet." That mean the agricultural fighters would have communication blackout. Of course the industrialists would also be somewhat limited to only short range or try asking the Mandalorians nicely, but that was the nature of the move.

With the planning done, he made for the Kotir class gunship. The slicer became quickly acquainted with the ten warriors and two armorers joining him. Van'Aria gave the call for things to kick off and the starship accelerated away from the forward operating base and out over the semi-lush industrial world.

Fire bloomed and the embers of war ignited the violence just beneath the surface. Hokaan got a good view of it from the sky and the ship was swiftly approaching its target. But before it came into view the rattling of anti air fire shook the vessel and made its pilot take evasive action.

The ground fired bright red laser cannon fire up at them but where the shots emminated from were quickly sent up into flames. The shields of the gunship were weakened and Hokaan hoped he wasn't getting shot down today. The ship's turrets fired and dispatched several guards outside of an intricate antennae array. It looked promising. But there seemed to still be a bit of security. Small arms fire pinged off of the gunships plattes and added to the existing carbon scoring.

"Let's move." He said and hopped out of the gunship once it was close enough to the ground. The three crew members of the gunship would stay onboard while the rest of them would round out to a solid squad of ten, including Hokaan.

Four well maintained B2 Super Battle droids bearing camo paintjobs stepped out of the transparisteel entrance. Their blaster arms raised and began firing at the Mandalorians assaulting the tower. Now that the first line of defense had been so quickly dispatched they were coming out to push back. Crusaders avoided most of the bolts while some were thankful for their armor plating before getting to cover. Hokaan joined them in firing into the combat droids. "EAT IT!" He yelled as he savagly fired shot after shot into the broad battle machines.

With the ground forces engaging, Jado led the fighter squadron over the battlefields continuing in their four finger formation. The afternoon sun glinted off the starfighers as they pushed on into enemy skies, meeting their first adversaries in the form of anti-air cannons that peppered the atmosphere with laser fire. "Lower altitude and maintain formation!" Jado called out over comms. "Drop your payloads on the anti-air cannons and break into halves around the district center!" he added. From that position, the squadron would be able to watch each other's blind spots and maintain the skies.

With the lines of anti-air cannons being bombarded, Jado pulled a hard right and dropped to an altitude just meters above the fields. Having heard his Solus battlesister over comms, he personally took a brief detour to try to assist. He spotted the repeater entrenchments clearly and rushed in to deliver a pair of concussion missiles at the first while weakening the fortifications around it with intermittent laser cannon fire. The issue of a low approach immediately became clear to Jado as the repeater began focusing fire on his pinnace. He grit his teeth as the transparisteel visor cracked and plating around the front of his ship started peeling off under the heavy fire.

Thankfully the concussion missiles hit their mark and the first repeater emplacement exploded into rubble and dirt. With the damage sustained, alarms were ringing in Jado's ears warning of system failures. His right engine was pouring out black smoke and the ship's controls were rumbling hard in Jado's hands. Shit. "Sorry Solus, that's all the help I can offer right now." he called into comms. "Squadron! Change of plans. My ship isn't going to hold up. Box up and run figure-eights over the district. Priority is airborne targets, but make strafing runs on their fortifications where you can. OYA!"

Fighting his ship's controls every bit of the way, Jado pulled back into the skies and weaved left and right through turret fire to reach further behind their front lines. The engines were sputtering and he didn't have long to remain in the air, whether he wanted to or not. He was still about fifty meters out from the secondary battery, but this would have to do. His G1-A skidded to a halt in the yellow fields outside of an armored processing plant. They weren't directly under fire yet but he could already see the opposing troops gathering to resist their coming push.

He unfastened from the pilot's seat and turned to the Veren fireteam behind him. "Vi akaanir at te kyr'yc kar'am." he avowed confidently before pulling the release for the ramp and jogging down it with carbine in hand. Blaster fire already started to pepper them as Jado dove behind some of the pushed-up soil from their crash landing before laying his blaster across the mound and returning fire. "Go! Go! he shouted to the Mandalorians exiting the craft behind him while he provided covering fire for their movement towards the processing plant.

Watching the Pinnache approach as it soared overhead she voiced quiet words of approval in her mind, the Veren was daring but only the daring win and that earned him a tally of respect one not easily earned.

The Concussion Missiles hit their target hard but it was not that which concerned Van'Aria, it was the state of the Ship that Jado piloted, casualties happened but she would not willingly ignore another especially one that showed promise, however her focus was drawn to the new lines that drew themselves up.

"Excellent work, Jado you are a credit to your Clan!"

Hokaan found himself alongside his own Clanmembers in on either side accompanied by auxillary Solus Clanmembers, the entire company was shifting to push after Jados critical surgical strike that opened up a whole new flank, not only did he open up a direct path towards the the communications antennae.

Among the auxillary forces was Van'Aria, she sported a different way of combat as she jetted from line to line with her Jetpack cutting in with either blaster or Ax on a weakened link of the combat, the closest comparison one could draw was the behaviour of a Hornet, or a winged Knight swerving in to secure a blow only to retreat behind the solid wall of Mandalorians.

After another attack run of herself she came to a halt to the side of Hokaan, pressing a hand to his shoulder she made him aware that he wasn't standing alone.

"Hello Warrior. Mind if I give you a hand?"

She said almost rhetorically before raising her Vibro-Ax high using it like a staff of direction to gesture for the opening that presented itself infront of them.

"I will push in tandem with you, Solus will keep what we can at bay. The Industrialized Locals are holding the line further on the very right of us, alot banks on our success but we will triu-"

Her conversation with him got cut off as one of the Battle Droids rushed their lines with two targets in mind... Hokaan and Van'Aria, seeing the Blaster bolts zip over them she jumped up to meet the droid in battle and sure enough a heated battle began erupting.

Pushing the Droid back with a singing shove of her Vibro-Ax she reached for her Blaster but was swiftly reminded of the firepower of the Droid as it cut her motion off making her rely solely on the Ax, her head tilted to Hokaan as she fought, this will likely be a lengthy duel.

"Go! I will be fine! Do what you do best! Kad on your side!"

Her words were then drowned out by the ringing of steel as a rapid back and forth began developing between her and her opponent.

Sorry for pushing this along, we are on a 48 Hour post Limit and we already gravely overstruck it :(

I know youre busy Dara and Burpee so im pushing this Post out but from here on out we need to adhere to the 48 hour limit.

If for some reason this should be a problem going forwards for either of you two, let me or Orbit know so that we can either find a replacement or make something work :)

Ax met Chassis over and over... and over again, it was a rigorous and almost mindnumbing Rythm that she battled herself into one that was driven by routine and reflex, there was no thinking... thinking got you killed, especially against machines, eventually she found a gap that she could exploit, after every second shot of the Battle Droid she could wedge in her Ax to strike and surely enough every time she did she got closer to her ultimate goal, severing the Arm and then pressing further into the Chassis.

That moment finally came, with a sweep upwards her Ax severed steel from steel as sparks flew, a bead of sweat formed on her forehead beneath her helmet as concentration took over, almost in the same act as swinging she inverted the trajectory of the head of the Ax to push inwards and sure enough she struck true, the Battle Droid raised its other arm just barely to her feet before turning off and falling backwards into the Battlefield around it.

Whilst she had her duel with the Droid she was lucky to not have a third party infringe on such around her people were making their push forwards, and sure enough the Mandalorians dealt yet another decisive blow by mopping up the rest of the first wave of Battle Droids, these were a significant stopper and with brief respite came opportunity to regroup and push.

Shooting up into the Air with her Jetpack she took a look around the battle lines, thoughts racing, where could they make a decisive entrance? But ofcourse! A diversion! And it seems that the Locals were thinking similiar, a Officer across the lines locked eyes with her Helmet before giving a resounding shout as the industrialized forces mobilized what seemed to be makeshift tanks built out of cargo freighters advancing forwards from their line, it drew a significant amount of attention as this was creating almost a armored element.

"This... buys us vital time. Solus! Assist Veren! We need to take that Plant and we need to take it now!"

She called out to her Brothers and Sisters in Arms and sure enough the Solus Detachment of the Mandalorians split off the initial Mandalorian bulk and headed into the Direction of the Processing Plant, spearheaded by Van'Aria, Jado would get the vital back up that he needed.

With the Veren being caught BEHIND the lines causing many of the initial fighters to turn around and split from the initial line it made it easier for the Solus to crush into what was left of the rest, effectively having War on two fronts around the Processing Plant, a deadly sandwich but a tasty one.

As his fireteam advanced toward the processing plant, Jado brought up the rear, standing from his laying position where he had been providing covering fire. They advanced in a straight line toward the plant, minimizing available targets for the enemy, while they popped off blaster fire from either side of the line leader back at the enemy. As each enemy fell, two more poured out of the plan to replace them. Despite being 'farmers', the agricultural districts had armed themselves well and were already responding to the emerging threat that was the Veren fireteam.

"At te kebii'tra!" Jado barked from the rear. In unison, the five Verens launched into the air with their jetpacks in a large, arcing jump to bypass the rest of the climb to the processing plant, rotating to form a horizontal line facing their enemies upon landing. While still in the sky, Jado tapped the button on his left vambrace and launched off a wrist rocket at some makeshift cover in front of one of the plant's entrances. The missile found its mark with a loud boom, sending metal shrapnel in a radius around the impact area and causing several opposing soldiers to dive out of the way for safety.

As the newly formed line of Verens landed and picked off the stragglers with their rifles, Jado turned to see the Solus troops advancing in support and smiled at their approach. This plant wouldn't stand a chance. The fireteam formed up behind Jado now and posted up against the wall outside the entrance. Jado took a brief peek through the entryway and was met with a hefty burst of repeater fire that grazed past his helmet as he ducked back defensively. Shit. Probably should have saved that wrist rocket. He didn't even get a good look at the inside; didn't have time if he wanted to keep his head.

"I'll draw their fire. One of you get on the other side of that entrance and return fire once I have their attention." As one of his soldiers got into position via jetpack, Jado peeked back around the corner of the entrance as a fake out and ducked back quickly before holding his carbine in the entrance and shooting back blindly. As expected, he repeater unleashed hell upon him, causing several bolts to ring off his beskar vambraces. The sheer force of the impacts caused him to drop the carbine, which now lay in the entrance of the processing plant. Well...he'd have to use his pistols for a bit now...
