A Light in the Dark: Interest Check

Hey all!

I'll soon be embarking on a new personal quest with my Jedi Knight Fennex Zeerda as he delves into the long lost secrets of the light side of the Force to combat the growing evil of the Exiles. In this endeavor, I could use the help of one or two dedicated Jedi PCs to delve into the secrets of a forgotten world and help purify an old lightside wellspring in pursuit of greater power than the Dark Side could ever offer.

It could be very dangerous, and it will require a strong and pure Jedi- someone with little or no pull of the darkside in them, who is well attuned with the Force and a steady hand on the battlefield. This isn't a field trip for unskilled younglings, or those still harboring deep seated doubts about the Force or the Jedi.

I'm looking to get this started in the next few weeks, barring any major setbacks. I've already got a core group interested, and I'll take on one or two additional Jedi based on how well I think they'll fit with the group and the plot. I don't have any specific sign up criteria, so if you're interested just link your character and tell me a little bit about them and why this might be up their alley!

Could be fun to jump in with Vollen. Been with the jedi a number of years and is dutifully against the darkside. While he does some philosophical disagreements, they're mainly regard what the force is, not what to do. His connection to the force was previously severed somewhat after Ilum, and is working to reconnect, so this would be a fitting way for him to further reestablish that connection. He also wants to safeguard Jedi knowledge, so knowing the location of and healing this spring fits that too!

I'll volunteer Mikko. As much as I would want to put Alphonse in there, he might not be the best for the task.

I'll throw Fiona in here for the fun of it. She's pretty adamant about the Jedi truly being the good guys, even if she's a bit much.

I'll volunteer Lei for this. She may be young and a bit lacking on the experience side but overall she's as steady as a rock (and at least as stubborn).

So I'm interested, Cavalas Onn. At the moment Cavalas is alarmed at the quick rise of power in fallen Jedi like Alais Drast and would seek the power to defeat her.
