Korriban, the official residency of the Supreme Leader:

With the attack on Ord Radama, Moff Tyradell can feel a storm coming, with the loss of Serenno, things were different. Core Sith worlds were under attack and they can no longer ensure the safety of them. In these cases precautions must be made, if Ord Radama were to fall the Sith War Machine which is already terribly outnumbered by the Republic can buckle completely. With this in mind she made the proactive decision to request a meeting with the "Acting" Supreme Leader. The purpose of this meeting was to plan for contingencies that hopefully won't come to pass, but it would be for the best to at least prepare for such an outcome.

So Aethoria sits outside the former Warmaster, now Supreme Leader's private audience hall and awaits his summons. The crux of her plan is to rapidly develop worlds in the interior of Sith Space to ensure that even if Rhen Var collapses, the Brotherhood's war machine will be able to cope and eventually expand, even with the loss of worlds.

Inside the room he was alone. No guards, no aides, no yes men that you wold assume would surround the supreme leader of the Sith Brotherhood at all times. Indeed, it was so quiet inside the audience hall that Kyuss swore he could hear the breathing of someone on the other side of the door, waiting patiently for their turn to enter and discuss whatever it was that needed discussing. It had only been a few days since his meeting with the Moff Council but already word was spreading quickly of Kyuss'... new found position. There seemed to be little opposition to his ascension, although he didn't exactly find that surprising. The Brotherhood, especially his Brotherhood did not tolerate failure - and that was all his two fellow leaders had offered them as of late. A pity, Kyuss had liked Sigrun. She wasn't like the normal Sith scum, happy to hide away in the shadows and practice their black magic. No, she was a warrior who would stand on the front lines with her men. Such a decision was the reason she was no long around, of course, but that just came with the territory. Unfortunately, should the lauded former Supreme Leader ever return, she would have to wrench the title she had lost from all four of Kyuss' cold dead hands.

Standing in the center of the room, Kyuss' attention was firmly supplanted on a massive holo-projection of the galaxy. His eyes trailed from left to right over its entirety, attempting to take it all in at the same time. There was so much work left to do, so many worlds left unconquered. The small portion of it dedicated to Sith space made him slightly upset. The previous leaders of their Brotherhood had left them all desperately wanting for something greater. They had been failed so many times it was amazing the Republic of the Jedi hadn't swooped in to attempt to take them out when they were still licking their wounds. Of course, that would mean that their leadership would have had to have been something more than just sniveling, cowardly worms - and Kyuss knew that's all they were. He had fought the Jedi Lord and although the man had escaped with his life, Kyuss found himself woefully unimpressed. He assumed the leadership in the Republic were equally as pitiful, although he hadn't confirmed that with his own eyes yet. In due time, of course.

Looking away from the galaxy map for the first time in hours, Kyuss rubbed his eyes gently to remove the pain of having them open for so long. With a heavy sigh, he reached out with the force and opened the doors to the audience chamber. Anyone standing outside that had half a brain should have been able to figure out that was their queue to enter. He was expecting Moff Aethoria who had contacted him with pressing news. Hopefully she wouldn't be late.

Kyuss hated people who were late.

The doors swung open and she took a second to compose herself as she walks in, taking time to ensure that she belies confidence, but not arrogance, deference, but not to the extent of cowardice. She is wearing her best Sith robes and has both of her weapons on her hip, she feels that hiding the shoto would be a poor choice and as she approaches the standing figure of Kyuss and gives the appropriate bow.

"My Lord, I am glad you found time to meet with me, as you probably know Ord Radama has come under attack and I fear the Republic will attempt to attack it. Regardless of success or failure, the result will end with widespread destruction of our primary industrial centre. So I have a proposal, to preempt this and to ensure that even if Ord Radama suffers catastrophic damage to our industry that we rapidly accelerate the industrial build up of all our worlds. In the aforementioned attack, I managed to ensure that the direct war effort was not harmed via activating the shields on key infrastructure, yet the attacker hit our naval academy and wiped out this years class of freshmen, two retired captains, and a serving admiral and millions of credits in simulators. I already have begun the purchasing of new equipment out of my own funds and have begun to inquire around our other academies for their best students to transfer into the main academy."

With that she ends her spiel and hopes that she conveyed the basic points of her request in clear concise terms to get his mind working on the problem, or at the very least. Request more information from her, or just dismiss this measure out of hand.

Kyuss listened to Aethoria speak with close examination, although her bow would not be reciprocated. Not out of disrespect, but Kyuss felt that custom to be somewhat ridiculous and to only make sense within the confines of the Sith Order, something he was not a part of. He didn't turn to face her either, however, finding it more prudent to investigate the map once more to get a better understanding of the planets to which she was referring. Familiar with Ord Radama, Kyuss had already been made aware of the attack there and the pending repercussions. All things considered, the damage had been relatively inconsequential. Most freshmen failed out of the naval academy anyway so at best the Republic scum killed a handful of recruits that actually mattered. The loss of the senior officers was a little more worrisome but it left openings in the ranks for someone else to fill and succeed in.

"Ord Radama is your responsibility to protect, Moff Tyradell. I was quite disappointed to hear that you let an enemy sneak onto your world so easily, although not entirely unsurprised. Our enemies have become increasingly.. over confident in the aftermath of their victories at Zeltros and Serenno." Letting out a sigh, Kyuss reached into his pocket and took out a thick cigar case. He took out two and put the case back, placing one on the table and one in his mouth. Aethoria was free to take the other if she was so inclined. Using his index finger and a little concentration, Kyuss produced a spark of flame with the force to light his cigar. Thick smoke billowed out of his nose and mouth as he took the first drag; it relieved some of the irritation he had been feeling. "I agree with your basic premise, we need to not have all of our eggs in one basket as far as production goes. Not all worlds are equipped for military production, though. We should lay the groundwork on key worlds first and then increase the infrastructure on less than ideal worlds after. Do you have any suggestions?"
