OOC: Open to any Jedi or Jed-sympathetic character that wants to help out. Any mercenaries or Yelkarin allies are also fine to post in this thread as opposition.

Jedi Knight Drow Venn sat down in the corner of The Dusty Bantha, eyes up and scanning the room for the arrival of his friend. After the Jedi Temple had been decimated on Ajan Kloss, Drow couldn't help but feel guilty at the fact that he'd been away fighting on Sullust. Maybe if he'd been there, things could have been different and more lives could have been saved. Maybe he could have done something more. Maybe he could have shot the Sith down from the sky before they'd ever touched down on that sacred ground...

No. He knew it wasn't the Jedi way to dwell on such matters but it did make him realize the need for a security force for the remaining Temple on Yavin. Made up of non Force sensitive beings, this force would ensure that the Jedi could leave on missions and be assured that there was a capable group guarding the Temple in their absence. Putting together a plan with his fellow Jedi, the first component of this plan was to meet an old friend on Corellia. And it looked like that friend had arrived.

Tric Clintegala was an Abednedo mercenary that Drow knew from back in his mercenary days. Out of all of his felllow mercenaries, Tric had been, by far the most decent that Drow had known. Though money was always the primary driver of Tric, he was always fond of nonlethal takedowns and taking prisoners whenever possible. An old school fighter, Tric was a cautious man that nonetheless had a wise air about him that Drow knew would make him a perfect security captain for the temple. Drow had reached out to him and asked him if he'd be interested in such a position. Wanting to slow down a bit in his older age, a cushy gig with free housing and meals on Yavin sounded okay to Tric but he was all too aware that the Jedi wouldn't be able to pay him much, if anything at all. So he made an offer to Drow. If he and his fellow Jedi helped him complete a lucrative job on Corellia, then he'd be set up for retirement and would happily join the Temple as the security captain. Drow agreed and had found out the job consisted of bringing a local street gang, the Yelkarin to justice.

"Drow! What's going on buddy!" Tric said in a booming voice, grabbing Drow in a stranglehold hug. Drow couldn't help but grinning at seeing his old friend and returned the embrace. "So! You guys ready?"

Drow looked to his fellow Jedi and nodded. Tric had tracked the Yelkarin to an old abandoned warehouse that was down the street from the cantina they were currently in. The plan right now was to follow Tric and scope the place out to see how much firepower these guys had before moving in.

The time that had passed since the first gathering on Yavin had been something of a blur. Most days were, since the attack on Ajan Kloss, and Lian was yet to begin healing his scars. He wondered if he ever would. Rather than face this reality, he had thrown himself into the task of getting to know his fellow Jedi, having typically operated alone on the Outer Rim in the past, but things were different then. The attack on Ajan Kloss had done more than change individual lives, it had changed the Galaxy, of that Lian was sure. In this new era, he would have to work more closely with the Order. This was how he had come to meet the the Ishi Tib Jedi Knight, Drow Venn. He struck Lian as a gentle soul, one who had served a markedly different purpose and function within the Order to him over the years – not that any of that mattered anymore. Now was the time to come together, and so they had.

They had arranged to meet an old friend of Venn’s from his days as a mercenary – something that admittedly surprised Lian when he first heard it. There was certainly more to this Ishi Tib than met the eye. Lian held reservations over employing an ex-mercenary to oversee such a crucial role in the security of the new Jedi stronghold, though he hadn’t made his opposition known in any strong terms. They did need to beef up security, and with no other proposed candidates as well as a Jedi Knight swearing by him, he was certainly worth checking out.

The Dusty Bantha proved a typical location for such meetups. Lian, though accompanying two fellow Jedi, had largely kept to himself to this point and intended to keep it that way. He didn’t know what to say, and took against speaking when there was nothing to be said. He was content to listen to their conversations. These were cut short soon, however, by the arrival of Tric Clintegala, the Abednedo friend of Venn.

“So! You guys ready?”, the Abednedo boomed.

Lian offered a quiet ‘mmh’ in response, nodding his head. They were to scout out the street gang, known as the Yelkarin, to ascertain their firepower. Lian knew the script, he’d been here before.

Time to get to work.

Ajan Kloss, oof. It was a terrible loss for the Jedi, but the Jedi had suffered worse losses before if Hera remembered properly. Too many Jedi took the loss extremely personally, Hera thought, and needed to let it go. To dwell on pain and loss was a path to fear, fear of losing yet again. Fear lead to anger, anger led to hate, etc etc. It was pretty simple, so Hera chose to let it go and move on with her life.

Removing her blackened goggles inside the bar, Hera sighed a deep sigh of relief. Around her eyes little red circled had begun to form from the pressure of the light reducing glasses. This planet, like so many others of its kind, had far too much sunlight for Hera's taste. She liked the darkness, it helped her to see people better. Scanning the bar, she quickly eyed up the two other Jedi she was set to meet on this wonderful journey.

Apparently, they were to 'bring a local street gang to justice,' whatever that was supposed to mean. Hera held out hope that she'd be able to have a nice conversation with them in order to help them see the error of their ways and find other methods of employment. Most people who joined gangs weren't bad people anyway, they tended to be illiterate or foolish beings who felt they had no prospects other than joining up with the cause of violence.

Gangs also often filled a niche in their lives that was left absent by family and friends who abandoned them. Threats weren't going to work here, and Hera felt them unnecessary. But perhaps a deal could otherwise be struck? Waving at her two, no, three new comrades, Hera introduced herself inside the bar.

"Hello! My name is Hera Albion! I'll be your friendly neighborhood Jedi Knight today! A pleasure to meet you, Knight Venn, Knight Sheffield, and Mr uh, Tric? Cool name! As much as I enjoy looking at you two with my own eyes, we shouldn't hang around here too much. I mean, we definitely stand out! Ha!"

Putting back on her goggles once more, Hera led the 'charge' out of the bar and into the sunlight. Immediately upon being greeted with the gentle warmth of the sun, Hera muttered a curse under her breath. To be greeted with the cold stone of the temple on Yavin again was all she yearned for. Looking to her compatriots, she asked Tric,

"Can you give us any more information on these gang members? What're they like? What do they deal in?"

"You betcha!." Tric said enthusiastically to Hera, pleased someone apart from him thought his name was cool. As they made their way outside, Tric turned to answer her question.

"They deal in girls and spice mostly. It's mostly made up of Sullustan refugees although there's a few Rodians and Humans that threw in with them too. Evidently, some of them got into it with some Sith and fled here. They mostly live in Shantytown. Don't know if you've ever been but it ain't pleasant! Back to the I've tracked them down to that warehouse over down yonder at the end of the street. That's why I chose to meet at this here bar. I'm old, you know, so I prefer to do as little walking as possible." Tric chuckled.

"What kind of weapons would are they packing, Tric?" Drow asked.

"They seem to favor vibroblades as far as I can tell. Thinks it makes them look macho as far as I can tell. Though I've heard rumors they have an E-Web in the warehouse but you know as well as I do that you can't really trust drunk murmurings you hear in a cantina, don't you buddy!" Tric said, affectionately slapping Drow on the back. The Ishi Tib Jedi tried his best to turn his wince of pain into a smile.

"But back to the business at hand, the warehouse has two entrances. Three if you count the service hatch on the roof but I don't have a grappling hook to get there. The front and back doors are both guarded by a pair of guards. Evidently, the Yelkarin don't like trespassers so they won't hesitate to shoot if anyone's giving them trouble. Considering the bounty on their heads, I can't say that I blame them. Now, I figured since I got some bona fide Jedi in my party that we could just go in guns blazing in the front, overwhelm them with surprise and numbers. Have someone in the back to take out anyones that flee?" Tric suggested, before seeing the frown on Drow's face at the mention of all that bloodshed. "B-but knowing how you Jedi can be about the sanctity of life, I'm willing to hear out other plans."

Drast was in the bar, sipping his juice, when he noticed a familiar face. Fortunately for him, they didn't see him and seemingly wandered out of the bar. "Thanks Sheila." he said with a wink to the bartender before draining his glass setting it down on the bar. "Mind if I get one to go?"

She'd nod. "Sure thing, Drast. You stay outta trouble yeah? Hear Jedi are making all sorts of trouble these days."

"Yeah, well.. Jedi will be Jedi, am I right?" he said with that patented grin before taking the fresh cup to go and wandering out into the sunlight after them. Luckily for him, the goons in this district seemed to think he was just lying low and didn't get abducted by some space cult. He was hoping that that could help a bit. After all, when he heard 'Corellia' he knew he had to sneak onto the flight home. And he was well aware that Master Sati would be very displeased with him. Again.

Exiting the bar he would adjust his vest before pulling on his shades. This time, however, he had a green vest on instead of his normal purple. "Hey Venn, fancy seeing you here." as he spoke he'd be adjusting the buttons at his sleeves. Meanwhile, that trusty cup of his was hanging out in the empty blaster holster strapped to his hip. Fortunately, his trusty vibrosword was still in the scabbard at his back.

The group filed out of the cantina into the Corellian sun, being led by the latest arrival – another Knight by the name of Hera Albion. Lian hadn’t met her before, but she seemed friendly enough. Unlike Hera, however, Lian found himself quite comfortable in the warm gaze of the sun overhead. It reminded him of Tatooine, and of Anchorhead, more specifically. Though he barely had any memories, it still felt like home to him, somehow. He wore a minimalistic tunic with darker hues, forgoing the robe itself.

His face fell into a slight scowl as he listened to Tric list off the various crimes and ‘trades’ of the gang. Spice and Girls. This was a gang that profited, directly, off the suffering of others. Force only knows how many had had their lives lost or otherwise ruined entirely by the members of the so-called Yelkarin. Today, one way or another, that would end – and the mission took on another meaning to Lian. What was once an effort to recruit an experienced trainer for their security forces had turned into something deeper. Bringing justice to a small part of the Galaxy.

Lian folded his arms, sheltering his hands within his tunic as he listened to the description of the warehouse given by Tric. His eyes scanned the exterior of the warehouse, looking for any points he could leap for, as well as the buildings near it. The Force granted the Jedi many abilities, with great height to their jumps being one of them. “You may need a grappling hook, Tric, but we may not. If I can find a way, I’ll try to take a position up by the service hatch.”

Just then, another approached the group and introduced themselves to Knight Venn. This party just kept getting bigger.

Vibroblades and an E-web? It was as if they were asking for Jedi to be the ones to 'handle' this situation. But this information, despite coming from a seemingly trustworthy source, seemed to be based in nothing more than appearances and rumors. Hera made a mental note to assume the worst, that they knew of the approaching Jedi and were more than prepared to gun them all down. To add to her list of notes, a padawan waved himself over into the group. Perhaps not assigned to the mission, but his presence would not be rejected.

Keeping silent until after Sheffield spoke, Hera devised the plan. Reaching into a pouch on her person, she withdrew a handful of communicators. "Here, Sheffield and Venn, take one of these, please." Turning to Tric, she smiled and addressed him first, "While, of course, the sanctity of life is foremost in my mind. I keep the sanctity of our lives first before those of our possible combatants. A forward assault would be effective, but too dangerous. Let's attempt diplomacy first and 'feel out the waters' as you might say."

Looking to her Knight compatriots, she offered an idea, "I believe the simplest plan would be for Knight Sheffield to sneak up to the roof and the three of you, Knight Venn, Tric, and Padawan, to sneak around to the back. I will approach the front door, if they carry vibroblades as you say I should be able to get close enough to speak with them without issue. I will attempt to gain access to their warehouse and talk them down, if negotiations are 'short' then I'll signal you on the comms to breach and clear."

With a grin wider than a Nexu, Hera removed her goggles for but a moment in order to wink at the group. "Justice must be served to the deserving, but let's not confuse justice and vengeance, yes? Emotion, yet peace, my friends." And at that, Hera started off towards the 'front' door of the warehouse. It wasn't that Hera was so arrogantly confident that she simply expected her plans to be followed, rather it was that she wasn't exactly used to working as a team yet. She just forgot that she needed team approval to move on and, therefore, moved on.

Thankfully, the Jedi held their conversations enough blocks away from the warehouse that no Yelkarin could feasibly see or hear them without abandoning the defense of their base entirely. If the rest of the group needed to contact Hera they could, easily, on the comlink. But within minutes she had walked clear out of earshot of everyone else.

"Drastus, how's it hanging buddy!" Drow slapped the incorrigible Jedi on the shoulder as he made an appearance. The smooth-talking Jedi had made an impression on Drow and he always livened up any area he was in. He motioned for Drastus to get in step with the others as they made their way down the street listening to Hera's plan.

"Works for me" Drow said, as Hera outlined her plan. While Drow was fine stepping up to be a leader if the situation required it, his soldier's instincts meant that he was more than happy to let someone else steer the ship so he wasn't offended by Hera's bossiness.

"Aye." Tric echoed the sentiment and the two of them began creeping their way towards the back of the warehouse. Whether Drastsus followed the two of them as per the plan was up to him. As Drow and Tric snuck their way around the back, they were forced to hide behind a large dumpster as two very big looking Sullustans were guarding the door and if they crept any further, they'd surely be seen. Drow gave a silent hand signal to Tric to stay down and wait for a signal. The old Abednedo nodded and readied his blaster rifle in preparation.

As Hera walked towards the front of the warehouse, she'd see a similar sight as two Sullustans were guarding that door too, as Tric had said they would be. The two of them looked at each other inquisitively as Hera made her way over. They looked to be talking hurriedly to one another before one of them decided to start walking towards Hera. Both carried vibroblades but the one approaching Hera kept his sheathed.

"Hey there, lady - the name's Skiff! If you're looking for work, I think we could definitely use a pretty face like yours here." Skiff said.

Drast would pat Venn on the back as he fell in line. "Oh you know, heard you were heading towards my old stomping grounds so.. here I am." he'd go with the others though when "Skiff" spoke he worked hard to stifle a chuckle though the reason would be wholly unknown. As they lay in wait, however, he did have his vibrosword drawn by the time they reached the back. He would crawl beneath windows or climb over openings, avoiding detection.

Drastus. Another name for Lian to learn, but there would be time for introduction proper later. Currently, Hera was walking them through her plan of approach, which may as well have been the plan of approach if her confidence was anything to go by. He saw a little of himself in her as she eagerly listed off the parts of her plan, and could tell she was used to working alone or, at the very least, working outside of the Order with those who wouldn’t hesitate to follow the advised plan of a Jedi. It was the same for him – though she seemed to be handling the adjustment somewhat better. Still, it was a decent plan, and as good as they were going to get in the time they had, so Lian had no issue in following along. Soon, Hera was on her way to the front entrance and Lian cast a quick look to the others still assembled, “That’s that, then. I’ll see you inside.”

Leaping from where he stood to a balcony above, Lian had noticed that he would be able to reach the roof of the warehouse via the nearby buildings, which proved an easy traversal. The rooftops were quiet and unguarded, the Yelkarin evidently not putting much thought into the service hatch atop their headquarters. After all, why would they?

It didn’t take him long to get to a position by the service hatch itself, resting on one knee beside it. From below he could make out the fittingly loud, cocky voice of a gangster that had gone unchallenged for far too long. Sounds like Hera's making introductions, he thought to himself.

Perhaps with some groups, arguments and intense discussions would need to occur before any reasonable plan could be drawn up and executed. However, with these wonderful, intelligent Jedi, there was no need for such a waste of time. Soon enough, she approached the entrance to the warehouse and one of the two Sullustan guards made their way over to her. His compliment and introduction betrayed him, for Hera could tell that this man, blade sheathed, was ready in case she decided to start a ruckus. No matter what he thought of her initially, as a possible girl to run or a blade to hire, Hera would make herself known.

Smiling, she put her hands on her hips and brushed back her robes, revealing the lightsaber hilt at her hip. With a wink and without skipping a beat, she replied, "I appreciate your words handsome, but I've already got steady employment. Now don't get your panties in a twist, I'm not here to start a fight or arrest anyone! But I would like to have a conversation with your boss if you think you could arraign that."

Of course, the moment she revealed her hilt she was mentally prepared for violence. It would be her last resort, but she would not hold back if pushed to it. Her mind extending out, she reached out with the Force in order to listen closely to its ebbs and flows. The Force would tell her if an attack was coming her way, and she would be prepared for it before it ever occurred.

"Lady, I can't even talk to the boss today. So unless you got something else to say, I'd beat it." Skiff said, sounding decidedly less friendly than he did before and putting one hand on the handle of his sword. His buddy at the door began walking over near him.

As for Lian's venture to the roof, it did indeed go okay. Lian was stealthy and agile enough to make the jump without alerting anyone down below. Unfortunately, he was so stealthy that he very much surprised the small flock of Trantor pigeons that were happily chilling on the roof before he'd arrived. They all began squawking and flying to get out of his way noisily. A few of them even began flapping in his direction, threatening to unbalance him.

Complicating things further was the fact that Skiff turned his head to see what the commotion was all about. The other guards turned as well but since he had stepped forward to meet Hera, he was at a perfect angle to see Lian.

"Oy! On the roof! Get him!" Skiff shouted to his friend, drawing his vibroblade and running towards the roof, evidently assuming that Hera didn't have anything to do with the commotion.

From the back of the builidng, the other two Sullustan guards heard this commotion and began making their way towards a nearby ladder that led up to the roof.

"Blasted pigeons!" Tric hissed, looking to Drow and Drastus and nodding towards the two guards about to ascend the ladder. "Should we help your buddy on the roof out?"

If there was one thing Drast knew, it was taking down ladders. But even more than that, he loved to make people fall. Not at such great heights that they were hurt, more like laughable heights. Something to embarrass them. He held out a hand to Tric and Venn, signaling a short hold. He'd wait for the second one to begin climbing before he went ahead and called upon the force to leap upwards and onto the ladder, just above the first climber. "Danger, danger, danger." He said with that wry grin. First boot stomped on his left hand, then the right.

They were maybe fifteen feet up, nothing to dangerous. The man would begin to release the ladder, pulling both hands back to his chest and that's when the third boot would send him plummeting into his friend. "I'll check on Lian!" Drast would say as he quickly began to climb up the ladder.

Lian allowed a heavy sigh to escape his lips, betraying the slight frustration he felt for a moment as the flock of pigeons flew away from him in an almighty ruckuss. They flew off in all directions, with a few evidently taking a disliking towards him intruding on their relaxing spot, flapping past him without much distance. On relatively stable ground, however, this did not prove to be much more than a slight inconvenience and, before long, the raucous birds were gone. The attention of the Yelkarin outside - and quite potentially within - however, had been caught.

He didn't have to much reason to worry, though. Not two moments after the back-guards had started climbing the ladder, they were on their backs recovering from what was certainly a painful fall. Coming up the top of the ladder, Drastus soon reached the roof to the sight of Lian, quite calmnly, kneeling by the service hatch. Lifting a hand, he offered a nonchalant wave towards him, "I can't believe you knew I was up here.", he said with a wink - a sliver of his old humour showing in the situation, evidently.

Lian didn't bother offering much attention towards the guards at the front entrance of the warehouse. He was confident that Hera could handle them before they even reached the roof - and, even if they did, they would hardly approach with the element of surprise, for the force was his ally, and he was wise enough to listen to it.

Instead, Lian gave a little nod in the direction of the service hatch, speaking to Drastus. "Shall we?"

Hera paused for only but a moment at the Sullistan's rebuttal of her. Then, like some kind of crazed loth cat, she started cackling with laughter. "You seriously can' be this stupid!" She blurted out, nearly doubling over with laughter. Quickly catching her breathe, Hera waved at the man and his approaching companion. "You might want to back up."

If they failed to respond to her, the two Sullustans would be in for an exceedingly nasty surprise. Breathing in deeply, Hera shouted. It was no regular raising of the voice however. She imbued the vibrations of sound coming from her mouth with the Force, increasing their strength and volume a thousand fold. Anything within five feet of her would feel their eardrums bursts, nearby windows would shatter, and everyone, inside and out, for at least a block would be able to hear her clear as day.

"HEY BUTT FACE YELKARIN BOSS. GET OUT HERE BEFORE I BREAK YOUR WHOLE BUILDING DOWN!"

Shortly after, Hera found herself panting and racing to catch her own breath. Perhaps she put too much force into it? Either way, that stupid smile she carried with herself everywhere she went remained on her face. And her body remained poised to fight should it be necessary.

What with their sensitive ears, the Sullustans all around Hera reacted quite strongly to Hera's Force Bellow. Skiff in particular, being the closest let out a shriek of pain and collapsed to the ground almost instantly. Fortunately, he was running away from Hera and far enough away where he didn't die but it didn't look like he'd be getting up anytime soon.

In the back, the two Sullustans fell into a dazed heap on the ground. That's when Drow ran up and belted the closet one in the face, sending him into the sweet embrace of unconsciousness.

"Might want to call the cops now. I have a feeling they're about to have a whole lot of arrests on their hands." Drow told his old friend.

"Already pinged 'em!" Tric chuckled, slamming the other Sullustan in the head with the butt of his blaster rifle to knock him out.

"Good stuff." Drow replied, taking out his commlink and radioing in to everyone on the team. "I think diplomacy might be out of the question here. Tric and I will take the back. Drastus and Lian, the roof. Hera, the front. Let's converge in the middle. Try and avoid killing."

Then, Drow would activate his lightsaber and enter into the building where he'd be greeted by a wild looking Rodian with a vibrowhip. Dodging once, twice from the whip, Drow sliced at the Rodian's leg with a well-practiced Makashi strike, sending him to his knee. Tric finished him off with stun blast from his rifle. Seeing that both he and Tric still had it and seeing how effective the old Abednedo could be fighting alongside Jedi made Drow very happy. Now they just had to clear this place out and it'd be smooth sailing onwards...

Times change. And so must we.

It had been overlong. Studying. The mathematics of reality had never held much interest to the young woman. But it provided greater understanding. And that was worth the trial alone.

The trifle of a reason for her actual return would remain a secret. Personal matters required professional maneuvering. In the scenery, some distance from both Jedi and any others present, Eileen waited. Watched. Observed.

A warning went out. Bold words. The girl rolled her eyes gently. The enemy would probably hurl themselves into a crater or some sort of volcano and blame the incident on the Jedi. Or maybe they would try to attack someone or something.

Either way, Eileen would watch and follow. If necessary she’d reveal herself - to protect as necessary. It was, however, a wise call not to get obviously involved without due cause. The figure of the woman, Hera, made her eyebrow raise. She knew one like that. She could not help but chuckle to herself. How easy it would be to turn this into a slaughter.

She wouldn’t have it.

But she might decide not to prevent it. Entirely depending on the situation. This may prove to be more amusing than violent. A welcome reprieve.

Drast grinned at Lian "What can I say? A pigeon landed on my hand and whispered your location to me." he added with a laugh, cresting up and over the ledge and onto the roof. Once Lian opened the hatch, he'd nod, leaping down first. Drast would stick the landing with a three-point, surprising the slightly disoriented Weequay with his sudden appearance. As the gangster reached for his blaster, Drast would take him to sleepy town with a pommel strike to the temple. "Shhh shhh shhh.. go to sleep."

Lian lifted the commlink from the utility belt strapped around his waist, offering a curt reply to the suggested plan of attack put forward by Drow. “Heard. Going into the warehouse now.” The service hatch creaked open after a little backbone was put into it, and Drastus did not wait long to dive down and into the fray.

Hopping down behind him, the two found themselves on a walkway not much below the ceiling itself, and commanded a good view of the inner warehouse. Lian cast a quick look over the situation below, getting an idea of the warehouse’s layout, as well as the number and strength of the occupants inside. The Yelkarin were no pushovers, but certainly not much trouble for the combined strength of three knights.

He soon found his observation interrupted, however, by another Weequay approaching from the end of the walkway nearest Lian. “Chuta!”, the gang-member yelled in a surprised panic before reaching for his blaster, firing from the hip and sending streaks of red laserfire in Lian’s direction.

Lian spun on his heel to face the sudden attacker, opening his palm and feeling his lightsaber smack against it not a second later. He adopted a defensive stance typical of the Way of the Mynock, swatting aside several of the blaster bolts that would have otherwise hit their target.

My turn. Without moving forward or changing his stance, Lian merely flicked his left hand to side and watched as the Weequay lost the grip of his blaster, watching in panic as it flew over the side of the walkway to the distant ground below. The gangster turned back to face Lian, freezing in much the same way a dugar dugar would in headlights. Lian offered his opponent a little wink, before letting the force flow through his fingertips – sending the now un-armed Weequay flying back against the solid, steel wall behind him. Out cold, looked like.

His lightsaber hissed quietly as it was deactivated, and Lian turned his attention back to scouting out the inside of the warehouse. If that E-Web was real, he wanted to know where it was.

Hera knew that, after her shouting, her compatriots would be storming inside of the building. In addition, she muttered a silent prayer that she didn't kill anyone inside the building or outside. Sullustans! They had big ears! Shouting that kriffing loud was, of course, going to cause issues. Looking down at her wrist, she noted the time on her imaginary watch. "Wow would you look at that! Time to bail!"

Turning, she dashed away from the warehouse and towards a nearby alley. Tric said there was an E-web inside the warehouse, if the Yelkarin gang was worth any of its salt then they would of course be bringing it to the front. There was a kriffing Jedi outside screaming about breaking their whole building down, of course they would be bringing the e-web to the front. And in that case Hera didn't want to be anywhere near the front of the building.

But she also wasn't going to leave either, not just yet. In the dark alleyway just half a block away from the front of the warehouse. There, she would wait at least a minute to see their reactions and if any police started sniffing their nose around. Hera wasn't exactly the type to face the local authorities, and if they showed their face then she would make herself scarce. The sun still high in the air, it would be easy for her to duck into a few old buildings to slip away. But it would also be easy for the police to see the building and the bleeding Sullustans outside.
