Independent Afra Harro-Din

Afra Harro-Din was a female tiefling Matukai who was born on Bandomeer and grew up in the urban mining sprawl of Offworld City. Afra trained in the Matukai arts at her mother's dojo from her earliest memories, and spent many of her teen days working the mines under her father's stern and disapproving eye. It didn't take Afra long to figure out which of her parents' professions she enjoyed more.

Afra continued to work the mines, given little choice by her father as they both chased the meager pay that ruled their lives. For some time, her only solace from work was the time she spent training. Afra grew rebellious and started to run with a bad crowd during the hours she didn't spend working or training as expensive city life brought easy temptation.

When she was offered an alternative form of earning the money her family needed, Afra fell easily into a life of petty crime. Afra quit working the mines as she brought in more than enough credits to survive, only to be met with rage and rejection from her parents.

Cut loose and kicked out, Afra adapted well to the street life as she chased those credits for several years. Chased them all the way into a prison cell where she busted more rocks for an equivalent amount of time until she was released at the end of her sentence.

Afra was unwilling to spend another stint busting rocks if it could be helped after her release. Instead of returning to a life of crime, Afra spent some time finding a more legal profession. She bounced around a bit before settling on Bounty Hunting, utilizing her street smarts and matukai talents to leverage a steady career in the trade as she freelanced for the "right" side of the law.
