Danger. Corrine Solus was in way over her head. After the death of her husband, Malagtih, she'd been in such a state of dismay that she believed hands down the only way to reconcile and find peace would be to kill something. To get revenge. fighting was all the Mandalorian daughter knew and so she would join a group that existed only to fight. Death Watch.

But Corrine had her doubts about joining. She didn't want to show up and make her appearance known for if her enemies found her then they could track that to her family and use them as pawns and such against her. Also, she didn't want other Mandalorians, specifically her friends, to find out that she'd joined such an elitist and ruthless faction lest they turn against her too. So when the contact who could get her inside their ranks asked her of her name, she knew she had to use a fake name. But in her stupidity, she said the first name that came to mind: Cynthia...the name of her eldest sister.

Stupid! Stupid! Still, she hadn't given them her last name and there weren't that many Cynthia's on Mandalor and none of them looked like her. Her eldest sister wasn't that known in the circle of warriors as Corrine Solus, being a doctor and all. Plus her sister still claimed title to Clan Eldar. It would take some figuring out to find her real identity if someone really wished, but that was if Corrine ever made an enemy that desperate. She hoped she wouldn't. But joining a terrorist group hell bent on spreading fear...it could happen.

And then something came along that derailed everything. Corrine had professed her love to another man, and he returned her affections. Not even a week later they were being married on Mandalor. And Corrine was still expected to show up for duty. She couldn't back out! She had expectations and she knew some of their plans already. If she tried to run, they'd come after her for sure. Cowardice was not allowed in Mandalore culture, much less in Death Watch.

So she had to show up. It was the only way to keep herself safe because now if someone came after the new daughter of Clan Solus, they'd go after her new husband as well. And then who knows how many others would die because of her stupidity. At least, these were the fears Corrine had. She couldn't tell anyone about them. She didn't trust anyone enough. She wanted to tell Arturo, but she was afraid he'd divorce her for betraying him. Corrine couldn't let him know of her secret life. She'd have to pretend to be a part of the role. And it would kill her.

Their mission today would be the hardest one yet. Not because it was her first time committing an atrocious act, but because of where she was doing it. Over the last few hours, Death Watch had struck across the galaxy. Corrine's job was to blow up a hospital on a small planet of Cartao. The hospital had several wounded vets and such from the ongoing war and was the perfect symbol for retribution against the Sith. The only conciliation to her conscious Corrine felt was that one of these men might have been the cause for her late husband's demise. They were all guilty.

Let them burn.

Corrine, pretending to be Cynthia, stepped off the disguised shuttle at the loading dock and tore into an unsuspecting doctor and nurse with a pair of "Strill" blaster pistols. The two had been taking a smoke break outside and were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Cynthia looked around making sure no one else was watching and waved to the others in the transport to depart. They would bring the bombs.

"No visuals up ahead. Move out!"

As she waited for them to unload, she took a look at herself in the reflection of the glass. She was wearing a totally different Beskar'gam than she'd worn all her life. The Death Watch armor fit better than her other pair as it was made specifically to her dimensions (rather than her fathers which she had to adjust to her size over and over again as she grew). The whites and blues of the armor were strange to her, as she was used to seeing herself in reds, with a little black thrown in now that she was of House Solus. She had several weapons on her, that stayed the same, but instead of her normal Westar-C1, she had a SGB-1 scatter blaster on her back. On her wrists, she had her usual flamethrower, but her left arm now held a wrist rocket welded to her metal forearm piece. Along with her jett boots that were also a newly added addition of advanced technology, the girl was decked out and ready for battle.
