NAME: Akin Xil Ra'ees
FACTION: Dark Jedi of the Bogan (once accepted)
RANK: Apprentice (once approved)
SPECIES: Kaleesh
AGE: 37 (or the standard middle age for a Kaleesh if they have weird lifespans)
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 6'4
WEIGHT: 225 lb
EYES: Yellow
HAIR: Black-Brown
SKIN: Dark red
CREDITS: 1,000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Multiple scars on the body, and arms from his short lived campaign of conquest.
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes

STRENGTH: 7/10 a very powerful individual; using his strength as both a weapon, and a negotiation tool.
DEXTERITY: 5/10 As agile as a Tyrannosaurus would be hunting his prey, although he makes up for this with shrewd preperation, and the mind of a ruthless tactician.
CONSTITUTION: 8/10 Grown in the harsh deserts, and jungles of Kalee, Akin's only immune system weakness is extreme cold conditions, causing him to get a cold easily.
INTELLIGENCE: 7/10 One does not become a Kaleesh warchief without an indisputably impressive command of the ebb, and flow called war. Akin understands a battlefield and it's occupants like other sentients understand their arms, and legs. Although he is not immune to tactical mistakes, Xil Ra'ees is fully willing to throw more men at a problem he himself creates.
WISDOM: 4/10 Akin is a warrior, and leader. Few things are deemed important to him other than increasing his ability to wage war, or lead. This involves martial training, and training in the force.
CHARISMA: 7/10 A self-styled war-leader, Xil Ra'ees knows what it takes to win over a crowd, or push down an unwanted aggressor. Though Akin respects strength above all, he understands that a 'strength' can come in many forms. Many times Ra'ees has found himself calling a skilled advisor his strongest friend. Aside from that, Akin considers the weak to be useless; for in his mind a weakling is someone who refuses to use their personal strengths to their own advantage.

FORCE POWERS:
Untrained knowledge of force powers (i.e slight pushing, small degrees of a higher jump, and faster run)
SKILLS:
Tactical mind.
Dirty Fighter
Charismatic Leader (when given the opportunity to lead)

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:
Lig blade technique (rusty)
Shoni Spear fighting (very rusty)

STRENGTHS: First, and foremost, Akin Xil Ra'ees is a warrior. He is definitely not the greatest killer in the galaxy, or even Kalee itself, but he has met few challenges he could not walk away from with his head held high. Many times Xil Ra'ees has used his brain as much as his brawn to achieve victory in the name of his tribe, able to see through the flow of a battle, and pinpoint weaknesses that he brutally capitalizes on. Sometimes known to spare his current enemy if he feels that their surrender is more useful then their death. Inspires allegiance in those who follow him, although the rare challenge of his leadership does occur, this never got the chance to escalate into a full blown rebellion in his forces.

WEAKNESSES:
Arrogant to a fault, Akin has only faced defeat once, and deems it his defining moment as a warrior, and tactician. Sometimes gets stuck into the plans he formulates in his mind. If a mistake occurs, it is sloppily covered up as Ra'ees is more intent on finishing his main goal. He has lived on Kalee his entire life, and only now leaving his home planet has left him utterly confused by the grandeur of the whole situation. Going from the deserts of his home to the bustling cities of places like Nar Shadaa, or Coruscant leave him nervous for more then one reason. Quick to anger, he blames most mistakes upon himself, but should an error clearly be caused by someone else he is very likely to give them an earful for their stupidity. The years spent doing battle on Kaleesh has both honed, and dulled Ra'ees' own tactical mind. He is used to doing battle in a particular way, and is confused by the implications of other ways of war such as naval combat.

PERSONALITY:
Arrogant, but serious is the fallen leader of the Kaleesh desert tribe. He is very decided in his manor, but rarely thinks his own personal actions through. Perfectly willing to charge into the enemy once his own tactical machinations are sure to come to fruition. Despite this, Ra'ees calmly adapts to situations he must indirectly influence, be it war, or his minor dabbling in diplomacy. The force powers he learned from visions given to him through the dark side via his force cursed mumuu bone mask are very meager, and Akin desperately seeks to learn more of this strange power. Joining the Bogan at the bottom rung has left a sense of nostalgia in him, he remembers the days he rose through his tribes military to come to command it. He is not angry about this, as one might expect, but relishes the oppurtunity to prove himself once again as a born leader, but this time to the people he truly feels are equal to him.

BIOGRAPHY:
Akin Xil Ra'ees was born the son of a tribe chieftain on the planet Kaleesh. Raised on stories of their families heritage as descendants of a war god, Akin thrived under his father's tutelage to become both a great warrior, and leader of his people. The training was brutal, much more than the average Kalee youth faced, but Akin endured, and soon became his tribes greatest warrior. The time soon came for his rite of passage, he was sent out into the jungles to hunt for a mumuu beast to carve its skull into a mask that he would wear for the rest of his life. As he set out after his prey, his father caught up with him near the edge of the village, and issued a challenge. Rumors throughout the tribes told of a beast that was larger, faster, stronger, and more dangerous than any they had ever seen before. His father told him that survivors of the monster's attacks, and his own scouts confirmed it as a mumuu. Akin was elated at the thought of killing something on the verge of becoming a legend amongst his people, and accepted.

He tracked the beast through the dense jungle for weeks, anxiety gripping him as he followed the strange tracks. Larger than he had ever seen before, the mumuu tracks led Akin through a path of carnage, and violence very uncharacteristic of a mumuu. The trail he followed was torn apart, and littered with uneaten corpses. The trees were smashed as the beast crashed through the jungle in it's path, the pure destruction was strange to the young Kaleesh. Mumuu's were not wasteful, or violent unless threatened. This beast had killed for no purpose, destroyed without caring. Akin suddenly realized the purpose of it all; the beast was issuing a challenge to anyone who could understand. The fallen animals in the mumuu's wake were likely some of the failed challengers.

Akin tracked the monster into a cave near the edge of the desert. The cave opened into a tunnel that seemed to go on forever, and Akin couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. He ambled quickly down the tunnel until it finally led into a large room housing a great pyramid. The pyramid was of a strange make, clearly not recently built. It stood as an ominous centerpiece to a room that was filled with strange energies. The awe Akin felt was suddenly interrupted by the arrival of his prey. The mumuu lept down from an alcove somewhere near the ceiling of the room, and landed with a roar before barreling towards it's target. The fight between the two lasted mere minutes, but to the young man it had felt like hours. Akin eventually finished the beast by slashing it's throat, and stabbing it's heart. Ending the threat it posed.

After resting for a while, he looked over his prey, and found that this being could no longer be referred to as a mumuu anymore. It's muscles were still bulging and laxing against it's will, it's bones had grown wildly, making its spinal column a veritable mess. Strangest of all, was the size, and color of the beast. It was massive for a mumuu, and its scales were dark purple instead of the regular brown-green. For now, Akin would have to disregard these details, for he had work to do. He quickly cut the flesh from the monsters head, intent on claiming his prize. The flesh fell away a lot easier than he had thought it would, and it revealed another strange feature of the mumuu: A pure black skull.

Akin proudly carved the skull into a mask befitting his triumph. The sleek black of this strange mask was strangely enchanting, and Kuradik could not resist putting it on. As the mask slipped onto his face he was met with visions of a great warrior. He held blades of light in each hand, and lead an unending army against a force as equally long lived. The warrior brought planet after planet to it's knees, but was slew by his enemy's before his victory was realized. As the visions ended he was assaulted by a voice in his head. The voice spouted accusations of weakness at the Kaleesh, it shouted at him for a few seconds before going silent. Another voice soon replaced the first, demanding to know why he did not realize his strengths, his power.

Akin couldn't speak, but the confusion he felt in his mind was easily read by the entity who, in truth, felt totally different the from the first one. The voice was understanding of his unknown plight. Spoke to him of the power that rested in almost every bloodline existing today, although few people could realize it. The being knew that this power was waiting within Akin, and he dragged it out. Akin fell to his knees as the spirit poked, prodded, and pulled at the recesses of his very bringing, allowing something that was far from ready to emerge, manifesting in that dark tomb.

Week's later Akin emerged from the cave. His mask was now the worn ivory of a regular bone mask, the taint now gone from it, but to where, he could only guess. The Kaleesh, now a man in the eyes of his people, strode proudly into his village. He showed his mask to his father, who was never prouder of what his son accomplished. The mask shook in the old chieftains hand, and Akin heard the entities whisper once more. This time it only said a single phrase "Power... Power before all else" Akin being the only one present who heard anything at all.

A few weeks after that incident, Akin's father grew deathly ill. He soon passed away, with his death blamed on a poison only used by a handful of other Kaleesh tribes. Rallied under the banner of their new chieftain, Akin led his tribe to war against their neighbors. His campaign was short, but brutally effective. The young leader proved himself as both a tactician, and warrior time and time again as his warriors rode out, conquering their neighbors in short order. His power did not go unnoticed however, as the Sith Empire took due notice of the way he fought on the field. Manners not all that faraway from Sith tactics. To avoid a wildcard on the galactic scene, the Sith sent a small squad of their most skilled Crusaders to handle this threat.

The Sith arrived unnoticed on Kalee, and spent days studying their prey until they found Akin's secret. The most experienced of the group noticed that the chieftain exhibited force sensitivity, and sent a transmission back to the Empire to see if their mission had changed. The Empire reacted severely, sending a single star destroyer to eliminate Akin's small kingdom. The attack was swift, and brutal; the star destroyer raining death on Akin's home from orbit as the Sith homed in on his force sensitivity, and carving a path of carnage to their target.

Akin was on the run, he gathered a few of his most elite guard, and ran from his kingdom. He made it halfway across the desert before the Sith caught up with him. His most elite were slaughtered in seconds. With his men slain, the tired chieftain could barely hold off the sith assault, managing only a single kill before the miraculous happened. Another warrior joined the frey, fighting alongside Akin. The warriors blade ignited an indigo light before the pair eliminated the remaining Sith. The mysterious man then turned to Akin, and offered him a deal. The man explained that he was a representative of a new force in galaxy, and that force needed powerful warriors to drive it to glory.

Akin thought about the man's proposition for a moment, but soon accepted. He came to the conclusion that this man could help him hone the power he gained in that crypt in his youth, or if not him then another of his organization. The two shook on the deal before departing for the Dagobah system, Akin taking one of the Sith's broken weapons before following.
