Zoran entered the loud and busy nightclub known as The Rift, on the planet of Alsakan. It was a popular spot, mostly frequented by the "higher class" of the planet's underworld. Some came to party, others came for business, Zoran was here for another reason, to rid the planet of a rather influential mobster. He was a human by the name of Rafik, there was not much else known about the target. Zoran was slightly frustrated by the lack of information, it just meant that he would have to put in a little bit more effort for the job tonight. He had begrudgingly accepted the mission, although he'd had a fake smile on his face when he did it. Anything to please the Order... He had thought at the time. In reality, this would be a good opportunity for the ambitious Sith to begin his own personal infiltration of the planet's political ecosystem, albeit starting at the bottom.

Zoran was dressed well for this mission, he wore black pants with matching shoes. On his torso, he was wearing a thin, white shirt which was unbutton at the top, slightly revealing some of his muscular chest. He had a stylish black leather jacket, which he left open. Underneath the jacket was his hidden lightsaber. If all went well, he hoped that he would not have to use it tonight.

As he looked around the venue, the tall man was thankful to see that most patrons were far too preoccupied to pay any attention to him. It meant that blending in would be less strenuous, which was a blessing in this kind of work. Deciding that he would need to take his time with the process, the black haired man made his way over to the bar, which was surprisingly free, allowing him to sit at a bench with a free spot on either side of it. The bartender, a service droid, made its way over to him before asking for his order. "Something mild, I don't plan on getting too drunk if that's ok." He said politely, although it was clear that his tone would make no difference to the autonomous machine, it simply nodded and began pouring his drink.

As it did so, Zoran began looking around the nightclub, scanning for any shady activity. He would have been better off trying to find a specific rock in space, there was shady activity going on everywhere around him. Narcotics were being passed around, guys were being sleazy and intimidating bodyguards were occasionally barring people from making their way upstairs. Wait a minute, is that a VIP section? If I were some mafia bigshot, I know where I would spend my time here... He thought to himself, it looked like he knew where to look. Now he just needed to find a way in without attracting any unwanted attention. Before he could continue concocting his plan, the service droid returned with his drink, dragging his attention away from upstairs.

Maeve's new contractor was a crooked jerk, but literally mattered little as she already had a plan to con the shit out of him. His right hand, Telnos, hadn't been happy with the boss for ages and so Maeve had swept in just the right time to speak to the right people.

The plan was easy: She was supposed to finish this assassination and cash in the credits to gain his trust, and the next thing he'd know would be either her Vibro-Dagger in his chest or lethal poison in his veins. Then, she'd cash in the credits offered by Telnos and she could get off this place, so that her face would be forgotten in a bit.

For now though, this meant she was prepared, her tight black dress betraying nothing of her true intentions, but her purse was stacked with chems, sedatives and a Vibro-Blade. Her target was an influential crime boss and contacts had disclosed he was frequenting a local club.

She knew she had to find a way into his circles, but this meant she'd have to take a look around first and for that her first stop was the bar to get into the right mindset of the night. She slid into a bar stool next to a very handsome stranger, but her full attention was on the service droid first.

"An Iziz Blitz, please", she went for the Onderanian cocktail of choice, knowing it had gotten rather common in those establishment. She neatly folded her hands atop her purse and elegantly crossed her legs.

She had noticed how the guy next to her was glancing up towards her target area, and for a moment she wondered whether her contractor had once again gone for backup. How she hated competition...although competition didn't usually look that good. Still, wanting to test the waters just in case, she threw him a smirk as she said, "now you look like a man on a mission...you're looking for some fun tonight?".

Zoran raised an eyebrow for a short moment as a stunning woman in a beautiful dress sat down next to him. He quickly regained himself when she ordered herself a drink. As pleasant as she looked, her presence here would make his job more difficult. He decided not to acknowledge her yet, instead trying to think up more ways to access the VIP section. Could he bribe his way in? No, if his target were a less prominent member of the crime ring then it wouldn't be a problem, but it would be much less simple for a big deal like Rafik. He would have asked his bartender about it, but he doubted doing so in front of the newcomer would be a good idea. He could always think up a lie to get himself up there...

His train of thought was interrupted by the woman sitting next to him as she spoke. She was rather forward with her words, although he should not have been surprised considering the type of people that were in attendance tonight. With his usual charm, Zoran smiled at her gently before responding, "If by mission you mean trying to find a way upstairs with all the fancy folk, then yes absolutely." He raised an eyebrow slightly. "I'm always on the lookout for some fun, I wouldn't call most of the people in this club fun."

Zoran knew he was not the worst looking man in the galaxy, so it was not uncommon for strangers to approach him like this. But given his surroundings and the dangerous people that were in the vicinity, he knew that he had to be careful around this woman, he didn't know who she worked for, if anyone at all. He placed his palm out as he introduced himself. "My name is August, it is a pleasure to meet you." If she took his hand with her own, he would give hers a kiss as part of his greeting. Zoran was no novice when it came to interacting with people who showed interest.

"I must admit, you strike me more as the type of person that belong upstairs, as opposed to the slums down here with the rest of us." He chuckled and gave her a playful wink, testing the waters himself to see what type of person he was dealing with here.

To say that Maeve was surprised was perhaps an understatement. The handsome stranger casually revealed his intentions and was quite charming while he was at it. What was his game, she immediately wondered, but the charming smirk on her lips betrayed none of it.

"Oh is that so...and why would you want to get up there?", she bluntly asked as she tilted her head and played with a strand of loose hair. "Then your lucky though...I happen to be able to offer plenty of fun". She cheekily winked at him and let the tease linger, before she leaned in closer. "Actually, I might even be able to help you with that as I happen to pursue the same goal". The way he kept looking up basically told her he was actually interested in what he claimed and so she was done to gain some assistance.

It soon turned out he was quite a charmer too as when she extended her hand, he placed a soft kiss on the back of it. "I'm Kate, the pleasure is all mine". Her ocean gaze then flicked back up and she curtly studied the bodyguard situation. There were definetly a dozen on the lookout, but the task wasn't impossible.

As he phrased his assumptions, she softly chuckled. Oh he knew nothing about where she came from. "You're too kind...If that's your way of saying 'you look good', I can only say that you|re pretty hot yourself". Maeve was not one to hide the truth and so she shamelessly complimented him before she met his gaze again. "So we need a plan...I'm pretty sure we could somehow charm our way in", she suggested, curious about his piece of mind.

Zoran gave a warm smile at the woman's question. He could not help but feel as if she was testing him, not everything was as it seemed. Well it was either that, or he was just being paranoid. He decided it would be best to play it safe either way. "Well, can you blame me? It is quite dull down here, there are far too many fools around and I suppose I just want a taste of the big time, can you blame me?" He gave another wink after speaking. Her comments about being plenty of fun piqued his interest, but Zoran decided to play it cool and simply smile at her.

He raised an eyebrow when she mentioned that she was also interested in heading into the VIP section, this could end up proving to be quite the opportunity for him. "Oh is that so? Then we should work together. Besides, with a beautiful woman such as yourself assisting me, who could possibly deny us?" He gave a polite nod as 'Kate' introduced herself.

He gave another smile at her compliment, she was quite the smooth talker herself, although far more forward than he was. Suddenly, it was time for action. "Very well, let's get planning then shall we? I see one bouncer at the bottom of the stairs, and I assume there will be another waiting at the top. I understand that the men upstairs are always on the lookout for workers upstairs, it's the only way that they can stay in power of course. We could always pose as prospective employees? I am no fighter of course, but I could always act like a tough guy looking for work." The last part was a clear lie. Although Zoran decided not to boast about his impressive combat skills, let alone the lightsaber hidden under his jacket.

Maeve cocked her head at his reply, sensing the calculated vagueness behind the reply. It did draw another smirk from her as she couldn't blame caution, but it also meant that this man was perhaps not much different than her.

He then complimented her again as she started curling the strand of loose hair around her finger and she replied, "Let's do it", however she couldn't help but wonder whether he was too much of a smooth talker and less of a practical guy for such a job. Well, she figured she was about to find out soon enough and also, she still had some backup plans up her sleeves if things went South.

He started drafting a plan and she edged a little closer, not needing anyone to eavesdrop. Was he a hired assassin too and just cloaking his true intentions and potential? As Maeve was quite an actress, things often got really interesting if others did the same. "Might work. We'd have to split up then. I'm pretty sure I can get in by offering a good time", she wiggled her brows, hinting at what her plan was.

There were already a few ladies up there, but no one usually minded another dancer or floosie. She doubted he'd be admitted as a thug, but perhaps it would give her enough distraction to pursue her goal. However, she still wondered what he planned on doing up there and so she leaned forward, so that her hot breath whispered into his ear, which from the outside, would make it look like they were just engaged in a regular flirt at the counter.

"What's your endgame though. I doubt you want to enjoy the pleasantries up there". Her voice was smooth as silk, yet she asked the question bluntly before she withdrew herself a little, keeping her face relatively close to his while she met his intense gaze. Of they teamed up, she needed to know more about his assets after all.

Zoran chuckled as an idea came across his mind. "Actually, you've just inspired me. I know what we can do to get the both of us up there. You're far too beautiful to be JUST another girl for them. Someone of your talents and esteem will require an agent, one that will get you the best deal and representation possible. So what do you say, want to let this humble man receive the honour of becoming your agent?" He winked with a cheeky smile, it was actually quite a good plan in his opinion.

While he spoke, he could feel Kate checking him out, although not necessarily for his looks. Was he being a bit too obvious with his cover? Perhaps she was not all she seemed to be either? He felt like he had to be careful with this one, what if the two of them were on the same job and were working against each other without realising it? Perhaps he was simply overthinking it though...

If he wasn't wrong about it though, he would prefer to keep her close. Zoran loved a wildcard, but only if it was one he could keep under check, and he did not need this Kate to get in the way of his own goals. Zoran let her get close as she whispered into his ear, suppressing a laugh at her question. She was most definitely up to something. He waited for a moment before reacting, simply content to staring at her as she kept her face close to his. Then it was his turn, leaning in and whispering in her ear as she had just done to him. "Some people just love to stir the pot. After all, it gives them the opportunity to climb the ladder of success. So what do you say... Kate? Do you want to stir this pot with me and have a little fun?"

He then pulled away himself before staring her in the eyes as she had done previously. His dark purple eyes were burning with excitement as he looked forward to their next course of action. For the first time since they had started speaking, Zoran's face deliberately revealed a sneak peak at his true intentions. His face was that of a man ready to light this planet ablaze for his own benefit. The question was, would she be willing to help him start the blaze?

He suddenly started blathering, telling her something about her beauty and talents and that she needed an agent that she would found in him. Admittedly, his muscles were a testament to efforts he apperently put into a strict training routine, but whether he had the wits for such a job, she had yet to learn.

She did find it amusing that he acted as though he knew her though and so she simply replied, "Well, let's see whether you're up for such a task". She then already laid a hand into his, giving him a sign that her intention was to leave and get going. He, however, turned the game around and offered yet another, however highly suggestive answer that just widened her mischievous smirk. "Always". Maeve was an agent of chaos, if situations asked for it, and she couldn't wait to stir the pot up there. A body was always a means to bring in some new wind, and her contractor was waiting...

She'd get up and start leading him onto the dancefloor for now, as she needed them to disappear into the crowd for a moment. If he followed, she'd start dancing right away, her hips skillfully swinging to the beats before she grinded against him.

"I'll go up first, draw some attention, so that you'll have less to deal with", she suggested, her arms around his neck the pounding basses overshadowing their conversation. She wasn't even sure whether he'd be of use for her goal, but she was certain he could buy her some time if she played this right.

Zoran smiled as he went along with her onto the dancefloor, all the while continuing to formulate a plan in his head. He was always good at things like that, strategizing and ensuring that he was the one to come out on top. But he couldn't afford to be sloppy or complacent with this, not when so much was already on the line for him. He placed his hands on her hips as the two of them danced, ensuring that they kept up the facade that they were currently undertaking. "You are quite the dancer, aren't you? Maybe this will be even easier than we thought."

Zoran hid his frustration as Kate informed him of her desire to go up first, this would place him at quite the disadvantage, regardless of what she said about drawing attention. It would place him on the back foot and force him to find a way to catch up, while she would be able to do whatever she wanted up there. However, he simply smiled and nodded when she finished speaking. Cursing internally, the sith began trying to think of a counter-play when suddenly, he spotted some movement in the corner of his eye.

Instead of turning his head towards the movement, Zoran looked at the large mirror behind the bar, which was on the opposite side of the dancefloor. He pulled Kate in closer as they danced, which allowed him to keep his cover as he observed the bouncer at the bottom of the stairs speaking to another burly man who had clearly come down from the VIP section. The new guy was pointing in their direction as he spoke to the bouncer and suddenly began making his way over to Zoran and Kate. Well... this could get interesting... He thought to himself as he observed it all transpire.

Before Kate could get her own plan started, the large man reached them and tapped Zoran on the shoulder, to which he let go of his dance partner and turned to face the man. Although he tapped Zoran's shoulder, he spoke to Kate instead, clearly only interested in her. "My boss is impressed, he finds your... skills... to be quite good. He has a proposition for you if you're interested. It pays well." Zoran had to hide his smile as he spoke up straight away.

"That's my client you're speaking to, she is far too important to discuss this here. As her trusted agent, your boss and I will need to discuss terms before a decision is made. My client is one of the best in the business, so don't expect this to be cheap." The large man was clearly annoyed by Zoran's interjection, but it seemed as if his boss was very interested in Kate, since he didn't say anything else. He simply nodded and gestured for the two of them to follow him as he walked back towards the stairs. With a wink, Zoran moved aside as he indicated for Kate to proceed first. "After you, my superstar." He chuckled as he waited for her to follow the man, to which Zoran would walk closely behind her.

Was she quite the dancer? Obviously...she had done this long enough to know what to move and how to achieve her goals. Right now this meant just keeping up their play, but she was obviously giving the handsome stranger a great show as well. "I'm just getting started...".

As her eyes never left his, she noticed the slightest hint of irritation crossing his features as she laid out her plan. It was no wonder he wasn't amused, given he was surely up to much more than the regular business just like her, but the sweet smile she flashed him didn't betray any of her deceptive plan.

His gaze suddenly left hers and was flicking to something behind her, but given that she was literally facing the in incoming threat, her eyes widened ever so slightly as well. Her hips kept gyrating seductively as she spun and dipped, gracefully pressing her backside against him while actually scouting from a potential escape route.

As she turned to face him again, she slowly wrapped her arms around his neck, almost having trouble reaching the tall, muscular stranger, but this just meant she had to get even closer while for now she paid the bouncer no attention. That was at least until he did adress them, or rather her. Yes. There it was. The opening she needed.

She was about to reply when August cut in, making it clear that he was her agent. Well played. She couldn't help but acknowledge he was a quick thinker, but this really meant they were stuck together and she was hoping he'd prove valuable. As the bouncer indicated for them go follow, she waited a second before she did, quickly shooting August a look.

"Touché...now let's play this carefully though". As she moved through the crowd, there was still the grace of a dancer in her step while the swing in her hips was pronounced. They were led upstairs and Maeve made sure August was at least close behind as they effortlessly skipped through the security checkpoints.

She felt countless gazes on her, some seemingly undressing her and taking in what the outfit left for imagination before they reached a well fed mean who slowly puffed his cigarra. "Lead them to him", he huffed, also carefully checking out August before he jutted his chin towards the darkness behind him. Now, the slightest nervousity bubbled deep inside her, yet it was mostly the thrill of this hunt getting more interesting.

They'd be led by another guard this time who sion pushed aside heavy dark curtains before they'd find themselves in a dimple hit, apperently hidden section of the club. Their gazes would fall on two Twi'Lek dancers who moved around a bare chested Zabrak whose icy gaze immediately met Zoran's. "Who are you? I wanted her", he growled, seemingly not amused by the uninvited guest. There were at least four armed guards in the room, at least that was what Maeve gathered from her quick assessment.

Zoran kept his eyes ahead as he walked behind her, the two had been having fun with their interactions before, but it was clear that they needed to be extra careful from then on. Where Maeve was being stared at hungrily by the thugs around them, Zoran was receiving stares of contempt only. Thankfully nobody was stupid enough to act on this, most likely due to the burly man that was leading the two of them around. When they finally arrived at the curtain, Zoran casually looked around. With the exception of the guard that was about to let them in, there was nobody else around this area of the nightclub. Well that's convenient...

The guard that opened the curtain did not follow them in, Zoran simply assumed that he would be standing out the front, keeping watch. Unlike the guard from earlier, this Zabrak directly addressed Zoran, although he spoke with the same frustration as his peon. Zoran responded with a charming smile, scratching the back of his head as he spoke. "Ahh, good evening sir. This darling angel is actually my client, I'm simply here as her representative. As a man who clearly likes to surround himself with the best..." Zoran gestured towards the two Twi'Leks who continued to dance on the Zabrak. "I'm sure that it means you can spot a star from a lightyear away."

Zoran's attitude was completely different from earlier. His demeanour was far more reserved and almost timid. In truth, there was no fear at all in him, but he found that 'powerful' individuals always felt more comfortable when those they spoke to were afraid of them. So he planned on using that to his own benefit. "My name is August, Senior Manager at the Fontaine Talent Agency. My lovely client here is the best talent we represent, so naturally they assigned me to handle her affairs." Zoran gave a goofy laugh that resulted in the Zabrak raising an eyebrow, but apparently his charade was paying off. He leaned back in his seat and took a moment to ponder.

"Very well. My name is Rafik. You could say that I run things around here. You work for me and you'll never have to worry about watching your own back. So what do you say sweetheart? Want to show me just how talented you are, just the two of us of course. Everyone else can wait outside so you don't get shy." He gave Maeve a foul wink. Knowing that he could not say anything without raising suspicion, Zoran kept quiet. He was also curious to see how she would act in this environment.

Maeve was relatively tense as she ended up in this backroom and thus kept watching her surroundings and the thugs closely. For now, she trusted the stranger and thus played along, knowing that if it came to that, his muscle and quick thinking might come in handy...

As the men started exchanging words, Maeve acted exactly as it wad expected of her. She let her agent speak and lead the negotiations while there was still a smirk on her lips. She didn't doubt he'd want a sample, so she made sure she played her part. He came up with a name quickly and while she doubted it was an actual thing, she gave him credits for confirming this absurd charade.

It seemed to work just well, but she was hoping they wouldn't see through it. Internally, she schemed already, planning a worst case scenario and planning her first combat moves already in case it would become necessary. She provocatively tilted her head to the side as she was introduced as the best they had to offer and seductively kept her eyes locked on the boss.

Of course the Zabrak was curious now and a fool obviously as well. He recklessly threw a name at him and requested a private show, so internally, Maeve was happy. She glanced up at her 'agent' as if to double check, but finally moved forward, her lips promisingly swinging and her walk purposely slow, before she extended a hand for the Zabrak to take it and lead her wherever he wanted this to happen. "I'll give you a show that'll be surely memorable...".

Maeve had been in such scenarios before and while it disgusted her, she was the perfect actress for such cases. She'd wait for him to lead her away, wondering whether August would stay right there and whether she'd manage to get this over with stealthily before hell would break lose. What bothered her still, was that she had no idea what August' play was, but perhaps he'd please himself with the scantily clad Twi'Lek dancers while she attended to the actual affair...

Satisfied with how everything was playing out, Zoran simply smiled at first. When Maeve agreed to Rafik's request, Zoran turned to her and whispered quietly as she walked past him. "You may want to look for an escape route from wherever he takes you. These places usually have a back door." He whispered with a wink before giving a goofy bow to the Zabrak who was rising from his seat and would lead Maeve out of the room. To his relief, Zoran noticed that all of the guards also remained in the room with him, along with the two Twi'lek girls. He would simply walk around at first, checking his surroundings and genuinely appearing to appreciate the artwork in the room. In reality, he was stalling from some time before he acted. This Kate was actually quite a bit of fun, so he thought he would give her a chance to do what she could before he caused his chaos.

After several minutes, Zoran would approach the two beautiful dancers, they giggled as they checked him out on the way over. "Excuse me, but could you point me in the direction of the restroom? I would ask the guards, but they look mean and scary." The two of them grinned at each other and agreed, each of them taking him by the arm and leading him back through the curtain they had arrived in and down the hallway. As they approached the entrance of the restroom, Zoran stopped in his tracks, confusing both of the girls. Scratching his head and looking almost apologetic, he acted. "Oh my, I seem to have forgotten to tell your boss something important. I should probably have mentioned that the woman I am 'representing' is actually a spy from one of his rivals. Hmm, do you think I should also tell him that this place is about to be raided by his rival's gang?"

The two Twi'leks froze as they tried to process what he had just told them. He was lying of course, he had no idea what Kate's actual intentions were, nor did he know anything about a rival gang. In reality, he simply did not trust her. Everything felt far too convenient to him, her sudden appearance and her willingness to play along with whatever he wanted. Perhaps she was actually there to spy on HIM. After a few short moments, the two girls suddenly began freaking out, before suddenly running off and screaming at the top of their lungs. One ran back to Rafik's private room yelling out "SHE'S A SPY, SHE'S A SPY!" Which would likely be loud enough for Kate to hear her well before any of the guards would get to them. The other ran off in the opposite direction yelling about an incoming attack. This was perfect as it caused a panic in the venue, both upstairs where a majority of the gang members were, as well as downstairs which began catching the attention of the nightclub's patrons.

With a sly grin on his face, Zoran began casually strolling back downstairs. Everyone was too busy arming themselves or running away to even notice his presence. Walking out of the venue, Zoran took a quick left turn and walked around to the back of the building where he only barely noticed a very concealed door. Most gang hideouts had these as escape routes for their leaders. Either Rafik would have caught and/or killed Kate and ran out here into Zoran's waiting blade, or Kate would prove him correct in her suspicions and somehow be the one walk through here. Either way, Zoran had a feeling that he would get what he wanted, but only time would tell. He simply leaned against the wall and waited. If the door opened, whoever walked out would not seem him as he would be concealed by the door itself as it swung open.

Maeve didn't like his comment a single bit. It was hinting at something rather predictable, but she didn't doubt he was serious about it. What was his plan though? She hated that she wouldn't find out right away, but kept a fully straight face as she met his gaze one last time.

She knew she had to hurry and so she obediently followed the Zabrak into an adjacent room before she quickly started scanning for an escape. There was something about the shelf to their left as the floor beneath was slightly scratched and so she assumed she had found her route.

Having been in such scenarios and with such dirty scumbags over and over again, she knew most of their tricks anyway and so as soon as he sat down and shot her an expectant glance, she began. Her mind was racing the entire time, knowing that her attractive 'agent' was most certainly full of shit, and so she immediately went all in.

Her hands slid into the pockets of her jacket as her lips already began gyrating seductively, her gaze sultry and hungry at once. While she swiftly had a dart laced with potent poison in her right hand, she skillfully kept it concealed in her hand as she lost the jacket and stepped closer to the Zabrak.

The smirk on his face told her he liked what he saw already, but the problem about this all was that she didn't have a lot of individual pieces of clothes to loose anymore, so instead, she immediately went for his lap, her back soon facing him as her hips moved while hovering barely above his.

She felt him reach for her side, and she cupped his hand with her free hand, allowing him to move with her for a moment before she turned to face him, her free hand moving around his neck. "Enjoy what you see?", she asked, her voice pure silk while he'd feel a barely noticeable prick on his neck.

It would be the last he'd ever see - at least it was something relatively memorable- but she'd suddenly feel his fingernails painfully digging into her side as his extremities already began cramping. She winced slightly before she forcefully had his hand removed and stepped back to watch her piece of art. She immediately went for her jacket and the floor and wrapped it around her waist before she frantically started searching for a lever.

She didn't find anything and so a subtle hint of panic was flooding her while the Zabrak choked in the background. She knew he'd be dead in less than a minute, but this meant she really had to leave. More seconds passed and so she finally decided to move the heavy shelf with all the strength she had, until she created the tiniest gap for her to slip through.

She immediately began running as screaming and screeches already filled the room behind her, her ocean eyes immediately widened as she already realized what he had done. She bolted through a dimly lit corridor before she had to take the staircase she was led to and obviously, she wet downwards.

Here, she didn't hear anything from the club or the upstairs longue anymore but she was hoping that regardless of who would find the dead boss, they wouldn't follow right away. She didn't care where August was as she was certain he was to blame for this chaos, and so as she reached another door, she pushed it open before she finally found herself outside.

Zoran was still leaning on the wall as the door next to him swung open, thankfully it stopped before hitting him directly in the face and he saw the figure of Kate walk out from it. As her back would be facing him, he simply closed the door behind her and spoke softly. "Well well... It looks like the both of us aren't exactly what we seem to be huh?" He had a sly grin on his face, but was certain that Kate would not appreciate the humour. He had put her in a tricky position to say the least, but he needed to know what he skills and motives were before trusting someone as crafty as her.

"No mere dancer would be able to get out of that one in one piece, so tell me. Who are you really?" He took several steps forward so that they were within a meter of each other. His smile vanished as he observed her face closely, looking for any hint of deception.

Right as she was out, she took a deep breath and started catching her breath before she turned to close the door behind her. However, right as she spun, the door already snapped shut and freaking August was facing her with a sly smirk, which let all the anger resurface at once.

He suddenly stepped closer and her hand instinctively went to her side, where her jacket was still hanging. "Who are you is the better question", she hissed, her tone icily as she stepped towards him, almost fully closing the distance between them. "I might have been just lucky, but you threw me into the lion's den".

She was looking up at him, her head tilted backwards as he was a head taller, but there was something about him that kept her suspicious, so having such a conversation right here was a bad idea. She reached down and grabbed him by one wrist if he didn't pull away quickly enough, and would want to lead him away.

"This is not a place for such a talk. I know a safe place nearby", she grumbled, obviously unamused, but her number one priority was getting away first. The night air was cold, so she slipped into her jacket and if he would followed, she'd lead him towards an abandoned, dark kiosk and would simply open the door. She knew it wasn't locked, but apperently no one else knew and no one would look for them here.
