DESCRIPTION
A simple modification to most older bolt action slug thrower to fire simple, single shot energy shells, the rifle fits and extended 10 round tubular magazine. The rifle makes use of the simple bolt action, twin locking lug design, while the action it self is strong enough, the barrel does need to be reinforced to handle the much higher heat of a blaster bolt.

This particular example is one of the more common ones, the AM-1C was the first widely produced rifle for the House Valera Armory

LEGALITY
Legal, through a loophole found in most legal statues, the weapon, once confirmed to be no longer able to fire its old 8x57mm slugs, is counted as a standard blaster rifle.

INTENT
Its mode of operation and its type of construction permits it to fall under "Uncommon"

ADVANCED TECH
no. its a simple and easy modification that can be made to most bolt action rifles, the AM-1C is one of the more common examples.

I'm afraid this thing is different enough from a normal blaster rifle that it requires formal approval. Bear in mind that slugthrowers of any description will not be as good as normal blasters. Also, you did not use the "intent" section correctly; it is supposed to be a description of why you made this piece of technology.
