DESCRIPTION
The rifle is meant to fill a niche market in between the standard close range rifles such as the ever common A-45 and dedicated long range rifles such at the DVG-1 targeting rifle. With a strengthened barrel and slightly larger power pack, the AM-30 platform is a rather uncommon, yet well recognized rifle is known for being robust and accurate with the integrated optical sights with presets between 2.-4x magnifications allow for use at the squad level as a DMR for standard infantrymen...or so it would have been, had the rifle not been only found large scale usage with the now Defunct Valara clan, and while many of the rifles have found there way to the open market, few make long term use of them due to to rather high maintenance of the weapons, as well as moderate over heating problems when rapidly firing the weapon occurs. LEGALITY
The weapon it self is as legal as most military grade blaster rifles in the galaxy, meaning that it is largely restricted, but those with mercenary licences or Membership to the Bounty Hunter's Guild often causes most custom officers to over look them. INTENT
