Childhood :
The Belova family had once been wealthy people but now the name was known by no-one but themselves. Their ancestors were well-off and lived large which is a little different to the way the Belova’s live now… Amilyn spent majority of her childhood in poverty, her parents and older sister working towards better things so they wouldn’t have to scrape by. Her mother was a performer, a singer mostly, and only got called in on a casual basis. Her father was an herbalist, and an unemployed-teacher (who later gets employed before Zofia was born). The oldest sister, Ilse, lied to the family, though Amilyn knew the truth — her sister was a thief, a marauder, someone who did things that were questionable to their morals. It brought them fast and larger sums of money but it was dangerous. Eventually, Ilse begged Amilyn not to tell their parents, and so the younger sister kept her word. And by the time Amilyn’s youngest sister, Zofia, was born the family had enough money to afford to eat comfortably. With one wrong slip, they could easily fall back into the pit of barely making it or worse, if Ilse slipped up, they could all end up dead.
When the last sibling (a brother by the name of Lazar) in the Belova family was born, Ilse was in with the thieving business deep - had even gone as far as to introduce Amilyn to the narcotic or spice-running gig. Amilyn and her older sister often argue about this but ultimately both keep their mouths shut because they fear what would happen otherwise. And, with their mother constantly reminding them of what the Belova family once was and could be - the older children feel pressure to provide. Even the the Belova name belongs to their Father, their mother mourns more for their loss of wealth, mostly because it was a life she once had too. However, she married into the Belova family for love and would stay there with her family for the same reason.

Teenage Years :
Freelancing as a spice-runner didn’t last long for Amilyn. It wasn’t the life for her and she had spent part of the two years in the business peddling in Millaflower to soothe her mind. Though it didn’t end up working out for Amilyn, the life seemed to be what Ilse felt she was made for - the older sister had even picked up some fighting tips and had taught them to Amilyn, despite them being dirty. She figured there was not really any cleanliness in a fight. For the further defence, Amilyn began training herself for self-defence. At the age of 17, she was proficient enough at being able to escape most situations, being a fast runner and able to defend and attack (at an amateur-ish level). It also helped that their mother had shown her children how to use blasters at a young age.
Both Amilyn’s parents could sense her struggle. They sat down with her and discussed her passions (the Belova’s were always an open family). Learning knew skills was always important to her so her father offered to teach Amilyn outside of his working hours - this is where she found a knack in medicine, now aspiring to be a doctor. In the meantime while she worked towards getting a degree, she danced purely because she liked it (and it earned her money). Even though she was now working towards something to better herself, she still felt like something was missing.

Overall:
Amilyn is very passionate about many things, and especially so with the people whom she loves. When she cares for someone, she cares for them deeply. While she is often teasing, witty, and carefree when she is happy, her most immediate reaction when angry or sad is to either cry or lash out (more so with words rather than physically). Though, she is not easily angered so you’d either have to annoy her severely or threaten her family. With her strong feelings towards certain subjects she is very… righteous (which comes with a little recklessness).
Additionally, her interests shape who she is, which stem from that of her parents. Amilyn’s father taught her the basics of languages throughout the galaxy and of his Herbalist practice (as well as being an educator) and she excelled on her own from there. The sciences are of interest to her, more-so on the anatomy and medicine (healing) side though. Whereas, Amilyn’s mother taught her to find love in the arts, which is why she never minded dancing for a living (though feels in her gut it’s not what she wants to do).
To sum it up, she’s generally positive and a little sarcastic, easily bored, and is conflict-averse but when in the mood for a fight she’ll give you one. When it comes to deeper and more personal relationships she’s awkward as fuck. However, when it comes to playing a part she is incredibly good at acting - but that comes easy to her because it’s ‘fake.’
She lacks a true long term goals (because she feels a little lost within herself, partly due to not knowing about her force sensitivity) and this is something that can get to her in those few times that she thinks about the future (which worries her, particularly because she thinks in terms of her younger siblings). She doesn't entirely know why she is doing what she is doing other than to prove to someone or something that she can, but if she attempts to do something it’s because she truly believes she can (she is very determined and persistent).

- A nice bath.

- Occasional drinks of Liqueur.
- She also has a strange fondness for Kowakian Monkey-Lizards, despite how annoying they can be. Also likes Pikhron’s despite never seeing one in person.

Scars — Silly little scars from small brawls, and messing around. She has a more noticeable one beside her eye from running into a sharp corner when learning to walk. It almost blinded her but luckily didn’t damage her vision.

Shooting — She is no master with a blaster but she knows how to shoot one and was taught as a child by her mother.
Agile — She keeps herself in peak physical condition at all times, and has an exercise routine she carries out daily.
Linguist — Speaking basics of trade language, as well as understanding Huttese, Twi'leki and Binary. She is rusty on others including Wookiespeak, so does not consider herself to understand it. If she wants to help people in her future she feels its valuable to learn languages (even if there are other ways of translating).
Fighter — Apart from her prowess as a dancer that gives her a lot of flexibility and agility, Amilyn can be surprisingly violent, and more than willing to personally deal with the more brutal elements.
Barely noticed — Amilyn is really good at staying under the radar, which is why she's been able to work for crime organisations introduced to her by her sister.
Herbalism —Her father is in this business so she’s picked up a thing or two.
Healing — She is not a healer and has definitely not tapped into force healing (that she knows of) but is roughly knowledgeable in how to treat people… she’s been learning for a while and is still learning.
