BIOGRAPHY
Born in Gatalenta during the Force Eternal Era, Annelyn was the daughter of Myrken and Ida. While her father was a public agent, her mother was part of the Council of Mothers. She also had a young brother, Hyrkian, who was Force sensitive and had joined the Jedi Order. While he trained to become a Jedi, his sister studied to follow a political career.
Annelyn excelled in her studies and with 21 years she was elected for her first term as the Senator of her homeworld. She would remain in this position for 10 years, when she left to marry and take care of her children. During this time, she succeeded her mother as part of the Council of Mothers.
Together with the other Gatalentans, Annelyn supported the formation of the New Republic. Shortly after that happened, her brother was killed during the Sith attack to Ajan Kloss. Since Gatalenta always had a strong Jedi Tradition, many individuals on her homeworld lamented for Hyrkian’s death.
She watched horrified Chancellor Xerxes making peace with the Sith Empire and banning the Jedi from entering the Republic Worlds. Due to this political scenario, Annelyn decided to leave her position in the Council of Mothers for his daughter and run in the next senatorial election. With her victory, she started to work to help the Jedi Order, even if it went against Xerxes.
Skills
With her years of studying, Annelyn learned several different languages. Her years dealing with politics also taught her several lessons, which she never forgot and continues to apply even today. When she was young, she practiced skyfaring, a form of calisthenics exercise involving the use of scarves to climb wooden scaffolding and suspend themselves in midair. She also liked to pilot, but now age had caught her and now she couldn’t do anything radical like that. However, she wasn’t as frail as her appearance shows.
