Annual Rowrakruk Life Day River-Sailer Race!

This is going to be the sign up and race roster for the boat race life day event! Once we get a good number of participants we'll all give an intro post at the starting line. We'll all roll a D20 for initiative each round for at least 3 rounds, and give points for the top 3 rolls- Ie; highest roll gets three points, second gets 2, third gets 1. This will give us more variation, and maybe make it a closer race. Make sure to post what round your dice roll is for so we can track them all easier! After we have a clear winner, we'll post our race conclusions on and around the podium. Every round should be completed within 48 hours. If you have not posted within 48 hours, any points you may have rolled for the round are forfeit. No posting order.

I’d second the multiple points method you have, it’ll give more variety imo and be more interesting than the top person simply getting one point.

Alright, we're full up! I expanded on and finalized the rules, and made us a little leader board for each round. I said each one should take a maximum 48 hours, but it really should be much less than that. Each post should be a relatively short paragraph or two and there's no strict posting order. The dice are deciding everything for us, so whatever happens just roll with it (pun intended).

It would be waaaaay easier to keep this all in one thread, with clearly marked rounds in the dice posts rather than having posts spread across half a dozen threads. Our intro posts dont need a dice roll, but we can get a head start on the first round rolling.

Edit: we should also make sure we're using the same dice. Idk how Matt got a 27 on a D20.
