You can also find some of the threads here to be helpful. Furthermore, if you've noticed, we are on the verge of starting a new timeline, which will come with large rule changes, new setting, and countless more things, so keep an eye out for that. You can learn more about it from the announcements here. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!

If you are looking for a good place to start, you can check out the Character Profiles Sub-Forum. Once, there, you can create your first character in which people will help you to determine what is and isn't allowed. My advice, is be vague if you aren't sure, and asking questions can never hurt. I do warn that whatever character you do make will not last long, as the whole site is going to reset in a new time period. This resetting doesn't happen often, and everyone will be restarting. I do still highly recommend you make a character though, and just know that it will no longer exist when the new timeline arrives (there is no official date set for it, but expect around a month of waiting, which is why I recommend making a character now).

If you are looking for a quick RP, dropping a post in the Role Play OOC (Out of Character) sub-forum can help gain some attention. If that doesn't work as well as you'd hoped, you can always Private message someone to see if you can join one of their pre-existing RPs or start a new one with them! We are a friendly bunch here, and most are willing to help you out in any way we can!

Alright thanks! I've already made a character and have been adding detail to him over the last two days. So far, I've only received a bit of feedback, but I'll keep at it. And I'm currently looking for RPs as well. I just made a post DtOR planning workshop asking for an RP to join, but I'll post one in the OOC sub-forum too.
