Per OP template this thread death enabled. Open to 1 Sith and 2 Jedi.

The world of Ansion was an ideal target. The system was not exactly isolated but it was distant enough from the rest of Jedi protected space that it would be hard pressed to receive reinforcements quickly. The planet was resourceful in that it had many farms that produced food and clothing but perhaps most surprisingly R'rüker'at knives. By the end of this Maan Vizsla, also known as Demagol, would have more blades to add to his collection. His synthetic tongue licked in anticipation the artificial teeth that made up his powerful jaws.

The backwater world was often overlooked by many people in the galaxy to the point that most people would not be able to point it out on a map unless they were a common voidfarer. The unnofficial capital of the planet was Cuipernam which sported the only major space port on the planet. The city's position on top of the Sorr-ul-Paan Plateau made it ideal for defending in a large scale ground attack from any direction. However this would not have much of an affect as the invaders came directly from the space port and would quickly be well within the borders of the city walls.

Dozens of ships filled with battle droids and Sith soldiers marked as 'farming equipment' unloaded their true cargo to the horror of the city's denizens. They marched through the streets with weapons at the ready, firing at any and all targets but may have surprised others by using non-lethal weaponry. Stun bolts dropped civilians left and right. This was a Jedi protected world after all and the droids' owners knew better than to allow weapons to be used against them. Furthermore, it would look better with minimal civilian deaths or collateral damage. The work force of the planet would still be used for the Sith Order's agenda.

One of the commanders leading this invasion however had no such qualms butchering the innocent. A civilian shuttle tried to take off and escape the planet. But the cyborg's shoulder mounted CZ-114 rocket launcher swiveled and found its target. The warhead detonated directly on the ship's hull before it shields could be raised. A second later and the shuttle veered towards ground before crashing in a plume of fire, smoke and dust. Sporting a new range of cybernetics thanks to his Huttball winnings, the mechanized Trandoshan was eager to wet his appetite and announce his presence. Demagol, the sculptor of flesh, the butcher had arrived.

Arak stepped out of the ship filled with Sith soldiers. He had been taking the sign casting lessons seriously. He poured over the signs in his free time making sure he was ready to use them. His lightsaber hung from his hip, he wasn’t confident enough yet to believe it was useless. He walked along the spaceport till he noticed someone shooting down a ship. He watched as he flew towards the ground, a shiver of excitement running down his back.

He hadn’t really been in combat. So when the mission was offered to acolytes he couldn’t help but sign up. He wanted to have some experience, maybe it would allow him to modify his sign casting for it. A guard came running out from a door near him, Arak outstretched his hand twisting the guards head in unnatural ways. It wasn’t long till he found his mechanical assistance, according to the report this was the one giving him orders. He wasn’t exactly sure if he trust a bloodthirsty droid to be a good leader but he didn’t have the rank to do anything about it.

“Do we have an actual plan? Or is yours just to murder everyone in your way?” Arak asked the droid. His tone showed some annoyance, the Pureblood was still reeling a bit for being relegated to a droid. Arak went through the signs to make sure he had them memorized, successfully getting through them all, “I’m ready either way.” He said putting his hands to his side for now.

While there was some intel of an impending attack, the nature of it was not clear. As a result, Sevrin was already in the city and working with the locals on preparing defenses. As a Shadow, the Jedi Master had far more insight into the movements of Sith or enemy forces than the average Jedi. He originally intended to take action alone, but he got wind that another Padawan was assigned here for a separate mission. Not one to let a Jedi sit around idly during a crisis, he commed the shared channel.

“Lock down the city to contain the infiltration and have citizens take shelter. Make sure no ship leaves from the spaceport until we've secured it. Have all units equipped with EMP grenades,” He said, “Padawan Javik, this is Master Valtiere. Meet me near the spaceport at once. Come armed.”

Sevrin didn’t leave room for discussion, glancing down at his twin saberhilts before he rushed towards the commotion. He felt the agony of the dying civilians, but he had to focus on the fight to come. The Sephi moved with calm purpose despite his rush to get to his target, elegantly jumping over speeders and hopping over low roofs to get to the spaceport. He hoped to get a good vantage point to engage those that were leading this senseless attack. If he spotted any droids in his path, they were tossed to the side with the Force with enough power to crush or break them.

Having been assigned a mission on Ansion, Kaedan was already on the planet when he heard an intercom message from Master Valtiere. He was needed at the spaceport and he was asked to come armed. That was no problem for him. He was the son of a bounty hunter, being armed was a part of his religion. With his Vibro-Knife secured oh the side of his thigh and his lightsaber clipped on his hip, he was ready for any kind of combat. "You got it master! I'm en route."

Kaedan, who was a little ways away, rode his swoop bike. He wasn't fully informed of the conflict going on but seeing a ship crashing down gave him the necessary information he needed to know about the threat. They had no problem killing civilians which made them very dangerous. He never understood why others would attack others just for the fun of it or just cause they could do it.

He increased speed on his swoop bike, arriving near the spaceport shortly after. He depowered the bike and hopped off. He could feel the conflict and that gripped him. He took deep breaths to center himself before using the comms to speak to Mast Valtiere.
"I'm near the spaceport. I parked close but not too far inside. Where do you need me positioned, master?"

The cyborg hefted their bowcaster in their arms but looked sideways from behind their protective faceplate at the acolyte briefly. Their head returned back to the street ahead with fleeing civilians, screaming in panic to get as far away from the mayhem as possible. To Demagol it just sounded the same as a Gammorean squealing for its mother.

"The flower sniffers will come to save their precious hogs. Goodie two shoes don't allow their citizens to be slaughtered." Maan and Arak were the only ones killing people. The rest were being neutralized with non-lethal means when possible. Th civilians could also make for good hostages if necessary but for now were being left unconscious in the streets. While Maan enjoyed carving up a worthy adversary, murdering the masses barely got the cyborg excited. But he did enjoy his work none-the-less.

Maan was in no rush to be at the front rank of battle droids. There was plenty of meat for him to savor. But the front row of his mechanized unit were thrown down the street by an invisible force, cracking hard into the architecture opposite and dashing some of them even to pieces. "They're here." His grinning visage smiled and sought the source of the attack as he rounded the corner. The bloodlust was palpable.

In a heartbeat he saw movement that stood out against the blue skyline. A silhouette of a torso who's lower half still was hidden by the angle of being on the rooftop. The cyborg shouldered the bowcaster and pulled the trigger once he had the Shadow (@Sreeya ) in his sights and not a moment later. The singular energized quarrel was on par with a heavy blaster but was in fact a solid projectile. His robotic Trandoshan frame was more than capable of performing the necessary manual reload of the Wookiee weapon and bearing the infamous recoil it caused. He wasted no time in preparing a second shot.

@Sreeya @StephDLegend @Javier esschoolbus

Maan marches down the street with his droids.
Upon seeing the front rank of droids get thrown by the Force he searches and sees Sevrin on the rooftop.
He takes a single shot with his bowcaster and manually prepares to fire a second time.

Arak just vacantly blinked as the droid explained its plan. What did flower sniffing have to do with hogs? Oh that meant Jedi. Wait the droids plan is to simply murder civilians till Jedi show up? Araks face was a mix of confusion and anger more than annoyance. He signed up to a mission that was just aimlessly murdering people and not finding some kind of Force related object. Arak let out a deep sigh that seemed to resonate from the acolytes very soul. I’m about to die on a random planet with a random psychotic droid. I haven’t even seen Nash since I left for Korriban. The last thought brought a wave of sadness to the acolyte.

He pulled out his phone as he made his way to the entrance. He didn’t walk in the lines of droid soldiers, keeping more to the side to avoid being caught in the main battle. He stopped briefly to send a text to the one person special to him, Nash, Hey gorgeous. I might not make it back from this mission. I’m sorry. I love you. Once he finished he turned his phone off and walked outside.

He slinked along the edge of the building as a commotion started ahead of him. He turned the corner to the droid shooting at someone on the roof. He was here as support, that didn’t mean he was going to get involved in the droids murder spree. Their opponents had to be Jedi by the fact that the droids were flung to a wall with the Force. He didn’t feel like being in the street filled with soldiers that could be used against him. Also he wasn’t suited for a direct assault so he jumped up using the Force to the roofs next to the spaceport.

He had heard a story about an ancient Sith who was defeated by not utilizing the high ground properly, he didn’t want that to be the reason of his death. Once he got to the roof he scanned the street ahead. Seeing the person on the roof and also someone on the street, he couldn’t quite make out if they were armed but they didn’t seem to be running away from the battle. Arak moved his ‘thumb’ upwards near his finger putting the other down. Doing the same on his other hand he made a symbol in the air from the center point a bolt of fire came barreling towards the one on the street (@StephDLegend).

“Droid..cyborg.. and his..sidekick lurking along the roof. Don’t let the sidekick out of your sight,” Sevrin spoke into the shared comms relaying the exact locations. He was a Shadow, it was his specialty to keep abreast of enemies and their movements. The Pureblood was not nearly as slick or hidden as he would hope. On the other hand, Sevrin was entirely aware that he was visible to the hulking cyborg to lure attention away from the civilians. He would avoid civilian casualties where he could, but he wouldn’t do it at the cost of a bigger loss of life.

He saw the man prepare and fire the bolt, the projectile streaking right at him. Sevrin channeled the Force, telekinetically halting the projectile in mid-air before it could impact. Instead of hurling it back at the cyborg, the bolt was launched like a missile right at the pureblood running through the roof clearly distracted. Reloading a crossbow wouldn’t be instant, so Sevrin had a window to deflect.

The Sephi didn’t waste more time, coiling the Force around the cyborg in an attempt to throw him back against the building behind him. Regardless of how his attack played out, Sevrin would jump down from the building to directly engage the cyborg.

Droid…cyborg and sidekick? And his job was to keep the sidekick in his sights. Alright, that sounded like something he could handle. "You got it."

When the bowcaster bolt was shot, Kaedan heard the sound but he was more focused on his task to worry about Master Valtiere. From what he knew, Master Sevrin Valtiere was Shaw’s master and was very capable of handling himself. He noticed a projectile meant for him as well; a fire bolt? Not wasting any time, Kaedan channeled the force through his body to enhance his movements and ran towards the spaceport side to avoid the bolt of fire. From there, he leapt onto the rooftops next to the spaceport.

From there, he witnessed the bowcaster bolt rocketing towards the pureblood sidekick.
He used the force to pull battle droids from their ranks, taking them out the process. Using the parts of the droids, he focused on where the sidekick was and force pushed the parts at him. Regardless of if the projectiles hit or not, Kaedan moved closer to his enemy and activated his lightsaber.

The warmongering cyborg’s joints prepared to pivot back around the corner to be in the safety of cover. They half expected their bowcaster’s quarrel to be hurled back at them as rapidly slowed. But no such response came so they finished reloading and were nearly ready to fire again, "nearly" being the operative word. Maan felt like someone switched on artificial gravity exclusively on their body. The heavy warrior was hurled backwards and their assorted limbs reflexively went out to grab hold of something, anything to slow its sudden forceful velocity away from his prey. Clawed droid feet dragged against the ground digging groves in the dirty. Maan's thick arms clotheslined battle droids that had been behind him and knocked them to the ground against his own weight. His body did not stop even when it met the wall of the building behind him. “Gah!”

The integrity of the wall must have already been compromised, or it was not made of particularly tough stuff compared to the hardy cyborg. Whatever the case, the metallic Trandoshan burst through the other end in a cloud of dust and debris, out of sight from the street they had been standing in a moment earlier. “Fraggin’ force users”

Despite his body being mostly synthetic, Maan could feel a degree of pain. Internal signals told him that the damage to his body had been minor but it was still jarring and annoying. The armor on his back was compromised and lost a significant degree of integrity. The cyborg would need some servicing when this was over but for now it was nothing he could not shrug off.

Before the dust had time to settle Maan stood up and looked around, moving out of the way from the hole in case a follow up attack came. He quickly found a set of stairs towards the back of the room he was in and switched his bowcaster out for one of his other equally lethal weapons as he made his way towards them. In his cold hands he soon carried an R-799 micro missile gun. An examination of the missile gun indicated it had not been damaged by the impact and was still fully operational at least. If the Jedi still assumed they were firing the slower firing bowcaster from before then they would soon be sorely mistaken. The cyborg expected to ascended one story, intending to get to the roof since this appeared to be becoming a battle of elevation.

@Sreeya @Javier esschoolbus @StephDLegend
Maan chambers a new quarrel in his bowcaster but before he can fire Maan is hurled backwards by Sevrin's telekinesis and thrown through the wall to the point that he is inside the building with dust covering his exact position.
Maan gets up, switches his bowcaster out for his R-799 micro missile gun and begins heading towards the roof of the building.

Arak had sent his firebolt at the other combatant. Before he could see if it struck true he noticed something moving towards him in his peripheral, he turned to see the bolt that was fired by the cyborg coming straight for him. Arak didn’t have time to do anything fancy, he just simply dropped to the floor as it whizzed by. His own ‘ally’s’ attacks were as dangerous as his enemies it seemed.

He stood up only to see a bunch of droid parts hurling towards him, NOW IT WAS HIS ALLYS TROOPS. Arak waved his hand the droid parts path altered by the Force missing him. Arak needed to maintain distance. He wasn’t much of an up close fighter at all. Taking advantage of the distance still between them, he jumped back down to the street before the distance was closed. He intended to group up with his cyborg battle buddy.

When he turned to talk to the cyborg he watched as it was launched into a wall, no through a wall. Arak was rather confident in his abilities in the Force and knew he couldn’t have pushed someone with that much force. The cyborg could fight whoever it had pissed off other than himself that decided the building needed a new doorway. Arak reached out with the Force feeling for the signature of the one charging him, once he found it he decided to goad his opponent a little, “Come baby Jedi, fight me in the spaceport away from the adults. Let’s see if your light truly is more powerful than the darkness.” He said telepathically to the padawan, he himself walking back into the spaceport to keep himself safe from stray projectiles.

Sevrin did not, in fact, expect the trandoshan to break through the building. He knew his strength, so clearly the building wasn’t up to code. That or his powers grew exponentially. Instead of keeping his vantage point, he rapidly closed the distance to enter through the makeshift hole. By now, Maan was likely on the roof and trying to find Sevrin on some opposite roof.

‘Take cover from the cyborg,’ Sevrin warned the Padawan (@StephDLegend ) in advance, knowing that Maan would get to the roof.

Instead of where the cyborg expected, the Sephi would pop out into the roof behind him, saber in hand. If he had the element of surprise, Sevrin would coil the Force around the cyborg and slam him into the ground, dragging him towards himself. If he did not have the element of surprise, he would raise his saber in defense of any attacks to come.

Kaedan noticed his mark jumping down into the street. As he gave moved along the rooftops, he heard the comms from Master Valtiere. Not long after, he heard the mental taunts of Arak, goading him into taking action.

The padawan deactivated his lightsaber and jumped into the spaceport from the rooftop. This would not only provide cover from the eyes of the cyborg but also allow him to keep track of the pureblood. Being overconfident was not the way to approach. He had to trust the force. In the face of conflict this was the way and it certainly helped him last battle he was in. Taking a deep breath, he grounded himself in the force.

He used the buildings as cover while keeping his lightsaber hilt in hand and in the Form V ready position. He slowly moved along the building walls to get to where Arak was stepping back, trying to remain as stealthy as possible to keep the element of surprise on his side. Seeing a chance to close the gap, he used the force to pull a metal electrical panel from the wall and pushed it at Arak. He followed up by activating his lightsaber and moving in with a diagonal (left down to right up) slash at the pureblood.

Maan reached the top of the stairs and scanned his surroundings with his finger on the trigger. But no such target was found in front of him. Instincts and powers of deduction hinted at other options. The cyborg removed one hand from their weapon momentarily as they detached their one and only G-20 glop grenade from their person and set it to activate on contact.

Moving out of the stairwell and onto the roof Maan turned left so the walls of the stairwell hid him from sight. He threw the grenade so it would bounce off of the left outer wall of the stairwell, preventing the Jedi from being able to use their telekinesis to alter its course. The cyborg moved to a distance so that the sticky gas that soon began dispensing would not reach him and also provide him some degree of breathing room. But he stood back from the walls of the stairwell, just in case a lightsaber was plunged through the surface. He would stand with his weapon at the ready in a relative position of 7 o'clock from anyone moving straight out onto the roof from the stairwell.

From the top of the stairs the Shadow that was bearing down on him would see only the gas turning to foam and not the source of its dispensation around the corner to their left. The dispersing substance coated the roof in five meter radius on all sides. If the Jedi was too hasty then their feet would get rooted to the top of the building. If not, then the area was denied to the Jedi for a few seconds at the very least and prevent them from knowing exactly where on the roof the Trandoshan cyborg resided.

@Sreeya @StephDLegend @Javier esschoolbus
Maan moves so that he is opposite the roof entrance and can't be seen from the top of the stairs but his glop grenade coats the area right outside of it giving it a sticky "welcome mat"

Arak had moved back into the spaceport area. He tried to keep the Jedi engaging him in sight but lost him. He was scanning the area on high alert when he heard the sound of some form of electrical noise. He turned to the noise to see an electrical box flying towards him, he reached out with the Force halting it from continuing towards him and holding it. If one more thing is thrown at me. His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a lightsaber igniting, Arak pivoted, the box coming with him as he used the Force to throw it at Kaeden in an attempt to stop him or slow him down before he could reach and slash at him with his lightsaber.

He had to capitalize on the potential seconds he gained himself, he coiled the Force around the Jedi’s saber hand. Attempting to twist it and make him drop his saber. Arak needed an opening to either get away or quickly take out his opponent. He wouldn’t be able to keep up a long fight with how much he relied on the Force.

Being Sephi, he heard the clang of something hitting the wall to his left as he came up the stairs. He had no idea what this meant, but he stood at the doorway to witness the gas expanding in his peripheral. He wasn’t the type to rush in blindly and his massively heavy enemy that was more machine than organic loudly thundering away on a roof high above the war noises below clued him in.

Sevrin stepped out of the doorway with his saber held defensively, giving a look at the gas. As the gas began to turn to foam, he sent a massive wave of the Force with his free hand. The result would be the gas being collectively flung right towards Maan’s general direction. Sevrin didn’t care about being exact since the now thick foam would completely envelop Maan as a result. The entire attack was swift and abrupt, and since Maan created the gas he temporarily had no visibility and didn't know when Sevrin would come out. As soon as he launched his attempt, Sevrin instantly ducked back into the door entrance and crouched in case Maan blindly decided to shoot anyway. At best, he would damage the side of the wall if he did so, but he would have to contend with his own foam drowning and immobilizing him first.

The electric panel being caught with the force wasn’t surprising to Kaedan as it was simply a distraction. The real attack was him with the lightsaber. As Arak pivoted and sent the panel back towards Kaedan, the Padawan effortlessly split the material in half with his lightsaber, not being stopped or slowed. Kaedan felt the force on his hand with the saber, twisting it.

As his hand was being twisted, Kaedan concentrated the force around his hand for stabilization while rotating his hand in the same direction to negate the attempt of his opponent. It also wasn't doing Arak any favors that he was acolyte level so the force on his wrist wasn't really effective. Around the same time Arak was using the force to twist Kaedan's hand, the padawan used his free hand to push Arak into the wall behind him, seeing as the acolyte would have been distracted with twisting his hand.

Observing that Arak was playing a range game, Kaedan figured close combat was his weakness. Without missing a beat, Kaedan dashed forward once more, swinging his blade diagonally again, this time right up to left down, aimed at the right side of Arak's body.

Maan waited, holding the angle of out of sight from the Jedi Master. But his instincts regarding being hunted proved correct. He had very little time to react as the cloud of quickly settling gas moved abruptly in his direction. The cyborg pivoted to his right with his left arm reflexively raising to protect one of his most vital areas, his eyes. The limb was coated like the left side of his body as the sticky substance sprayed him like an unwanted paintjob. The trandoshan's right hand hid the micro-missile gun behind the bulk of his body and spared the weapon from the disrupting effects of the glop grenade. The “glop” substance was fast acting and he knew he had to respond quickly.

Maan brought the sheltered R-799 back around and fired at the outer wall of the stairwell, similar to where the glop grenade had bounced off of earlier only this time it was at shoulder height for most humanoids. The weapon was, as its name implied, a hard hitting warhead launcher with the destructive capabilities to match. The building was apparently not quite as sturdy as one might expect and result in rock blasting inward to the stairwell, possibly catching the Jedi retreating within unawares. The cyborg fired a second time. The second miniature warhead would explode with a more directly devastating effect that would have the damaging explosion potentially catching the Jedi directly. If he remained on the threshhold of the doorway then it would hit him from behind. The explosion on impact was no louder than a wine cork popping despite the cyborg's favor for loud weaponry.

The foam was already expanding and hardening on Maan’s left sided joints. He knew his mobility was limited and the ground around him was no better. He had no choice but to stand his ground, for the moment. His eyes had been spared the obfuscation at least along with his right side. But that was not a lot to work with.

The glop substance pushed by Sevrin coats Maan's left side and forces him to be stuck in place for now. He hides his missile gun behind his body and by turning to the right. He protects his "face" with his left arm.

He then fires twice at the stairwell's outer wall twice with the R-799 to blast the wall and potentially injure Sevrin on the other side due to its miniaturized explosive rounds that deal heavy damage.

Arak was focused on trying to disarm the Jedi, so when he noticed the hand moved he smiled, believing his attack was working. That’s when he saw the hand raise, instead of trying to defend he doubled down on his failing attack believing he’d succeed at it.

The push was successful though due to the split focus and distance to the wall he didn’t get sent the whole way. He landed on the ground and bounced/rolled his way to the wall. Once he thudded against the wall, he looked for the Jedi to see them moving towards him. He pulled out his lightsaber and igniting it, his hand moving to block the slash that was coming. Once he blocked he would kick his leg upward in between the padawans legs aiming to kick him in the nuts. If the kick was successful he would scramble to get to his feet.

Considering that Sevrin literally ducked and waited because he expected his enemy to do exactly as he did, he was not caught unawares. The explosion erupted from the wall as expected. It was perhaps more destructive than calculated, but his response was the same. He held fast where he was, the Force encompassing him as a barrier to prevent the debris from collapsing on him. However, Sevrin took it further than that, abruptly standing and channeling the Force and hurling all the debris back towards the cyborg using ballistakinesis before the second shot could be fired. The Jedi Master was extremely adept at creative ways of using the Force and knew how to weave different skill sets effectively.

Regardless of the impacts of the debris, Sevrin leaped out of the collapsed stairway, saber ready to engage. This time he had clear visibility to advance on the cyborg, but he would first play defense to take advantage of whatever his enemy did first.
